Phad tai quite good. Not a big portion but quite ok. For a big eater suggest to order 2 portions haha thai tea also nice on the sweet side for me. If less sugar will be perfect. Many peole come in and out. If you are big group suggest to make reservations like us. Service also ok price also ok. If they have more varieties menu will be perfect ^^

    1. If you cannot make up your mind where to eat at a mall, may I recommend Thai food if it’s available. 2. We have even before at Sunway Pyramid but this was a first for us at their branch at Mi-Valley Mall. 3. At was peak hour and we had to quite but the turnover is quite fast so we didn’t need to wait long. 4. In my humble opinion, everything here taste delicious so there is a tendency to over order as their portions are half a bowl. 5. Wifey and daughter who frequent the Sunway Pyramid branch said this branch has a spicy selection which the other didn’t. 6. I definitely will come again to eat here if I’m at Mid-Valley Mall again.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Not many patrons surprisingly. Staff are polite and service is fast. Place is considered clean. Tried on their new flavour (creamy tomyum). The taste is not too strong (not so tomyum feel), but acceptable. It's best if the soup and beef ball are hot. Condiments not refilled😅

Haven't been to Boat Noodles for years and decided to give it a try. Still loving the concept that the noodles comes in small portion, so I get to try different soup bases. Tried all 4 soup noodles and I'm impressed with the intensity of flavours. Suitable for someone who has heavy taste buds. The chicken chop (ayam legend) is grilled perfectly as well, crispy and flavourful while juicy and tender. Although it takes quite some time for the food to be servdled

The worst customer services you can get from this restaurant. The staffs were extremely rude. ALL of them just ignore you when you try to get their attention to order food or paying the bill. I raised my hand a few times, they noticed me but they just turned around ignored you after their eyes contact with you. The one at the front who prepared the food is the worst ! What kind of manner and attitude like that ?! The food was average. I don't understand the concept. RM2.80 for a tiny bowl that only give you 2 mouths full. You basically have to order at least 4-5 bowls to fill up your tummy. I can't be bother with the second bowls with such customer services. At the end I have to say " excuse me " politely to get my bill. The chubby lady just give me the filthy look ! Unbelievable!

I’m sure everyone is familiar with the taste and menu of boat noodles as it’s such a popular chain. What sets this store apart however is the wonderfully friendly and prompt service. My chicken skins didn’t taste fresh and they were very prompt and understanding in replacing it with a fresh batch. I wanted a smaller portion of the fried kangkung too and they were happy too oblige. Really impressed with the staff and our waitress for being so friendly and patient even during puasa month. A place worth dropping by if you’re looking for something cheap, easy and quick to eat.

One of the most popular franchise of Thai street food in small bowls. It’s similar to what you would get in Thailand. I love the cha yen, super super thick and when the ice melts - it tastes better. The kaya bun is good but the kaya is an odd colour compared to natural kaya. Still the bread is so soft 😍 They change their menu a lot so there are some new soups while there are some they discontinued. Look out for their seasonal menu too!

Really fun concept with small noodles for like 2.80 RM each. Definitely should try once. Although, i did notice sometimes it takes 15min for them to prepare like 5 small bowls of noodles (too long). It’s funny each drink is the cost of 3-4 noodles and packed with ice inside. Pad thai was very tasty.

Noodles basically taste good, just when asking which non spicy for kid, and order accordingly the recommendation. Still spicy kick for kid. 😅 Fried chicken portion rather small.

Came to try the boat noodle because of the unique concept. Price was 'attractively' cheap with only RM 2.2 per bowl. However, portion is only one bite size i tell you. Flavour and taste also not as impressive as its presentations. Different selection with more or less the same taste..so boring. Thai fried rice was also flavourless. It tasted only sweet and salty. It was far from so called Thai authentic taste. Thai ice tea was also less flavour compared to any other Thai ice tea with cheaper price.

They served wrong food at first. The minced chicken was okay-ish bcs soy sauce kinda overpowering the other ingredients. We had pad thai as well and it doesnt taste anything like the original pad thai. Sangkaya steamed bread and mashroom snacks were good. Their heavy meals definitely can get a cheaper & better version somewhere else.

During our lunch, we saw a live Cockroach walking on the wall, followed by a baby cockroach on our table as we were about to leave. We informed one of the staff on the floor, which she just noted without doing anything & walked off. ;(We told the cashier while we were paying & they just did a pest fumigation yesterday. I think this is definitely not acceptable and they even charge the full amount after we informed. ;(

Noodle is cold when served. Extremely small portion is expected.

Food is good, but the service will hope to see some improvement again, when we came in and sit down no one was noticing us. However, i will definitely come back to eat again.

Place overall. Okay. But just for the sake of trying the small bite hype, it is for you (not really for big eaters ya). For other aspect, like the small condiment bowls, please clean it throughly. Still not cleaned and oily. P/s: remember. Not for big eaters ya. For others okay.

Dont get me started, I'm too full 🤣 they got lot of varieties but still can add more. Too bad the popia wasn't available when we dine in earlier. The foods are great, 4/5. Definitely gonna visit here again soon (might be sooner than I thought) 🤣

The food here is good. Not to forget the waiter and waitress are super friendly! Would highly recommend to go to this boat noodle for the best experience

Generally it’s okay. Quality for all branches have dropped over the years. Prices for the side dishes are also slightly more expensive. But if you crave for boat noodles. Why not ?

One of the staffs has very good customer-centric mindset and made an effort to take our orders eventhough he'd finished his shift and was actually leaving his workplace.

Tasty food. Like the sour and love the Tom yam and chicken skin. The other were not to my taste. Service prompt. Table shakes but an enjoyable experience although bill quickly adds up if u get tempted like me and try everything

Service very slow despite having few customers only. 30+min and my omelette fried rice has not come. DuitNow payment accepted here. Menu is your standard Boat Noodle menu, although the variety has decreased over the years. Edit: revisited on June 2022 again, came for Thai food, tasted Malaysian food instead. Fried rice having crab strip crackers on it, boat noodles have a little sambal on top. Bad.

Food is slow, small portion, tastes ok but not worth the price. Regretting my decision coming here. If they keep getting away with this, might have to close by next year
