    Hopeless nursing care for assisted elderly patient. For the price you are going to pay, you can get better quality elsewhere in KL and selangor, may it be for Muslim or non Muslim.. I have checked several nursing homes which are prepared to assist patients with dementia with no prerequisite of medical record. Some of the patients interviewed recommended highly on the treatment they got at the nursing home hence giving us full assurance and confident of nursing care for our loved ones.

    Everybody must pay up deposit RM500 before receiving any treatment. Its the new regulation they said.<br> Such a heartless capitalist.<br> Their excuse is that insurance company is troublesome as if u mske things easy..<br> You and the insurance companies had extremely poor communication and u make things easy for you by pressuring the sick people? Kudos.<br> The chronic illness forced me to be hospitalised atleast 3times a year for the past 6years.<br> Suddenly today they trying to refuse me claiming i had an outstanding almost rm200 from 2013, like seriusly? How did they come with this number? <br> Hv been in n out for years using insurance all the time n now u said i owe u money from 6 years ago?<br> Talk about business making..such a capitalis.

    I wrote a review on Dr Vikramjit Singh and his assistant ,Nurse Janaki two weeks ago on another website but after my recent appointment with him , I feel the need to express my heartfelt thanks to him and Nurse Janaki on the website of the very hospital where his clinic is . I had a bad case of UTI and was very worried about it when i discovered some unpleasant symptoms on one Saturday morning so I immediately googled for the best Urologist in town and came across Dr Vikramjit's excellent reviews from many of his patients. I called the number listed and to my surprise after two missed calls, I received a call from him personally! He called me back after seeing his patient. He asked what was my problem and as i explained to him, he suggested that i see him as soon as possible so that he can diagnose my issue quickly and treat me accordingly .The hospital is far away from where I live and i do not know where the location is . But after hearing from him I felt assured that I should go and meet him immediately which i did and i thank God for that! Dr Vikramjit took time to listen to me and after some tests were done , he was able to identify the possible root of my problem from the preliminary findings and explained in detail to me .I saw him again after 4 days and to my relief from the tests conducted ,he confirmed what was the cause of my issue and that from the medication taken in the last four days , my infection has cleared! Two weeks later he did another test which confirms the same. Dr Vikramjit is a very patient and calm doctor . He took time to explain to me and allowed me to express my fears . He made me feel so at ease and i felt so comforted as he assured me that he will do his very best in his professional capacity to treat my ailment and i will be able to celebrate the Chinese New Year with peace of mind. Which I did! He is warm, kind ,friendly, humble and an understanding doctor. The best i have come across! .He is not only knowledgable and skilful in what he does but one who touches my heart for genuinely caring and for showing empathy towards me. I am thankful that I took immediate action to see him. He is truly God sent and an answer to my prayer for a good Urologist to treat my ailment. Last but not least, I must mention Nurse Janaki , his assistant, who is as caring, kind and understanding as him. She is efficient and certainly good in her field of work.They make such a good team together! Thank you so much Dr Vikramjit and Nurse Janaki! It certainly is worth every cent travelling a bit further to the hospital to have myself treated by Dr Vikramjit .

    Highly not recommended this hospital. We were carrying a crying toddler with breathing difficulties, the emergency dept. doctor was super impatient and without hearing much concern from us, he just concluded and comment 'for me, there's nothing serious, if you want, just admit lah'. What kind of service of emergency doctor of duty should behave!!! Doctor Madan/Madam ( couldn't really get your name properly), thanks for your generous 2 mins advice!)

    I met Dr.Padma,he was very friendly and provide sufficient information , however the account and pharmacy dept are very slow i waited almost 20 mins to get my medicines eventhough my turn is 2nd...i always faces this issue many times ....the only reason im coming to this hospital bcoz doctor padma

    Cons: 1.the parking rate is ridiculous if you stay overnight. maybe need to ask the staff where to park 2. The front staff at the entrance. So garang. I feel like i am going to a school and the disicpline teacher instructs me to wash my hand with hand sanitiser. Takut i Pro: others are okay though. The nurses at the ward, the doctor who treated me. The people at the OT. The cleaner/assistant. And thank you to the nurse name Iffah at level 4, she is really nice. Everything was going smoothly. Lrt and monorail are nearby.

