I claimed a UOB promo free treatment here. Had a very pleasant experience. Candis was very attentive and provided good service and advice despite a free session. I tried the carbon laser and mask, satisfied with the initial result. No hardselling which I appreciated because places that are confident will let their service speak for itself, and customers will return willingly and happily. Keep up the good work Candis and team.

Terrible experience. Will not come back. Was uncomfortable the whole way through. The whole time i was hoping for the facial to be over fast. Facial wasnt good. They rushed through the whole facial process and application of facial products were very messy. Keep applying em on my mouth and some even entered my nose. Face mask was not even on for 10mins and the lady came in after 5mins to remove while it was still WET. Extraction was a nightmare (suffering as hell) and wasnt thorough. Face and shoulder Massage wasnt even good and rushed throughout. Not recommended at all. Dont waste your time and try a better facial parlour elsewhere.

I bought the initial facial voucher through the roadshow. And now its already over 4 sessions one with carbon lazer and 3 for hydra facial and i can already see improvements and my face skin is getting more clearer and can breathe better. The service is consistent every session and the staff Nicole and Amy are super wonderful ladies😊 A must try recommended!!

I love this place. I’ve been going to 520 for over a year and Cindy has been helping me to monitor my skin really well and even helps me to recommend my monthly treatments depending on my skin situation that month. I’ve also been using their products and taking their supplements and I can see a huge improvement in my skin especially with helping me treat my mask-ne! Since I’ve been seeing such an improvement I never miss my facial sessions again!

I availed the HSBC package, was greeted by Ms. Nicole who was unhesitant to evaluate my skin and recommend other hydrating facial treatment needed. I was grateful for the experience to awaken my self care and the do's and don'ts of the skin products/services. Such an accommodating lady and indeed it was a pleasing and satisfying event. I also would like to thanks Ms. Hibi for doing most of the facial treatment and was patient enough to get rid of my stubborn pimples. :-)

Brought my mum here for the first time for facial using the Fave voucher. Overall the experience and service was disappointing. The facial lady did a poor job with extraction and even left some mask residues on my mum’s face. No apologies whatsoever and the explanation given were quite offensive as well. I guess they have double standards for customers who use Fave. This is gonna be my first and last time to 520 Beaute.

Happy with the service. Nicole, is very friendly and explained everything to me in detail. My beautician was Amy. She was gentle and would explain to me what she will be doing.

I did my facial treatment with Amy who explained on what to expect and how they can treat my skin issues before the treatment. Signed a package with them so hopefully I'll ll see results soon! The team here is really polite too. The shoulder massage was a nice touch to end the session so overall a good experience!

Had my facial done for the first time. Satisfied. Even my daughter commented that my skin looks fairer. Jezmine noticed my face full of milia seed( skin tag) and advised to remove them. Amy did the milia seed removal professionally and with utmost care. She followed up on me to make sure that my skin heal beautifully. Worst beauty service ever at Hartamas branch. I am recommended to add on a service worth RM100+. But in fact, the service here doesn't worth the price. During the process, I felt that the beautician was in a hurry and all the steps were superrrrr fast (especially the massage, it's took less than 3min). I didn't enjoy it at all. Before agreeing to add on the extra service, the consultant said the extra service would be 90 minutes, but the whole process was done in about an hour. Highly not recommended and will not be visiting again. ☺️

Started off here to get treatment for my breakouts. The acne has gone and my skin is healthier now. Here I am still getting regular facial for more than 3 years. They are not doing hard selling as other places do and have been attentive to my skin problem, especially Candis who have been taking very good care of my face now.:) I would recommended you to be clear of what you wanted and stick to your intention.

I haven't been a fan of facial services till I experienced the service at this outlet in 520 Beaute Lab Hartamas Shopping Center. Truly engaging into an immaculate pampering atmosphere. Well, you have to experience it yourself to justify my review. Moments of destressing , winding down from the hustle bustle city lifestyle and self-pampering begins here. I will definitely return and looking forward to my next visit.

Overall, their services are decent. I usually go with Amy. She's patient and polite. Areas for improvement would be, they can tone down when it comes to trying to sell their services, especially when customer already has existing packages that have not been completely utilized yet.

Been coming here for facial since the first time I signed up. Pleased with the service, rooms are clean with a comfy environment. Beauticians are experienced and provides treatment recommendations based on your needs. Packages can be expensive but it works well for my skin.
