Waited for more than 35 mins for my beef lasagne! The patron next table arrived later and received his within 15 mins. Franchise business?? SOP?? One of the staff came and apologize with a slice of cake!! You can’t buy your mistake by giving a cake to your customer. Bulk up Secret Recipe!

Tried to take away 4 slices of cake but man getting ignored is definitely not appreciated. The least you can do is saying something to me like you are busy or please wait. I had to walk away.

Come here to celebrate special day and guess what new trainee said cannot sit together..after 15 minutes, there were a group of people came and eat together under one table.. the rules should be apply to all your customer. We came and pay ...this is the service we get.. trained your staff to communicate well with correct words.

As usual, I likes their cakes, especially their chocolate indulgence and carrot cake. Errr... and also a refreshing cup of cuppucino 😎

Very bad service, it's only 11am in empty restaurant but both the server and supervisor were already lazy at work, saw diners asking for service but chose to ignored and not attending. Diners stood up and left.

One thing that this outlet must improve on is their raw materials stocks. I have been here several times, and always given the same excuses that some dishes cannot be served due to no raw materials. However, I had curry mee with spaghetti which is not bad. Iced coffee was good, and the carrots cake is simply marvelous

I was walking by the kitchen heading towards the entrance of the shop. Frankly looking through the reviews the service was at the extreme end bad and there were absolutely right. As I passing by the kitchen I notice the staff mending the food without gloves. I decided to approach the person without gloves. She claims ' there is no need for gloves we do this just the way it is'. When services are bad it will automatically leads to staffs with no ethics.

I ordered 2 fish n chips,a spaghetti,a fried rice,2 ice lemon tea and 2 warm water. One of the waiter didn't listen to my order carefully. I ordered 2 warm water but she said 2 caramel latte. Later,all of the food arrived except for 1 fish n chips. My son's food didn't arrive for an hour or half an hour. Another thing is that the cashier doesn't know what is service tax. This is unacceptable. But I will be kind and will give 3 stars.

Must have a reason why only this outlet full of people.the food.the service.the clean outlet.the friendly staff. Over all i gave full marks.was excellent..good job guys.i love it!

Came here 7 May 2022 evening to have dinner but after sit down few min no attendant came to us. It’s not that busy thought but feels we been ignored.

the quality of the food has completely dropped. very disappointed. dah tak sedap macam dulu. except for the cake. the Vietnamese Beef Noodle soup was salty.

Online ordering is very slow.. page is still not confirming order more than 5 minutes.

customer service 👎🏻 , especially that sabahan girl (freehair), i bought a cakes on 17/01/2023 and she very rude to customer. she even hempas my cake?!!!! who are you to hempas hempas my cake girl??? i bayar ok? i bukan mintak you bayarkan cake i pun? you better change your attitude or else tak payah kerja f&b customer service ok? thanks.

Today 5 Dec 2020 i just ordered mac n cheese macaroni i wonder why they prepare the food without mushroom? I did not request mac n cheese macaroni without mushroom. The staff did not focus tu customer request and not customer oriented. I hope the management of Secret Recipe should come visit the branch and monitor them in detail in order to ensure the good quality of performance in providing their hospitality service.