    Dear Management, I was first impressed that there is an online form to book an appointment with your specialist/consultant via KPJ Sentosa website, though it is just a simple one-way web form, still a good effort I thought. However, I proceeded to book an appointment via phone call, just to be sure that my appointment is registered in the system directly. I was told that the appointment has been set at the earliest 10AM slot next day. We arrived considerably early, before our 10AM appointment, but was so shocked when told by the nurse that there are atleast 5 people before we get our 'turn'. And these are walk-in patients. I told the nurse that I have made an appointment with the specialist at 10AM and arrived before 10AM for the appointment. So I expect to see the doctor during that time slot, say 10-11AM (+/- 15mins still acceptable). But we are put in queue along with those walk-in patients and have to wait till noon before we get to see the doc. I would understand IF we were late and they had to prioritize the walk-in patient first. But we werent late for the booked appointment! The queue is what we are all trying to avoid by actually making an appointment, no? Seriously, no point of making specialist appointment via website or call if we ended up having to queue for 2 hours.

    So today i sent my husband here for the COVID test and at first they said the test cost 300myr, we sat at the tent and waited for the test after a few hours it was done and the bill came upto 550MYR. We argued with the staff until the doctor we spoke to came and clarified and they refunded us the balance we ended up paying 300++ including the antibiotics they gave us (costing 70myr) but although this is one of my preferred hospitals to go to this overbilling has happend twice to me already, last time my son came in with a fits and they admitted him for a few hours just to lower the fever they charged me 1000MYR. so be very carefull when u get your bill, they tend to overbill fo uneccessary things. I am dissapointed that i had to face such situations here twice already

    Dr Vikramjit Singh Saren is a very good urologist. He is patient, caring and detailed and thorough with his examination with my husband. The nurse, his assistant whom I unfortunately didn't get her name is nice and very helpful. Overall, really satisfied with the experience except maybe the registration system could've been improved as it took quite awhile a wait.

    My first time at KPJ Sentosa Specialist Hospital was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. The reason is that I was fortunate to meet Dr. Vikramjit Singh Saren, who is arguably one of the most prestigious, erudite, skillful, highly regarded Urologists in Malaysia, but most of all, one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. I had placed myself in God's Hands and He placed me in Dr. Vikramjit safe hands and those of his most professional and most caring assistant Mrs. Janaki. I cannot find the right words to express my appreciation of these two selfless, kind, and compassionate guardian angels! At first, while I was waiting for my turn, I was sad and worried about my physical issue, however, the moment I met them I was completely blown away by how helpful, patient, and caring Dr. Vikramjit and Mrs. Janaki were, and how fast they were at getting back to me to take such wonderful care of me by explaining things thoroughly to make certain I understood. It was indeed wonderful to be treated with such professionalism and care. Dr. Vikramjit sees patient after patient and complaint after complaint, yet he compassionately pays attention to details to identify and to cure his patients' physical ailments efficiently and with great exactitude and generosity of heart.     Dr. Vijay and the nurse impressed me. The whole process from GL and discharged went smoothly and super fast. The doctor explain patiently and friendly. Dr. Vijay is very experience doctor and give some advice and alternative solution. Thanks god that i have do some research before i seek for him. Overall, i am very happy on this. I saw many patients reviews on this doctor can cure their patients without surgery. I hope and pray hard that i choose the right doctor =)

    very bad service of billing dept as discharge period very slow and like a snail. urgently look into this matter. im very upset with billing..staff billing no respobility at wrk toll patien have to monitor. such a bog hospital but dnt know to manage. we waiting for bolling discharge for 4 hrs? never sinve line this hospital. look into this matter unrgently!!!!

    KPJ Tawakkal need to measure the overall time that the patient / guardian takes at one particular time to meet the specialist / doctor. It took me almost 2 hours just to get the GL verified (i have applied the GL before the appointment and it is available in my email/apps) before I can resume meeting the Specialist. Please benchmark other hospital for improvement. If centralised GL validation will waste everyone time (but could be save cost to you) why don't make it decentralise by providing printing machine at selected clinic? Please benchmark with Avisena Shah Alam on this. You time and our time are equally precious. Thanks.

