    This is the worst Burger King outlet that I have ever visited, in fact, the worst fast food outlets in my experience so far. Been served by demoralised, unprofessional staffs that treat customers like bagger, as it we don't pay for our meal, and extremely slow service.

    I went in the morning and ordered the Menu Rahmah - chose the cheese beef burger and got a bottle of mineral water. It cost only RM 5. For this price, its affordable and value for money. While the service was quick, I wasn't happy with the poor ambience. Seems poorly maintained and the outlet was hot especially at the back section of the restaurant. The floor was not clean and the atmosphere was disappointing. So I ate quickly and left.

    I’ve been here multiple times. Every single of your staff who takes orders doesn’t speak, doesn’t communicate, doesn’t talk. Didn’t say anything at all. Didn’t answer when I ask questions. Didn’t even tell me the total price (just pointed at the display in the teller machine screen). Didn’t even look at me. Did you hire a bunch of robots? The cheap ones? Because as far as I know even robots can communicate well. Or was there a ghost sitting on my shoulder and they were terrified? I don’t understand.

    Burger King has always been special, the great tasting burgers, price point & quick service. After checking our baggage & collecting our boarding passes in KL Sentral we decided to finish off lunch here before we head out for some window shopping at the Nu Sentral mall nearby. We wanted to try the Nacho Cheese Burger, but that was not available. Little disappointed we opted to go with the Tender Crisp Burger. Like the name suggested, the tender chicken with a mild crisp texture was beautifully placed in the Niger with a light dressing, tasted absolutely delicious. I do wish some of these menu items become available in India soon.

    Couldn't order/pay at the counter because apparently their system was down. Was given a QR code to order online, but on getting to payment, the payment site didn't work. Staff didn't really seem bothered. Went to McDonald's instead which sucks.

    The bun is so dry and definitely not at its freshest state. Fries is good: thick, hot and not too salty. Service is good from one of the elderly waiter. At least he did not get angry and yelled when people forget to collect their orders. Stuffiness could be unbearable especially during lunch time. Air circulation definitely needs some work. The interior looks fairly old and honestly it’s kind of giving traditional burger restaurants in the US.

    Food is great, i asked for fresh fries and didn't get side eyed. Its just that they need more staffs. Seems like not enough crews to cover the chores. Management needs to pay attention to the workers welfare, given that they served thousands of people daily.

    Soggy fries, not freshly fried. The fries lost its crunchy and crispy characteristic due to prolonged time left outside fryer. But the mushroom burger is nice, juicy and the bun is fluffy. Place is not well ventilated, you can smell the oil, air-conditioner seem doesn't do any good because the place is quite hot and humid. Place seem very crowded at times. Service is average, waiter is smiling but is it not very fast but on par in case of waiting time for your order to complete.

    Why do I go to Burger King thinking that it'd be life changing? It's just always underwhelming - and you know it. You'll come here because it's fast and "cheap", but that's not the case here. It's slow because there's always a line here, and actually it's not that cheap. The service is terrible, you might as well be talking to a toddler, and the food is never what it looks like in the photo. I guess the saving grace is that it's still edible. You know that, I know that, and I'll come here once in a blue moon. Also, what's with my fries? It's like Burger King isn't making enough money and still need to squeeze their customers even further.

    The food was good and the price was reasonable but the service could've been better. The cashier (always the same person) could give a smile to the customers. His attitude was almost as if he doesn't want to work, really hope that Burger king could fix this. When taking orders, no details were given and he expects us to know what comes with every meal. Not only that but the ambience was not very good. It was very hot since there was no air conditioner and we could barely feel the fan.

    There is a more spacious enclosed dining area in the shop, but when I was there, they had the air coolers operating at 29 deg C (Really 29C? In Malaysia?) Bear in mind, those are portable air coolers, not the usual wall or ceiling mounted air conds. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable to sit in there because of how hot it can be. The staff who took my order at the counter called out the queue numbers in Malay instead of English (no digital numbering display in the shop). How do the international tourists understand when their food is served?

    Review update Since my last visit when I praised the food but not the customer service, I was disappointed to have another negative experience. The same young man who served me the last time was still there, and he was curt and negative in his manner and answer to my questions. I left without buying anything. I have reduced my rating to 2 stars. Below is my original rating. A typical example of good fresh breakfast let down by staff with minimal service ethics. I ordered chicken strips on rye roll and water. The water was hot and I requested ice but to no avail. The staff couldn't answer in a polite way.

