One of the worst and most unprofessional KFC’s I’ve ever visited. The women staff were all laughing and talking like they are in a village. This is my second visit here and I’m standing at the counter for over 5 mins without anyone acknowledging it or even taking my order. Where is your manager? Fire him. It’s 10:20 AM and chicken isn’t even ready.

Came back a year later to give it a chance. OR chicken poorly done. No taste at all, totally bland and OR skin not even crispy, feels soggy. Where is your 7-10-7 technique? Please improve!!! Baru Beli take-away..ayam xde Rasa spicy langsung...breading is badly done..not crispy at all and worse the holding time seems exceeded 1 hour ..not crispy nor warm despite being taken out from warmer...not up to KFC standards! Please improve your staff quality and SOP. Bad! 😕

[April 2023] Atmosphere no comment. Is any usual KFC lol. One of the better branches. Not much to comment other than food was served promptly (did not wait for longer than 15min) also willing to swap out coleslaw with mashed potatoes

DONT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER KFC! Young girl in her 20s. NUR ARYAN ZULKIFRI or something. I politely asked for a change of chicken. She didnt say a word, grab her thongs like shes pissed, took out a thigh and threw it on my plate. When i went down after eating, she was laughing so loud and flirting with the manager, i told the manager, he thought it was nothing and said he will write in her book. No apology from the manager whatsoever. I just want kfc to tell me why do i deserve such an experience? Why is it justified to treat your customers like this? Is this the frontliner of kfc? The face of the company? How worst can the customer service me than this? Is there no training for kfc workers at all? I hope everyone who sees this will avoid receiving the same treatement as me from ms Nur.

Dont understand why everytime i buy kfc they have no fried chicken...... can u imagine when u go mcdonald and they say theres no burger? Kfc really needs to improve all their branches.. zzzz

There was only one staff serving customers for order and food packing when i place my order so take some time to get my order. Put at least 2 staff if possible..

couple chances been given, and tis will be the last time i visit. this branch has heavy business volumes but why only 1 cashier? and kitchen crew like sembang there while customer waiting crowded in store? if no improvement, then ntg shall expect wait almost 1hour my order stil pending to serve? epic

As usual kfc air conditioner is cold ❄️, fried chicken 🍗 good enough, speed serve food above moderate.

The restaurant staffs are really friendly, especially Ekin. The place is always clean and tidy, and the food is always nice. Sometime there might be queue, but the staffs help as much as possible to get the order. Will always come back for this restaurant.
