My nightmare start from this stay ! This is the first time of my life to leaving a bad comment on a stay. We decided to book this place for a relax short staycation but this is a worst choice. First problem. The water heater can’t provide hot water which included bath tub too. We do call to reception and they promise will pass a technicians for us but not sure around what time and yet they will call back to update but after 2-3 hours we been waiting still no any update, in the end we use kettle to make hot water. Second horrible part. After shower I was in the wardrobe place to continue my night routine before sleep but keep have some weird sound from the toilet. Yet the glass door of wet part shower will automatic open even though I close it back at last it will open again. Before this the door won’t automatically open and the room issue actually getting more problem happened. When I dry my hair the hair dryer keep on and off but other devices connect with same place are normal. When I want to tell someone about this suddenly whole unit electric down. We keep call reception still no answer even we press emergency call. We success call by using our own phone. The way they communicate are really rude and can’t fix the problem can see that they have no any training in reception for service. Finally technician reach but the problem he don’t know how to solve it but after he check the electric box feel weird with the way electric down too. After he leave not even 2-3min electric down again, when we open back after 10sec close again.. keep repeat 5-6 times and we decided to leave this place quickly even wait more 15min can pass our new year here. When check out, we saw the reception guy put the phone on a side so he won’t get any call and phone ringing sound. The attitude was horrible and just tell us go and complain they will accept all comment like they don’t care . We don’t trust any supernatural thing and we keep find some explanation that can use science to prove it. So guys, Please take note for choosing this stay! Luckily I got take video that time to prove it in future.

Tried to check in today but failed. The lobby was full of people trying to check in. No physical distancing with small children running around. I wait more than hour with only one couple in front of me. They said they have been trying to check in for the last 4 hours. After waiting about 40 minutes, I left. No one could help process my cancellation as they were busy trying to check in other guests. No announcement from counter on what was going on as several customers wanted to check in were left wondering. Tried to call several times but no one picked up the phone. Quite a disappointment really. The parking was free though. So I suppose that was the only good point. 1 star for that.

I just did AirBnB here and this place is disgusting. I’ve been in better 3-star hotels that put this place to shame. We’re leaving right now.

There is no A/C in either gym, lots of areas of the building are in disrepair. I've lived here for months, and it is clear the management isn't interested in maintaining the building. The cafe is shut down, the lounge is shut down, the restaurant is shut down, the spa is shut down. The business center is shut down. Both gyms have the A/C off for weeks now. Many areas of the building are also in disrepair, are stinky, dirty, or are closed. Our windows are also filthy. Mildew smells. Dead worms in corners. It is so hot in the gym that you can't really excercise. Some of the machines are also broken and they don't seem to care. There are also dead worms It is depressing. I'd consider staying elsewhere.

Nice place, nice staff, 10min. walk to Twintowers! Not a big deal for me, but TV is really poor, quality and channels

Sauna, jacuzzi and playground are dirty and stinky. Seems like they don’t want to spend money on cleaning

Awesome stay 3 night at this residence. I will recommend to anyone. Pictures was the same when arrived at the location. Love the whole things with this apartment. Night time best to sit at the balcony to view Kampong Bharu. Will come back to this apartment. Location was great. Thanks to Sejour. It’s was an awesome stay.

Booked on 3rd of April, waited 5hours++ at the lobby only get the room! Not just only me! The whole lobby was full of customers who waiting for their rooms! No water give out to the customers who’s waited for hours and keep telling customers to wait n sorry. That’s all, not satisfy at all! Bad management! Definitely won’t recommend to my friends n family!

Great host. Units are spacious and beautiful. All very clean and comfy. Amenities provided. Central AC, water well heated and great pressure. Love the tub! Love everything here. Can't go wrong. Great value.

Went for the food delivery and sought assistance from the security but not really helpful. Very rude too. The security said "doesn't matter how long it takes, you have to wait. And it's your problem" The security management is 👎👎👎👎

Nice view with KLCC, KL Tower and Saloma Bridge. Walking distance to everywhere and nearby to Bukit Nanas Monorail.

Better book directly to fraser residence(188 suites) rather than air b&b. Pro: price reasonable. 2 stations(dang wangi, bukit nanas) close. Quil mall not too far. Petronas tower(KLCC, suria mall) walkable distance(18min) Right next to building(summer suites) has 24hr convinient store(my news) and mini grocery where you can buy nearly everything including mango. And 1 brunch cafe too. Security guard at the lobby. Swimmung pool looks good except no hot jaccuzi near by pool. Only hot tub at the changing room/shower room near by. Con: you will hear pray 7am nish from the morning till 8 or 9 pm. Turning on the air conditioner=dusts coming out with air. Dusts prb from the inside ceiling. Dusts on the curtain. I like they have seperate garbage room. No bugs so far at my suite

Very nice hotel that has nice location and nice rooms and some rooms has nice view, I liked everything in their website. The services they have are allot and they have so many features and values. The hotel is a little expensive but it's money worth it. I wish I be there to share this experience. They have direct bookings which is cheaper than online travel agencies. Book through their website to get their discount

Never will go and stay there again. Very lousy condition and no service at all.

