Great place to stay. It's not in the city centre near the towers but the fact it's linked to a nearby railway station means you can easily zip across town in minutes. Very cool interior design and pool. Staff are friendly.

Not what we expected in pictures with the real place, the bed was not on upper floor in the apartment...it was below the living room area. Secondly the media player in the apartment was not usable on first day due to the missing cable, owner only provide when we requested. Thirdly the kitchen utensils are not really clean to use...and the main door handle was so dangerous, easily to slide out from the keypad..The only good things in this apartment is the toilet and the bed

Checking-in was smooth and easy. The staff in EST are all very polite and helpful. The lobby is a very nice place to meet up friends and wait for my Grab cars on rainy days. Victoria's unit is clean and comfortable. The TV and Wifi Internet connection are very good. The loft apartment is so comfortable that I like staying there to read and watch TV, instead of going out sightseeing. Taking an afternoon nap on the sofa near the balcony and enjoying the sun is my favorite activity in my stay.

We had booked 3 rooms for our family to stay and had specifically liaised with the agent that we wanted the rooms to be on the same floor. We had also paid 80% of the payment via Agoda. Upon our arrival, we got to know that the agent had given the room keys/access cards to the apartment concierge for them to manage the rooms. Firstly, we were given rooms of 3 different floors. Next we got to know that each room had 1 room key/card access which is only accessible to the ground floor and the specific room level. Upon reaching our rooms, we were greeted by the stale and dusty environment. Immediately we started to have allergic reaction due to the amount of dust. Informed the agent and he said the cleaning services could only be done the following day. It was also difficult to go down and up just to access the shops nearby and it was super inconvenient due to the only card. We tried replacing the access card with another card in the card slot in the rooms but the electricity goes off. This is specifically difficult especially with kids and elderly around. We managed to access the other rooms which our families were in via the fire staircase access. There were no options given for a late checkout and had to leave at 11am. The agent doesnt received you personally and all was done via WhatsApp. To make matters worse, 70% of the staff of the building were not welcoming and showed reluctancy in doing their job well. We will not come back again!

Good Place for a reasonable amount. They have fully furnished apartment. And the view from the top is awesome. I strongly recommend this for your weekend trips. Despite all good things I had a bad experience that the clears & room service people were not be there on standby. They just clean your apartment and leave before you checkin. I faced problem with the washing machine. It was not working properly and all my clothes locked inside it. But thanks to the representatives they were helping me over phone in all possible ways. Suggestion: Please keep your room service persons standby for atleast next 2hours of checkin. So that the problems can be resolved fast

Incredibly huge room! Pretty good location but kind of smack dab in the middle of nowhere, didn't notice any convenince shop or eateries nearby if you get the munchies in the middle of the night etc. The gym is pretty well-equipped, but bring a towel or some wet wipes if you're grossed out by sharing equipments cause there wasn't any towels to wipe down after use.

This Airbnb is quite a good place to stay because the facilities, securities and location is very much what we expected from a place which also house a service apartment run by a trusted brand (Establishment). Pro - All things are in working order and the view of the city at 30th Floor is just amazing. Cons - Communication with the person handling our check in is just bad. Maybe he is too dependant on approved script. No towels so it had to be asked and were delivered quite late. And the 3pm check in and 11am check out is just disappointing for a company managing many units

Very clean and neat. Spacious. There are view for rooms at higher floors as well. there are plenty of choice for restaurants and bars around the area in a walkable distance! May enjoy the nightlife there

Nice home,book through agoda,got extra charges need to pay for the cleaning fees rm40, valet parking rm28, deposit of rm100. Parking will be a problem if you don't opt for valet parking because ada 'ulat parking'.
