Not having tried boat noodles before I wanted to give it a go. I ordered the chicken noodle and beef noodle and a plate of fried chicken. Well the latter was essentially KFC! Nothing more. Tasteless and bland. That was a total waste. The noodles were lumpy. It was blanched in hot water enough. All in all a total waste of rm26.00.

The service is unsatisfactory and disappointing . Went there twice and faced the similar situation where the staffs were so rude and ignorant. Were waiting outside the restaurant for atleast 10 mins . None of them came and told which table to sit on or bothered to have the courtesy to ask us to atleast wait for a few mins .There were empty seating space outside so we asked whether can we sit on any of it. They said no but the maximum capacity stated was 20 , while there were only 10 ppl sitting inside . They could have separated the tables to provide us the seat. But no they just minded their own business and gave us the uninviting look.

My newphew fetched us to this mall for our first visit on a Public holiday. He took us to the interesting boat noodle chain eatery serving many types of noodles in small portions. The menu is colorful and kids friendly. For a more substantial lunch we also ordered fried rice and special desserts.

The food is just nice and the price not affordable at all. But the service is good.

meat is meat ball only, no more real meat slices, no more vegs too, full plate RM16+ portion is too small, only milk tea still nice, all others no longer worth the experience

Ordered the Pathumtani Noodle Soup with Beef and their Thai Iced Tea, the soup is savoury with little notes of sour added which I enjoyed and the noodle texture is great, also came with a generous serving of beef slices, but their Thai tea tastes nothing like tea, just a super sweet iced beverage instead. I would recommend only ordering the soup noodles but not their teas if you're not a fan of overly sweet drinks.

Frozen prawn, the noodle is over salty, signature noodle was so out at 8pm, over price for this noodle which cost rm16 salty food, no next time!

Seriously, I will never come here again. Although only 2 tables of customer (finish eating) but not allow us to sit in and block us outside & wait for 15 minutes. Very poor service and we’ve been waiting boat noodles serving for more than 30 minutes ( only our table) at that moment. This is my 1st try also my last ever as we found “lipas” inside the cutlery cup. Very disappointed 😔

The food was tasty. the new menu, creamy tom yum also tasty even a bit sour. The staff are helpful dan friendly. The noodles served by this branch met my taste compared to other branch.

Terrible attitude for the one and only chinese staff in the stall. Rude attitude. 1. When we walked in to the stall, wanted to ask for the difference between flavours but waited like about 10 minutes only she came fo us but answer like never answer somemore with rude attitude like “if you dont want order just go dont waste my time”, i also dont know whats the difference after she answered me. So i just simply order 2. After wrote the order and passed to her then only i realized i wanted to order rice noodles instead of spring noodles which i saw on google then only know the difference. So immediately i tell her to change for me then her terrible attitude again and raise her voice to us 3. Felt so angry to get treated like this when all the way to the stall wanted to try the boat noodles. End up we told her if dont want to serve us then just let us know. She shout at us and say its your wrong dont blame me 🤷🏻‍♀️ Am i wrong if she never explain the difference to us when we asked? And i cant change the noodle since she was yet to key in the order in system? And need to shout at us? Then i ask her to give her boss number i would like to communicate with the boss but she ignore me with her black face Comment to the boss of this branch, if you continue hired her as your main staff in the stall, dont ever think you will get more customer. Please educate your staff and hire someone else. This is my first time ever to write review in google which this event really hit my bottom line

After we finished our food, we saw a cockroach on our table. We reported to the staff and the staff said “our friend a little naughty” and just shrugged it off. We were shocked! Then when we were going to the cashier to pay, we also told the cashier but the cashier didn’t seem to care as well.

Read the bad reviews (google map, local guides) about this branch. Perhaps I was lucky ... the staff were rather attentive. Serving time could be longer than usual, but bearable. No doubt, most, if not all, of the staffs are foreigner. Food were not bad and decent. Fried chicken was well marinated and crispy. Green tea and taco milk drink were milky. Place is clean. By the way, this was my 2nd visit

Food taste great. One small bowl is definitely not enough. Sadly their pad thai abit sweet.

Tbh, I've been to multiple ones but this one sucks. The tastes completely different and so not nice, too bitter, noodles not well cooked, really not worth it. The drink tastes of refrigerator so I think the fridge or ice place havent been washed like really, I almost gagged because the taste while drinking is so obvious. Not to mention, the staffs saw me sitting at the table without no menu or order paper and I spent almost 10 minutes looking around waiting for them??. Overall food tastes bad, I'd rather go other branch.

Quality drop a lot ! No longer taste like before. Disappointed. They replace Thai bihun to Maggie noodle. 😑 totally different from the pic they had show in menu

Krapow mince chicken basil taste super salty. Not suppose to use soy sauce.Should be fish sauce. Slow serving. Thai tea super sweet like drinking sugar.

The waitress serve the foods quite slow. It comes out cold. Not even warm. One of the big size waitress was not focus at all but the petite size waitress was kind and nice. The taste noodles not nice like before. Wait 20mins - 30mins for 3 bowls of boat noodles🥲. Used to be my favourite place but now no thanks :( Based on the foods quality and services.