Worst staycation ever!! everything was so bad..tunggu receptionist dekat setengah jam langsung tak tinggal kan contact number di front desk... bilik tak ada carpet langsung mcm dalam gambar..katil ada stain.. dalam bilik langsung tiada carpet utk alas kaki..i book for king bed but the hotel give me 2 single bed...i made a complain but the reception cannot do anything because they short of staff... please please please this hotel doesn't worth any single cent!! the customer service was so so so bad..

Room was nice. But service was terrible. We were trying to call the reception to open our balcony no one answer. Luckily there's staff we found can help. We already requested for late check-out and the reception ask to call tomorrow but as mentioned, the phone was not working! Then when we check out the reception dare to tell us that they call to inform we supposed to check out but no one answer hello phone is not working??? Breakfast was so basic. Nothing to hype. Nasi lemak with telur and big breakfast with very tiny portion. just order grab or panda is more worthit. There's plenty of nice restaurant around. If u were staying with big family, apartment is recommended but if couple just get the studio don't waste your money on the apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was fantastic. The bathroom was huge with a huge tub to just lay back and relax. The bed was extremely comfortable. The complete wall of glass doors that led to the balcony could be open to have a view of the city landscape spread out before you. The roof top gym and yoga room also looked out over shared amazing city views. The pool area is a must. Breakfast was a mixture of cuisines that appealed to all tastes. Room service was fantastic and the staff is warm and friendly.

Environment it's good,one thing is very bad only the room got smelly, slipper not at room, plug below television is not function, table desk all plug and table lamp not function,too more hair in bathtub when I go to bath and last one is very important when I doing work need use WiFi but WiFi is very very bad line and hope ur management change the WiFi.....that all.....TQ

Located in jalan cendena, and walking distance to bukit nanas mrt, this place is truly a great find for travellers like us. Nearby convenient store just 1min away. KL tower and petronas tower are just arms length away. We walked to petronas tower few times for shopping/movies/watch the fountain show in the evening. Checkin detailed were promptly provided by the host before our arrival, with free fast wifi. Once you enter the apartment, everything is in its right place. The host even added extra bonus like tea, coffee, sugar. The first thing i did was made a hot cup of coffee after entering, sitting on the balcony with a city view. The water filter / dispenser is very cool. The washing machine is a must for long term stay, which we use every few days. The balcony with a view, is a good sight to behold whenever we came back home from our trip. The place is tidy, and everything works. And we did keep it clean like our own home, for others. Hope others do the same. Nearby food place we visited often was Nasi Kandar Pelita, which is a 5min walk from the apt. Kampung baru is 10min away, with lots of tasty street food options. Quill mall is 10 min walk. These places are a must visit on your stay. As for transportation, grab is cheap and readily available. Few restaurants, malls and petronas twin towers, we walked. Host is friendly and always willing to help.  He was just a call away if you need anything. Thank you zikri, for providing us with a wonderful stay. We will surely come back again on our next trip.

its a hidden gem within KL. Room is big, cozy and affordable. its 10mins walk from KL twin towers and just near the train station. Most tourist prefers the hotels near this hotel - seems marketing is not that great but can be improved - which is good for residents in this building since its not crowded. This hotel only covers room and ammenities but there's no dining area - if you want to eat then you need to go outside. but overall, with the room price - especially for rent and its location, its a steal

The building itself quite sometime, just few minute walk to KLCC. Maintenance maybe not enough. I think it WAS a good hotel, but not now. Restaurant has been closed. Sauna room look bad. Gym is OK with panaromic view. High level lounge room is not accessible. Unnecessary car exit blockage. Sharing lift with residents, sometime slow lift (ample lift not moving-to save electricity?). Hallway carpet need maintenance. Ample parking. I think the hotel need rejuvenated under new management.

Its great experience at this Fraser Residence. Highly recommend for a single or group stay near KL central.

Very large rooms. Good for families with small children. Unfortunately very unhygienic! I had a cockroach in the shower!

Got a 2 bedroom apartment.. rooms ok.. big & spacious.. can live 2 families of 4. Kitchen, living room functionable. Wifi in room not working.. min service staff.. TV channels non existance.

The rooms were really nice and comfortable. Cleanliness could be better. I am allergic to house dust mites and i think they have not thoroughly cleaned the mattress and carpets. The facilities were impressive and i loved the spacious gym at the rooftop. The gym equipments were good too. The major set back is that there is only one access card so family members couldn't just stay in the room whilst the rest go out.

