Due to Chinese New Year Festival so the store held a lucky spinner for customers who purchase RM88 and above to have a chance for spinning the spinner. The mystery gift was actually nothing, the staff would only ask the customers to spin again. Probably they are not ready yet. By the way, the packet beverages and canned beverages are sold at the best price so far. The options of fresh fruits are limited, the area of fish stalls has also the odour of cockroach. Hopefully the management will take note about this matter. On the other hand, the management needs to handle the problem of hygiene in the washroom. Attached a photo that was taken in a female washroom, I found nowhere to press to flush. Hence, I used the water hose to settle.

Near neighbourhood with everything needed in a shopping mall. A lot of old store inside like sticker stall and liang roti canai. But you will get bored easily since not much to do.

Efficiency of handling crowd is bad. I've waited more than 1/2 hour to make payment today. 8.30am. Good value in certain product price & freshness.

Love the free parking, price of living goods high and not much competitive, thought there will be many Thailand imported goods like foods, snacks, medicines etc. since Lotus's from Thailand bought the Tesco, but after a year there's nothing change and nothing special.

The place is clean and tidy and accessible for disable persons with wheel chairs, and it could be the top visited place by the surrounding neighborhood. However, I will personally advise you to use Lotus's Scan&Shop Malaysia app and pay at the self service counter to shorten the queuing period at the cashier counter, this will definitely enhance your experience with Lotus

Today I used the self-checkout counter for the first time. I noticed there was a lady there to keep an eye on the flow and help out customers. Later at the car park, I realized that I had left my credit card in the self- checkout counter. Fortunately, the staff on duty had realized that this had happened and kept my card safely for me to retrieve. Incredible professionalism and honesty beyond the call of duty as they could have just easily turned a blind eye and resulting in a lot of extra worry and headache for me due to my own carelessness ! Kudos to the service team and the manager who coordinates them !

Still one of my preferred food shopping destinations. Great variety and wide choices. Still trying to get used to their online loyalty programme. Although the old card and voucher system was cumbersome it was much easier to use for old fuddy duddies like me. The new system is somehow more fidgety. And you have to rely on good network connections to access the app. There are times when trying to open a discount voucher becomes a chore and a queue holding up one as you try to access it. Apart from that what's there to complain about Lotus's Kepong Village also known as the former Tesco?

All good except the toilet need to be improved... still not ok since the last time i comment on it...

Groceries shopping. Variety banyak, Fresh food, used to buy vege, fruits and meat here. Sometimes ada offer murah sikit la. Ada Starbucks, burger king, food court, Watsons, GSC cinema, celebrity fitness dan lain2. Sesuai weekend nak jalan2

Very good place for grocery shopping since everything is under one roof (almost like a mini mall) and parking is plentiful. They have shops like Maxis, Digi, Caring, Starbucks, Mr DIY, Burger King, Shihlin, Empire Sushi etc. Little Wok Kitchen at the Food Court served very good fried rice with an affordable price of RM10.70.

Very comfortable, full-blast aircon. Awesome as meeting point. Lotus is commended for having 2 booths for Grab or Foodpanda to pick up the deliveries.

Decent shopping mall for everyone I think. Supermarket have everything you need from Fresh chicken to Salmon, vegetables, clothes, electrical appliances, fresh bakery and etc. Just no frozen ham. Other than that there are bookstores, cinema, eateries and also sports arena. 👍

Many people queueing to change clothes at fitting room. However, only one room is open. The rest 5 rooms all locked. We rang the bell but have no response at all. Have to wait 50 mins just to change clothes. 845pm.

Love hanging out here cos car park is free and i also send my son to music school every week which i find it very convenient.

Idiot trolley returning point that u can't return your trolley, the size does not fit the trolley n force u to go to further point. For how many months n it's still the same, lousy management

I came to play badminton with my friend. the parking here is free for their customer. there is many fnb outlets. at the rooftop there is a sport centre located here as well which open until 1am.

Please look into your washroom . I guess many of your toilet the flush not workable thats make your Washroom the most dirty toilet in such a Mall I ever seen as the user can't ever flush . How ? And Yet they need to go there and " do " their emergency business in the loo

The TGV cinema is two thumbs up. Lots of parking space.

Definely one of the most successful neighborhood mall in klang valley. Location is good, tenant mix is good (especially with cinema in it) and free parking is great.

Good place for family and groceries shopping, it has cinemas , gym , badminton,futsal , basketball ,ping pong and alot more interesting shops.

Inside mall few shops which family can shopping and can spend time with their loved ones. Management have to into toilet. Not clean and smelly. Have to improve cleanness.

Very poor service now as compared to my previous visit Sickening to que and wait for payment for half an hour with only 3 cashier's open despite the customer long que. Given a chance I won't revisit this outlet. Some more some items are more expensive by 5-10 percent to other related supermarkets.

This mall has lots of parking spaces.. they also have recycle bin at their parking area. very convenient

Most house hold and personal needs, pharmacy and food court are available here. Parking is free. Sometimes only one cashier is open at Lotus outlet (there will be a long queue) for cash payment. There are many electronic payment machines available ( lotus staff are there to assist)

Good neighborhood convenient mall for you n family to buy things for household.

Too many people during weekends phase 1 nrp. No proper social distancing among each other.

Easy to find car parks, and totally free of charged parking rate are the main reasons make me like to buy stuff here.

I love here because the food court is good. Especially thai food are delicious.

I was charged RM11.49 which the offer has expired on 13/11/19. I requested to honour labelled price as the expired price tag is not removed, glad that they refunded me the price difference for 3 tags. Tesco very steady!

The quality of the fresh merchandise have improved alot since Lotus took over (use to be Tesco) and the variety also improved alot. Only complain is its a bit hard to get to

Used to enjoy coming here when it was still Tesco. My go-to spot for grocery shopping. But since Lotus took over, this place slowly turns into a sithole. Floors are dirty, goods are being displayed half heartedly, severely understaffed, gridlock long queue along counters, becoming more and more rundown. Not coming back.

Nice place to have a break. And also have a lot of shop lot to hang out.

Went there for grocery shopping. Easy parking access. Alot of promotion in the other shops there. You can find nice local food in food courts.

The mall itself is good, with free parking and plenty of tenants, even a badminton hall on top. Saw GSC taking over MBO but not opened for business yet. It's a convenient and reasonably sized mall for a family visit.

Is convenient shopping supermarket for all households necessarily. Important the parking is free.

Wowww newly renovate, got new Mr DIY, love it... free parking, i like the kfc there, i like print my sticker name there, i like watch movies mbo there, and the tesco open till very late 1am mid night for friday and saturday, others day open till 11pm

Good shopping for grocery...actually I like to buy lotus brand its nauget, chicken petty burger,wedges and French frieds. Especially tempura nauget chicken so delicious..this place very crowded on Saturday and Sunday
