Bad behaviour and attitude ever received. I’ve never leave a bad review to anyone as I always show empathy and understanding but this is totally hit my limited. Their attitude was so good and friendly during their new opening, but now, I don’t know what I owe them to deserve this kind of behaviour. Good localized Korean food, has a grocery wholesale (Econsave), cheap off season sports outlet (sports direct) and cheap Electrical shop (D'legend)

It is a fairly good hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff is very caring. The breakfast at level 23 was excellent. Overall it was a good experience. The only disadvantage is that it is a bit too far from the centre city however, Grab is a cheaper way to get there. Thanks Sikandar Shah

The staffs are extremely no manners AT ALL. So, there is no one at the counter so i press the bell to get attention to make the bill. First attempt, there was no one coming. So i pressed the second time. And the staff came and asked me “tak boleh sabar sikit?” I was so frustrated! It is my problem that i asking for people to make my bill??? What kind of attitude is that? The staff was chick chatting with her colleague behind as i passed by before i enter the store. IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Random shopping mall near OUG with many excellent and affordable restaurants. A good personal hidden gem find. Though this place has 2 separate parking systems so to claim for parking you need to know which shops you want to eat/shop at before you park at the NEW shopping gallery side or the old side.

were the staffs were forced to promote pwp items during checkout at counter?? because the staffs keep pushing customer to purchase and when customer declined to do so, they were being rude and gossiping after serving customer. honestly this is such a disgsuting behavior and unprofessional.

Wide range of products, a bright shop. But I don't look the design of the cashier located at the corner, inside and always caused a long queue. I would say this is a poor management and poor design, every outlet has the same cashier location the most inside part and narrow. It would be better if the cashier is "placed" outside or not place at a narrow, inner and edged place. So uncomfortable and the queue is always long.

Your staffs could benefit a customer service training. Spend some of the yearly budget on that you won’t regret.

Cool mall. Lots of stores and restaurants to suit all your needs. Great place to walk around and look at shops with your family. Aircon and clean. Star is friendly and hospitable.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient for shopper and visitor who stay at the hotel too as the shop located nearby the hotel entrance.

There is one factory outlet used to give good offer on different types of sports items from shoes to shirts. However all these are history. The Store sells cheap and fresh vegetables but have to be there in the morning.

This mall just wont die... after all these years park with ease, and shop without stress. a small community mall for peeps around the area. nothing great, but a good place for stress free shopping, if you are not looking for anything fancy