Booked executive room through agoda but got studio room instead which is very small. the receptionist was rude, not even helping 1% and asking us to solve the matter ourself with agoda. she said the price we paid is for executive room however they cant do anything bcs the order they got from agoda is studio room. what nonsense reason is that??? when we asked her to maybe get assist from her colleagues she even said no need bcs shes been working there for 3 years.. ... .. so working there 3 years and still incompetence to solve small issue?? please supervise your receptionists closely as they represent your so 5 star hotel and responsible for customers' first impression on the hotel. even before the issue started, they were not friendly at all

Giving a ONE STAR is important to write what is happening, tried to call ask for more information the stuff was rude, once arrive to the looby counter and I ask for check in they have no manners at all. The room and the facilities is up to standard unfortunately you don't have a good staff!! Lame

Arrived at 3.30pm, queuing 2hours for checkin only. Booked one bedroom exec tru agoda but got studio which is half size smaller. Not even getting any complementary for standing in line 2hours. One person takes about 20-50min for checkin process only. How slowwwwwww the process are. We plan to cancel but can only cancel tru agoda. We decided to change hotel at first, but because it is so last minute kind of hard. So at 8pm we back to Fraser, room is available but still cannot go into the room as it is not ready yet.. 8 oclock at night, the room is not clean yet? The policy said check in 3pm checkout 12pm,but 8pm still cannot go into the room? And Fiona said she cant tell us at what time we can go in. So ridiculous.. And of course we still have to checkout at 12pm, right? So baaaaaad. Not even get an apology for that.

The room were so spacious, nice and clean, i love it! Stay for 1 day with only RM440 (booked via hotel's website) for 4 adults. Very recommended if you guys wanna staycation with family.

Phase 3 of MCO (whatever). Stayed at 2 bedroom executive king. Not many people when we were there which was good. Check in, reception asked adults to screenshot and whatsapp our digital vaccination certificates, Mykad to photocopy & forms to fill in. To be expected considering the new norm. Check out was easy. During our stay, parking was free & spacious. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious equipped with complete set of cutleries, dishwashing & washing machine soap, etc. Bathrooms was very spacious with a bath tub each. My young children of course, enjoyed the bath tubs very much! Fitness/yoga gyms only open at certain times. Adults & kids pools were open until 7pm. Limit to 15 people at a time. No time limit yet. Kids pool equipped with a slide. Half is a wading pool & half is a bit deep. If your child is about 118cm, water level is up to his waist/chest (estimated). There is a playground there but the area is rather secluded. No breakfast served when we were there. Need to drive out for food & sightsee. There is a simple mart next door similar to 7 Eleven; which is walking distance. Just a nice holiday away from our house. The employees were friendly and nice.

Room is bright and large but no public facilities. Pool is renovation. Only a few channel available in TV (most of the channels no service)

The place is located in a very strategic location for you to explore KL! There is a monorail station (Bukit Nenas station) in a walking distance. Petronas Twin Tower and KL Tower is very nearby. Petaling Street is also nearby. A lot of malls is less than 20 minutes drive from this place. But it is advisable to drive outside of peak hours. p/s: The view from the balcony is quite nice too!

Where do i start? Hallways leading to the room is dodgy and just plain creepy. You cant even connect to the wifi available and guess what, there’s not much phone reception. The phone in the room doesnt work either. So i guess if somehow people were to pecah masuk your room, theres no calling anyone. I looked up numbers from their website just to call their housekeeping, their number is not even listed on google. Simply getting an ironing board sent to the room is impossible. Theres no one at front desk when Checking out. So i literally went behind the front desk and the back room looking for any staff. Stress la macam ni

We stayed there for a two day one night at Studio room we comes with a king-size bed. They have a nice kids friendly swim pool that has a slide to thrill the boring pool. The room that comes with the bath tub but only given two bath towels were given henceforth I requested for more and the staff was friendly now to furnish me with the towels .

Amazing Location.. near by petronas, KL tower,Quill city mall and Bukit Bintang.. Rooms were spacious and view of Kampung Baru low level houses looks amazing in morning.

Upon arriving, you are supposed to check-in and collect the key before you can enter the parking area. The security told us that they only allow one car per apartment and the other car's driver must pay the hourly fee charged for visitors, this turned out to be untrue. When we were there, the aircond in the master bedroom was faulty and there was no electrician available to fix it. There was no phone in the room that has direct connection to the front desk, apparently the guests need to send a whatsapp text to a number in case if we need to talk to him (there was only one person manning the front desk and dealing with everything in the evening.) We were not informed of this during check-in. We were asked to move to another room at a different floor. The horrible thing was when moving our bags and kids, the card reader in the lift could not read or ID the room floor and refused to go anywhere except to the G floor. So some of my family members were already in the new room, some stuck at the Lobby because the lift refused to go to any floor other than G floor, and another person with bags waiting at the original room with the faulty AC. You see guests at the Lobby, waiting for the hotel staff (a guy) and some security guards running around to settle the matter. It did not help if you ordered some food thru delivery, people just waiting at the the Lobby with packed food. Took a while for them to get it settled. The rooms (except for the faulty ac) were actually great. They even used Smeg appliances. But the service and facilities did not live up to expectation. It's not the staff's fault, I mean how much can he do since he was running the show alone? Will not return.

Good & Convenience to stay for family. Spacious room with good location near to KLCC.
