Brought here by Google rating, was looking for tempting croissant. Very nice ambience! Not many pastries cafe like this in Malaysia. The English breakfast set is considered ok (the scrambled egg is nice), coffee is good, hot chocolate is not.😅 Brought home a peice of Hawaiian chicken pizza. It is a Surprise! 🤩🤩

Not bad for decent bites in the eve. Layout and interior seems ok: bit EU retro. Pizza was OK. But the latte (coffee) needs some improvements (beans). Staff were decent and friendly. Price is on above mid range. Parking was easy as I arrived around 4pm.

Came here seeing the highly-rated recommendations, however, end up with total disappointment. The baguette is super harder than usual, flavour to it was bland. Croissants are so so. Worst of all, ordered a creamy mushroom soup. Didn’t expect to receive a pepper-overfilled soup, which completely covered the taste of the soup, leaving you with throat burnt sensation from the pepper, definitely not something I expect. 2 points given to the spacious environment. Food wise, overestimated.

This place open for quite a number of years. Still you can see many people come for their pastries and food. Honestly, pastries look nice and price are acceptable. But pastries are best serve fresh or hot. Cold pastries and bread tends to harden and doesn’t taste as good. Their scramble egg with croissant is not bad. Croissant is hot. *limited parking, if you park opposite it will cost you extra rm2. Which is rm5

Pastries were good. Croissants were fresh. All in all, the kind of boulangerie and patisserie you can indulge once in 2 months. Also, there's only 2 counters for payment and the cashier also reheats the pastries. There should be a queue from 9am to 11am based on last Sunday when I was there.

The ambience was okay. The outside seating can be warm in the afternoon. The indoor seating is also very warm. The heavy meals were either disappointing or mediocre. The linguine carbonara I had was terrible. The linguine was hard like it had just been taken out from storage, and topped with the sauce without cooking it first. Canele was super sweet. Kouign amman was okay. Cheesecake was mediocre. The Rich chocolate cake was too sweet. Almond croissant was delicious.

one of the most affordable, no nonsense cafes. good range of pastas and pizzas and pastries. environment is nice and clean. they have one of the best truffle pastas ever with a twist as it comes w sambal. 4 cheese pizza is better than the mushroom pasta. the carrot cake is also very good. huge slices with reasonable pricing unlike other trendy cafes. standard of the food is consistent, will always come back.

We love their various types of pastries. Recommended to try their pizza slices at the pastries area. Coffee is alright. Hot food (breakfast and lunch) is also available but not a big fan, they can do better. Ample seating but limited parking space. RM3 charge for parking. Last orders at 5pm.

A nice comfortable place for macaron and pastry. For December 2023 menu, my kids love their beef wellington and the price tag is RM48 per plate, which is cheaper than other place yet the pastry skin was crispy and the meat were delicious welldone and juicy suitable to kids palate.

My friend brought me here for tea, claiming that this place was once very popular. However, I found it to be quite dated and not very impressive. I grabbed a croissant from the bakery shelf and stood in the queue for quite some time. Eventually, I ordered two cups of chamomile tea and a slice of their cake. Unfortunately, the pastries were just average. While I understood that the tea is refillable, you need to bring your own cup for the refill, which didn't sit well with me. All in all, this cafe didn't leave a positive impression on me, and it won't be on my list of places to visit in the future. This cafe doesn’t attract me due to such service. Definitely not in future list.

A perfect breakfast spot to start your Sunday morning. The pastries are fresh, hot selling and the service was superb. Sunday KLFCM is the perfect day to come as you can cycle to this cafe due to limited parking spots.

The scones (plain and forgot what is the other flavour but only 2 types available) are DRY! For RM5 n RM5.50 respectively, there is no jam nor butter being provided except purchase them separately. Parking is very limited.

Loved the fish and chips here as it has a nice batter and crispy chips. The tartare sauce was also nice. It costs about RM30 for this. They have quite a selection of pastries as well which are baked on site so you'll get the nice bread smell. Pricing is slightly high but perhaps the ingredients used is of better quality whereby a plain croissant is RM7.20. Service was okay as we have to order at the counter but they'll serve the food with a 5% service charge. Plain water is also available for free. The atmosphere inside is very comfortable and plenty of spaces. Parking is available around the place at a fixed fee of RM3.

Disappointed with offering based on what was shown on the website. Went at 9 am in the morning and pastries did not taste fresh and slightly soft. Ordered cooked breakfast but scrambled eggs had bits of shell in it. English tea and came without milk. Had to go back and pay extra for tiny tumbler of milk.

This is my 1st visit at this cafe, I love the vibe, love the pastries especially mushroom bread, garlic bread. I think the special here is their pastries, others menu like pizza, mushroom soup, fries, and the drinks for me just nice. I really love the vibe. They have baby chair. Nak chill makan kat luar sambil ootd pun nice juga. For parking masa I datang tu on Sat and 2pm tapi banyak kosong, rezeki. That's all, thank you.

Food was on the salty side for those who have a heavy palate. Dutch pancake was really nice but dont pour all the syrup. The mushroom pasta was amazing and flavourful with slightly spiciness as a kick. The fried salmon fish was okay and the sauce was too sweet. Service was slow when I wanted staff to slice the bread. Overall still a decent experience and would visit again.

I ordered the scrambled egg croissant and pulled chicken and scrambled egg ciabatta. Unfortunately, both dishes left much to be desired. The flavors were rather lackluster, resulting in a mediocre experience overall. Food presentation of the dishes was also quite underwhelming. The single hash brown served alongside each dish had a negative impact on the overall aesthetics. Disappointing when a simple element like a hash brown can detract from the visual appeal of the dish. There was a large crowd when I visited. Finding a seat was quite challenging because of the limited seating area. But that said, I did enjoy the busy ambience. The car park was also limited and they charge a RM3 parking fee. Make of that what you will. Happy dining!

