Pros: Doctor is very attentive, patiently explains every step and procedure, reasonable price too. I can now hear lights. Cons: Lost natural defence against boss's scolding and girlfriend's nagging. Kinda wish doc can put the wax back in.

Amazing experience! My ear felt blocked, and Dr. Issac actually found out that it was an infection. He promptly used a machine to suck out the dirt, applied medicine, all while being very caring and good to talk to. Also, I personally find the price reasonable. If I have any ear issues in the future I would come back again.

Great experience as a first timer. The staff and Dr. Isaac were all very friendly and helpful. I especially impressed how Dr. Isaac really took his time to explain about my husband conditions as well as my husband treatment options and how gentle he is handling my husband . We had a great visit and so I highly recommend this clinic. Surprisingly the price are reasonable too.

Dr Isaac is good and very details in explaining what happen to my ear infection. Price is affordable too. However, clinic staff is ridiculous for my 2nd visit. I called up to check on Dr availability and been told Dr will be here today until 9pm. So I purposely stop all my work and drop by and finally she told me Dr left. Worsts thing is no apologies is given. When I ask why she told me Dr is here till 9pm and now is only 1pm. She replied "Just now got but now don't have"! So it's wasted all my time!

Dr Isaac is no longer available here. He's very attentive and polite, giving clear explanation. My visit yearly is always something I eager and longing for because of the feeling after ear cleaning is satisfying. Never once it was painful. Went there to see an ENT doctor. He treated me well, but after a nasal endoscopy and about 60 USD spent, I left without a clear diagnosis. After 30 days taking the meds he prescribed, my condition hasn't improved a bit. So I wasted my money. The clinic itself is rather run down. But what REALLY annoyed me was that I was not presented with an invoice/receipt when I paid. So I asked for one and I was given a non-itemized receipt. Not that professional. I want to know how much the doctor fee was, how much the endoscopy was and how much each of the meds were. It's my right. You can't just say "That'd be 350 ringgit, thanks" and not justify it in written, item by item. If you think about it, even seven-eleven gives you an itemized receipt. Why not you?

Cant emphasise enough how friendly and professional Dr and the staff is! Very professional, explain the treatment and ask whether I have any discomfort. I paid only 150 for ear cleaning + treatment of one ear but its cheaper than other places. Will definitely recommend!

Go to this clinic on saturdays to see the ENT doctors. There are two different ENT doctors. But they are only available on saturdays. We saw the the ENT doctors here for my niece's ear infection. After almost a month treatment with with the ENT docotrs...Alhamdulilah, she is now totally fine. Thanks to the ENT doctors but sadly they are here only on Saturdays. They did really excellent job and friendly.

I went in for my ongoing sinus infection problem a few days ago. Very friendly staff and doctor. The doctor was very detailed in his explanation and thorough with the checkup. I would highly recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone who has the same issue. The medications prescribed and course of treatment advised seems to be working positively for me.

I went to this clinic today, the receptionist told us all must pay in cash cannot use debit or credit card. I feel so disappointed because obviously your clinic is not cheap, I have to find nearest ATM and took half an hour to find one. I paid RM200 but only get solution, no pain killer and antibiotic given. Param Ent Clinic served better but sadly it closed permanently.

Best ENT I’ve been to! I had a bud stuck in my ear during public holiday. I went to another doctor initially and the procedure was so painful, I think he made the situation worse. Googled the nearest ENT that is still open at 4.30pm and found this clinic. Called them up to confirm and went straight there. Dr Darsheni was so friendly and helpful. I was in there for 10 seconds and everything was resolved in a blink of an eye, literally! My ear was inflammed and hurt because of the first procedure, so she gave me some meds. Consultation and meds were covered by MiCare and only had to pay for the procedure. Wonderful!!

Lady at front desk is very harsh My wife is a feeding mother for 11 months baby. We went there as she is suffering with sinus. But the Dr gave wrong medication which will stop breast milk immediately. And they prescribed us to take extra medicine unnecessarily where we need a medicine for one week they gave us 30 days medication and asked us to save it for the next if necessary..they are just making money out of our pockets… When went back to ask the response is very harsh. They are not even concerned about the wrong medication they prescribed… what if we completely trust them and take whatever medication they prescribed???? My child would have suffered with out milk… never recommend this clinic As your staff mentioned the issue is not about loratadine....it is about Clarinase...u can Google it if you want to know better than that particular doctor...it is not at all recommended for breastfeeding mom's....don't sidetrack the issue until and unless u know it completely...and don't fool the public with this silly loratadine explanation....

Disappointed! A year ago i came to clean my ear and moms hearing issue. Dr Issac was around and attended greatly in solving the issues by a week, and his explanation of every step was good! But weeks back when i revisited, he was not around and without hesitation, i proceed with a female dr. Dharsini i quickly regret my decision! Her unethical explanation for my problem was one thing, another is Even after 2 weeks my ear issue was worsened! Went to another ENT specialist and after checking explained that my ear canal is reddish and inflamed bleed due to an injury from earlier ear cleaning! Dr, Dharsini said its just normal wax removal no issue but there's tissue growth! That's it not visiting anymore. But, To be fair, i would give credit to the friendly knowledgeable staff of you, especially Ms. Angeline very friendly peramah!

First of all, I found this place on Google because it was hard to get one that is open on a Saturday. I am happy that I trusted the reviews. As soon as I walked in, the nurse at the reception Mrs Priscilla was just so welcoming. I lost all nervousness as soon as she greeted me. The two lady doctors that saw me were also really good at what they do. I had a severe issues with my ears, which went unsolved even after multiple visits to private hospitals. Poliklinik Mallal solved my problem in 3 days. Thank you so much and you will definitely be my go-to clinic from now on. And just a side note, the washroom was very clean which completely surprised me. If I could give more stars than this, I would.

Dr Isaac helped to remove the harden earwax patiently and he consistently asked my husband wellbeing whether it is pain or not. Really recommend this clinic to anyone who had ENT problem. For the fee, it is affordable (for specialist). The procedure, consultation and medicines (almost 4 meds of them) costs us rm150. Totally worth it. Cons: A little bit hard to park. But convenient for us since we ride bike over there.

Went there by walk in since I needed to check my nose urgently. Dr Darsheni, Ms Priscilla and Asha who tend to me was truly lovely. Ms Priscilla patiently waited since I came in such a hurry mode whilst also being all over the place. Asha made sure that details on the letter needed for me was properly addressed by throughly checking with me. For the checkup itself, Dr Darsheni gave a good explanation on my concerns by going through each needed elements and ruling out the ones negligible as well as how I should take care of it to ensure it does not worsen. they even talked to the doctor that referred me for the ENT checked to get further clarification whether my check up here would be valid here to ensure I don’t have to do another check up 🥹 10/10 would go again to get my AR treated.
