One of my favourite halal dim sum restaurant. I personally recommend the sweet and sour chicken, that not too sweet or sour but just delicious. Of course the dim sum range and siew mai is always my all time favourite. The service crew here are friendly too.

I’m surprised why this dim sum place gets so high rating. Most likely those who gave raving reviews have never tasted true authentic dim sum. However, the portion is good and very generous with prawns. Taste wise… 2-stars is considered very generous. I’m not coming back.

Foods are tasty and with a lot of selections. The staffs are very attentive too. Price is moderate high. One thing to take note is the shop only accept credit card or ewallet.

The Halal dim-sum servings here are quite impressive. During peak hours like lunchtime in particular, there's usually a waiting queue. It's recommended to arrive early to beat the crowds and fully enjoy the experience.

Really love the concept this place. Very nicely decorated. They only accept cashless payment, as they should! Waiting time was rather short and the food was great. Their fried rice was not bad. Really love their chee cheong fun. Will come back for more dim sum and dumplings. I had one of the tea, really refreshing and it tasted healthy.

Comfortable eatery, nice deco Ordered Siew Mai, Radish cake, and dumpling. Overall was ok, Radish cake tad bit too salty for my preference but good portion. Attentive staff.

One of my favourite comfort food joint, especially the pavilion kl branch. I could write hundred words to describe how i love every food they serve, but instead i will keep that feeling with me. Enough said!! Recommended, obviously. Edit: Added more photos from home delivery:) Edit 2: went back for my birthday dinner and without a doubt one of my favourite restaurant in KL.

I had a delightful surprise when I visited this Halal (Muslim-friendly) Dim Sum Restaurant, as they serve incredibly delicious dim sum at a very affordable price. The restaurant's ambiance is also highly comfortable. Although the service was satisfactory, the serving staff can be a bit forgetful at times due to the crowd. If you find yourself shopping at KL Pavilion, it's definitely worth giving this place a try.

Sedap halal dimsum. Carrot cake was the star. Siewmai was pretty good. Didnt enjoy the batter for fried prawn dumpling. Nonetheless, highly recommended!

Walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. The food arrived pretty soon after we ordered which is commendable! The dimsum was OKAY, above average. But I love the fried rice and the texture of the stir fry broccoli but the scallops that came with it was tasteless….. 😕 Clean and bright environment with friendly staff. Would recommend to try if you’re in the area.

I had afternoon tea, Hong Kong style, here at dolly dim sum. Not easy to find but managed to locate it after asking around. Not a really big restaurant but it was rather empty when I visited. Most probably it hasn’t reach dinner time yet. I ordered the jasmine tea, siew Mai and beef balls and I was rather full since I had a late lunch earlier. I was awed by the taste of their beef balls with a tinge of lemon grass. Texture on the beef balls were good and similar to those found in Hong Kong, bouncy and juicy. Siew mai was above average. Take note that this restaurant serves halal food and the absence of a particular ingredient is not missed. Good price as well in view of the quality of the food served!

Food was good and the staff were very friendly. The decorations were really nice too. I recommend their hár gao (Prawn) and their fried beef kway teow. My family ordered some other dishes and they were all really nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. The fried radish cake was excellent. The yin yang fried noodle was yummy and the sweet sea coconut iced dessert was so refreshing.

This is a fantastic place for dim sum. Friendly service and the food is excellent! We have been here twice and will probably come back before we finish our stay in KL.

The food overall above average... The pandan tart inside got gula Melaka which is quite special.. The xo radish cake very nice, crispy outside soft inside... The 'zha liang' inside got popiah ingredients which is quite surprisingly and 'you tiao' very crispy.. Drinks i recommended the orange ones, like sparkling juice, quite refreshing... The price of Dim sum is slightly high but here is pavilion, so can't blame that.. And of course you have alot of choices but honestly I feel the food here is suitable for family that have older people...

Used to be good, but were left disappointed this time with some of the dishes. The chee cheong fun was too thick, so every mouthful felt more lile eating flour than the contents. Even the radish cake was just 'meh'...However, the lor mai kai and har kow kept up to its usual standard. So, overall it was jist ok for us. Service was a lottle slow possibly due to lack of staff.

Today was an impromptu visit. We just said lets have lunch at pavi and only decided on the place in grab lol normally would go to dolly at avenue k. Lets start with what ive eaten before/normally order: 1. royal golden fried rice - im quite surprised the taste has changed, to me tak berapa sedap. Tasted like normal nasi goreng udang. Used to love this dish 2. Siew mai - sedap 3. Szechuan dumpling - sedap 4. Signature egg custard - sedap 5. Puer - my go to drink. What can go wrong with tea hehe First time tried today: 1. Har gao prawn - sedapppp. Will likely to order this next time 2. Sweet and sour beancrud roll - oklah. Prefer the szechuan roll more 3. Thai style prawn - didnt manage to try this. Was too full but looks good 4. Crispy cheong - looks weird lol but sedap rupanya. Used to eat only the prawn cheong fun 5. Crispy egg noodle - quite tasty Other recommended dish which we didnt have today are: 1. Dolly mozza roll - one of my favorite from dolly 2. Salted egg and chicken Ambience wise - prefer the one in avenue k but that place is always full!

Overall experience is just average. Food is not delivered fresh from bamboo steamer basket. There is no cart running around for us to grab the dimsum, but are required to order only from the menu booklet. Sauce portion provided is not generous, have to purposely ask for more. But the staff service generally are ok, they clear away finished plate, deliver drinks quickly. Price is kinda high, average about RM10 per plate, and for 2 person, easily will set you up to at least RM100 bill, inclusive drinks.

Food here can be hit and miss. Fried kway teow was delicious with wok hey. Salted fish fired rice was weird because it had chicken and also salted egg in the dish. Dim sum dishes are ok as well. Service is as average.

Amazing food, lovely clean and tidy restaurant service was excellent. Prices are very reasonably especially when comparing to prices you pay in the uk. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in this area and fancy authentic dim sum dishes.

As a chinese food fan, I highly suggest this restaurant because of the excellent service and taste. The fried rice comes in a large piece and tastes good; all of the flavors blend well together, just like the mee I had. The dimsum itself is really soft, and the prawn flavor inside is quite good. The tea is warm and pairs well with dim food. The sauce is very important in this dish. CHECK THEM OUT!

Best dim sum I’ve had, hands down, and I’ve been to the best Hong Kong and guangzhou dim sum places. Dolly’s is domain done upscale. Every dish is carefully thought out, and infused with flavors. It’s non-oily, savory, but not salty, delicious and just perfect! I’ve been here multiple times a month! Love it!