Been here for lunch or hi tea for many times. Just love the environment here. Hidden in the midst of the high rise building, it provide a small comfy sanctuary if u ever need one to just chill out and relax. Its good for small gathering , catching up and even self unwinding. The food is above par BUT the price is rather on the high side. Well, its the price to pay for this kind of environment. Parking are limited but there is a parking attendant that can assist or even help as ur valet if needed. It only cost you RM3 per entry. Love this place and definitely will be back again... and again. Food : 4.2/5 Atmosphere : 4.6/5 Price : 3/5

It's a France colonial bungalow cafe serving assorted fresh & hot bread & pastries. They also have nasi lemak & western cuisine. 5/5 Choose & pay your order at the counter. Service is fast. The staff is friendly too. 5/5 They have indoor & outdoor dining. The indoor decor is characterized by English colonial while the outdoor is like a cafe in the garden. The atmosphere is so cool. 5/5 They provide valet parking but it's always cramped. 4/5

These are what me and my colleagues ordered for lunch: Chocolate Ganache Danish (RM7.90) - Not too sweet, leaning more towards dark chocolate 😋 - the pastry itself is nice but i should have ask them to heat it up. I bet it would taste wonderful warm. Chicken Lasagna 🥘(RM23.50) - sooo nice. I love it 😍! - definitely worth the price - quick to serve too! Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart 🍰 (RM10.90) - too sweet for all of us Iced Latte ☕ - very aromatic - not too sweet 🚗 Parking was RM3 per entry and i think should fit around 15-20 cars. 🕒 We arrived around 12:45pm and there weren't many people so the service was quick and the staff were attentive. They also provide free flow drinking water. 🏝️The ambience is nice and calming. There's outdoor seating and indoor seating.

I have been a frequent visitor of Levain when I was working in KL 6 / 7 years ago. Yesterday, I decided to visit again, hoping to relive some of the nostalgic memories I had of this welcoming and comfortable cafe. To my delight, not much has changed, and Levain remains a wonderful place to enjoy delicious food and great company. The food at Levain is still top-notch, and we were delighted to indulge in their homemade creamy carbonara and truffle spaghetti, both of which were incredibly tasty. The beautifully baked bread and macarons were also a treat, and we couldn't resist taking some home with us. Despite the passage of time, Levain has managed to maintain its cozy and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff and a relaxed vibe that makes it an excellent spot for a casual get-together with friends or family. The service was excellent, and we were made to feel right at home. All in all, Levain is a fantastic cafe that offers delicious food, delightful ambiance, and warm hospitality. It's no wonder that it continues to be a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. I highly recommend paying a visit and experiencing the warmth and comfort of Levain for yourself.

Kinda overrated. Service was nice, cake and pastries were just okay. Feels like pastries can be lighter and airier, also tastes lacking of quality butter. Ordered Truffle choc cake as recommended by staff (who was very nice and patient); cake was alright, a little on the sweet side.

I ordered a seafood ali olio which was amazing. After main dish, i ordered the bread, and pavlova. I really liked the bread, but pavlova was not impressive. In fact, i couldn’t finish it, because there was a strange smell of the pavlova. Since, pasta and the bread was great, i would give 3 star.

Love love love this place. I tried a pasta with mushroom and caviar. I believe this is one of the best pasta I have ever had in my life. The spaghetti is al dente and the sauce is so perfectly thick. But I do not recommend the risotto. The pizza was alright. The pastries had a lot a variety. Waiters and waitresses are not really friendly but the place itself is good enough for me to go again. Missing that pasta

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. There were plenty of seats available. Took the Almond Cheese Danish and Matcha Burnt Cheese Cruffin. Thoughts? Not flaky, dry, tough, and cold. In this day and age, id say their pastries fall below average expectations. While this level of standard might have been passable a decade or two ago, not quite the case anymore. There were even some flies in the pastry display.

One of the best bakery in town ! I just realised this bakery shop here and decided to give a try. I went for the pastry. OMG ! So many choices here. I took the scone. The scone was really really good and soft. Crispy outside, moist inside. Ohhh definitely will try here. They also have cakes. Will totally come back

They have wide range of pastries and cakes. Pasta, pizzas and rotisserie. Reasonable pricing in this area of KL. Can enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating. They have the misting for outdoor which makes a whole lot of differences to cool down the temperature. Beautiful hidden cafe. Worth visiting.

Went for breakfast. It was super crowded. Good was a guy pointed us a proper parking space just opposite the shop. Food is consider good. The system to queue to make is good as well. Take note not to be tempted by the display patisserie. You may end up ordered more than you can eat. 😅

One of the cozy nice place for pattiserie if you are craving for one. The chocolate danish is a must try. Remember to heat it up prior to consumption. Price affordable. Place comfortable, self service for the plain water. Staff friendly. Parking limited and difficult. Walkable distance from trx mrt.

Brings back lots of memories. Halal restaurant ya. Went here for breakfast before our training starts. 7:30 am sharp we entered. Not much has changed, same elegance, bright and wonderful smell of the freshly baked pastries and bread. We had the eggs Benedict for breakfast and the pulled meat pair with English tea and latte. Staff are nice and polite. If you park your car in the premise need to pay parking fee ya. Waited for the danish pastry , all time favourite. But you have to wait alittle longer about 8 am where most of the pastries and bread will be freshly out from the oven. Pricey but really worth every bite. Definitely highly recommended
