After they have given us the total cost of the operation for my son (including medecine, bed and after operation costs), I agreed on the said cost - Which was really expensive. Surprisingly, after the operation is finished, I found out that the bill has been tripled for no convincing reasons, and I had no choice to pay (My son was still under their hands). It was very bad experience. Be careful before admission to Gleneagles hospital.

Their staff are kind, patient & professional in handling the big crowd. This health screen centre is one of the best centres in town.

My 5-month old son was sick with mild fever. i took him to consult a paediatrician at Gleneagles. The doctor suggested that my son be admitted to monitor his condition. We agreed. When waiting for the room availability, my wife had clarified with the staff at the paediatrician clinic if we need to prepare the milk formula, diapers and clothing for my son and we were advised that all these will be provided by the hospital but we may be charged for the service. But when later my son was admitted, we were told by the nurse that the milk formula and diapers were not provided and we ended up had to rushed to get the milk powder and diapers to the hospital. Then, we were later told by the nurse that they need to insert a cannula in my son's hand and they took us to a room for the purpose. One of the staffs (a male figure who is not wearing the hospital uniform and was wear in black shirt, dark long pant with moccasin without socks) asked my wife and i to stand outside while they are doing their procedure. After a while i can hear my son crying and the lighting inside the room was being switched off and on several times. Worrying about my son i open the door of the door to find out what happen, the staff (male figure) rudely raised his voice and asked us to stand outside telling us that it was part of the procedure (they never explained to us what was the procedure in the first place). i told him that i am standing outside with only the door open as i was worried about my son. He that continued with the 'procedure' with a very arrogant attitude without even bother to explain to us about what happened even after they had completed the procedure. It is a very inconsiderate behavior. Should this be the attitude of a hospital staff? He was not even wearing an uniform and i can't even able to differentiate if he is the staff from the hospital. In addition, the hospital room (Room No. 407) also has ants. How to confirm that these ants would not carry any bacteria, etc.? Then when discharge, after paying the bill and we were clear to leave then we noticed that the nurse still had not remove the cannula from my son's hand. My wife and i are just being inpatriated and we were staying at the hotel nearby to Gleneagles that's why we came to the hospital and thought that we may continue to consult the paediatrician for future routine follow up (e.g. vaccination) involving my twins son. For RM2k+ that we were paying for one night admission, it was a very bad experience... disappointment.

Until 9pm mom really cannot endure feedback to nurse, then nurse arrange the Indian patient chg to other ward. Nurse tell my mom actually u r 2nd patient to complain her. Went today for health screening, loved the experience. Also this is the most positive vibe hospital I have ever seen. It had live pianist/piano, it had big pictures of cancer survivors, it just had a very positive vibe. I hope the treatments for serious illnesses are diligent and result oriented too.

I’m an outpatient, I have to get regular checkup from time to time. Despite having appointments booked, I need to wait for at least 2-3 hours there were even times where I need to wait for an entire day. They never notify you regarding the waiting time either. Came and repeat the same procedures everytime, consultation is done in less than 15mins but the waiting time is so long. Not forgetting to mention none of these tests or medication help with my problem.

Terrible experience. I warned you all, some doctors and staffs here are terrible people. I went for admission at the endoscopy ward at 9:45 am and got warded at around 10:15. The worst part is that I waited 5 HOURS! For a endoscopy/colonoscopy. Then on 2:00 pm, when my name is mentioned and I'm send to the endoscopy room, I had to wait another hour. After waking up at 6 pm, I had intense dizziness and asked the nurse/staff If I can have a Panadol to help with my dizziness, they said no and say "I need to take time". I then did this multiple times and asked for help but they did the same thing. The doctor himself didn't say next appointment when or nothing, just say my colon is this and that when I'm in that extreme state. Around nearly 7pm, I had to go home still feeling dizzy and they told me "The endoscopy ward is closing". What kind of service is this? I've been to other multiple hospitals in Malaysia but it wasn't this bad, not to mention, expensive as hell. So much for a 4 star Hospital. To me, this was the worst hospital experience yet. Remind me to never be warded here. I rather go and wait for a longer wait time appointment at Kpj ampang puteri and hospital Pantai. Atleast they're better in treating me like a person. Man I'm so pissed off at this hospital. Now I'm at home feeling a bit better after taking a Panadol and resting. When I look at the reviews here, I'm starting to doubt if those positive reviews are authentic people or not, or they could be fake reviews by some staffs or people that were paid to do a 5 star review

What the point of having car park facilities at Block B, when your precious doctors occupied most of the car park facilities and furthermore the signage placed was horrendous...worst building/parking facilities ive seen..fleecing monies from patients/customers.