    Giving 5 stars only because of Dr Padma(pedestrians). He is friendly, approachable and very professional . The care, services and results are highest level possible. One of the best pedestrians in KL. My baby admitted for few days, thank you Dr Padma and the staff the way took care my son. We never feeling like we were away from home. Pharmacy takes little bit time and avg waiting period around ~15 mins, I believe this needs to improvise.

    My mom had terrible diarrhea, admitted here for 2days, got a horrendous room and that was the most terrible experience i had ever faced in a hospital. In my room there is no proper ventilation system that develop sore throat and uneasy breathing.. *TERRIBLE*, Water heater are not working, what the **** is this place, THIS IS HOSPITAL....., there is patient that can't handle cold water you idiot, improve yout service PLEASE

    I was unhappy with the customer service. I called to ask about the appointment but the phone was hung up before I finished asking. I would appreciate if the lady would ask further if she couldn't understand my questions or she could just tell me that she didn't know how to reply me instead of hanging up the phone rudely.

    I feel like being cheated by this doctor.. he said my case is already serious and urgent. Expected to do the angiogram there but at last minute after all the scan and test, the doctor told me he cannot do the angiogram in this hospital.. dont have this service here. why dont tell me first before.. now i have to pay again certain fees at other clinic..really wasting my time and money.

    Generally a good hospital but services was very poor, especially communication with foreign patient. Arrangement was poorly managed, unclear direction what to do, where to go, what processes required prior certain services/procedures to proceed. Waiting time was also very long, in our case from 9am to 1.20pm (still waiting when i wrote this review). I used KPJ hospital services in Sabah but it was very far better than this KPJ Tawakkal branch. If this is not improved, i certainly will not recommend this hospital.

    Very good service by Dr Sivalingam (consultant orthopedic trauma & sports surgeon).... Treated me just like his own daughter and his caring fatherly words towards me has always touched me and the care from him is just incredible....Dr came even past midnight just to review my case despite his family time. I did 2 major surgery with him for both my shoulder on which was keep dislocating...post surgery I recovered fully and back to normal daily life just within 3 months time....even the surgery scar was so minimal where it looks just like bcg scar we get during standard 6. The surgery too was done just by inserting a small camera and no major cuts or stiching involved with all procedure recorded and passed to me in an USB form ...I really loved my surgery experience and have no worries on shoulder dislocating anymore .... Even my follow up sessions was always an enjoyable trip all thanks to Dr Siva whom always treated me the best and his assistant Ms Sakinah who is always cheeerful and ready to help. TQ so much to DR SIVALINGAM and KPJ TAWAKKAL team for making me enjoy my life again.🙏

    Obviously this 5 stars for Dr Kishore ONLY!!! Nothing pleasant other than DR Kishore's excellent treatment. My baby girl (1 year old) is in violet wad now. At first the cleanliness not satisfied especially the toilet and room svc which turned okay upon highlighting twice. But total disappointment with the staff attitude especially night shift. No prompt attention on calling bell. Very hesitant and unpleasant response. Many incidents... One of it when i pressed calling bell at 5pm to remove drips as my girl purged and smeared whole body where her baju got to be removed so that i can wipe her. Nurse came after 5 mins cancelled the call bell and said skejap. But she came after 40 mins after i went and sound since my hubby came after work luckily and left my girl with him. Another incident when Night around 10pm pressed calling bell for help to look after my girl as i need to go washroom. The nurse came after 15 minutes and hesitantly asked and i said need to use washroom. She instructed me to go immediately and said they have alot of work to do and shorthanded. I was not happy with the tone and answer given. I said all day sama je as no difference in their promptness. So sarcastically she said than bagitau management bukan kita. The same night i have requested for hot water when another staff came to check temperature. She said i have to fetch hot water myself at pantry using the coway machine as it will take longer if i wait for her as she is in the midst of rounding. Totally understand but She could have get another staff to help me out right? How am i supposed to fetch hot water carrying my little girl in one hand? Very irresponsible right. Staffs at violet wad needs a serious coaching in all matters.
