We
had
booked
3
rooms
for
our
family
to
stay
and
had
specifically
liaised
with
the
agent
that
we
wanted
the
rooms
to
be
on
the
same
floor.
We
had
also
paid
80%
of
the
payment
via
Agoda.
Upon
our
arrival,
we
got
to
know
that
the
agent
had
given
the
room
keys/access
cards
to
the
apartment
concierge
for
them
to
manage
the
rooms.
Firstly,
we
were
given
rooms
of
3
different
floors.
Next
we
got
to
know
that
each
room
had
1
room
key/card
access
which
is
only
accessible
to
the
ground
floor
and
the
specific
room
level.
Upon
reaching
our
rooms,
we
were
greeted
by
the
stale
and
dusty
environment.
Immediately
we
started
to
have
allergic
reaction
due
to
the
amount
of
dust.
Informed
the
agent
and
he
said
the
cleaning
services
could
only
be
done
the
following
day.
It
was
also
difficult
to
go
down
and
up
just
to
access
the
shops
nearby
and
it
was
super
inconvenient
due
to
the
only
card.
We
tried
replacing
the
access
card
with
another
card
in
the
card
slot
in
the
rooms
but
the
electricity
goes
off.
This
is
specifically
difficult
especially
with
kids
and
elderly
around.
We
managed
to
access
the
other
rooms
which
our
families
were
in
via
the
fire
staircase
access.
There
were
no
options
given
for
a
late
checkout
and
had
to
leave
at
11am.
The
agent
doesnt
received
you
personally
and
all
was
done
via
WhatsApp.
To
make
matters
worse,
70%
of
the
staff
of
the
building
were
not
welcoming
and
showed
reluctancy
in
doing
their
job
well.
We
will
not
come
back
again!