    This place is quite large with a big seating area behind the counter but the whole place is hot without air-conditioning. When I complain, they say the air system is controlled by KL Sentral Terminal. I paid to Burger King and not to KL Sentral. To make matter worse, they don't have any tomato sauce for my burger. It's about 3pm on a Sunday.

    My love since our very 1st met. Best burger ever! Is it me or i forgot the taste, that BK in Jakarta had a bit different taste rather than in Malaysia. It always taste better when i eat in MY.

    Given the location has one of the highest foot traffic. You'd assume the company would give an appropriate amount of staff and technical support. System down or Technical issues are one of the most common failure whenever I come by to make my purchase. Until they fix and stabilize it. This is a solid 2 stars. Revisit on November 17. I'm surprised the service gone from bad to worse. You outdid yourself burger king.

    The standard of burger king dropped to - - - 0 level👎. Ordered grilled chicken burger it was like raw chicken then change to crispe chicken burger also the outer was fried and inner was also raw. I've eaten burger king no of times before but NOW there's no quality at all. 👎EndUP both burgers are wasted. Just left it there!! 😕 Sitting place.. Inside without aircond and replaced few cooler. Floor and the place no dirty and untidy.🤒🤢 Washing 1 with water n another without. Pity the workers, had to work in a place as this for money. 😔 🤯Outlet Owner need to spend money to Refurbished the place, for sake it's a eating place!!! 👎👎👎👎

    The place is dirty, particularly at the skirting of the floor. In addition, the staff is like not trained and not familiar with the promotion code. I have to repeat myself 3 times for the staff to understand my order. Like other reviews, the staff are not interested to serve customer. Their kiosk is flawed as you can't ordered promotional items there, and the staff, who is fully aware that you are queuing to order, will turn back, prepare 2 orders, then only will take your order. Lastly, although I specifically said that I am having the food here, still proceed to key in as take away. When try to correct them that I am dining in and would like to have the cheese directly poured on top of my nugget, I was curtly refused. Unbelievably bad experience.

    Teh service is fast but the crew are very rude im talking about the guys in the cashier doesnt have any hint of customer service in them most specially the indian guy. He would give u a stinky wye if ur not going to be quick and get ur order. One time i told him that my order was not right. He said “the order was correct” i showed him the receipt to shut him up and gave me the exasperrated sigh! He is so rude. If it was not convenient and quick i would not be buying in that sme branch

    Came to order at the counter but was asked to order at kiosk. Couldnt find what i wanted to order at the kiosk and I asked again at the counter. They said they refused to take manual order coz they got too many orders. I was denied from taking the manual order just because they said they got lots of order but they are okay if i order at kiosk, which I couldn’t proceed coz what I wanted was not at the kiosk. Worst customer service ever.

    I ordered ice cream cone here and waited 15 minutes for it. It was the only thing I ordered, it takes maximum 30 seconds to make it. Staff preferred to stand and do nothing. When I received my order, it turned out that ice was not frozen at all and fell off the cone onto the ground. I don't recommend this place.

    Food basically ok but your bun isn’t tasty at all, without the patty it’ll be worst.. What i like is you can opt for salad in exchange for fries without any additional charge! As well the drinks in which you can opt for non-carbonated drink such as minute maid orange / heaven’s earth lemon tea without additional charge. What needed to be improved is your ambience, cleanliness and service level, it is really poor….

    At 7.30 pm only 1 counter open Long que and very slow service Service personnel are not friendly, do no smile and does not greet customer Does not give instructions well and assume every customer knows what to do after paying the bill Cashier has to leave counter to help the staff in the back They look very unhappy and understaffed. This is the kind of service and operation that seems standard to most out lets and reminds me why i should keep trying to NOT to go to burger king. And the burger is very small...not value for money

    Bad experience here :( ordered a premium menu, But the outcome was worse than a normal burger i used to order. The patty was overcooked, don’t let me start on the presentation.. it disgusts me. Was there because there’s a task i need to get done asap so i ask the staff whether they provide wifi or not. Yes they do, but once done with getting my food, i tried connecting to their wifi but felt like i was lied to.. I couldn’t even get the task done! Couldn’t get online or access the internet at all. So there i was, grumpily finished my unappetising meal and unable to reach my purpose. Shame on this burger king outlet

    Felt like i was in burgerking bangladesh or india rather than burgerking kl sentral. Really disgusting with rubbish all over and in the middle of the kitchen a giant rubbish dump and for whatever reason it should never be there where food is made and served. I hope this place shuts down

    Very bad customer experience in this outlet. Staffs' attitude were terrible. Visited today noon for a quick lunch, I do not have a smaller change and yet the staff acted like it's customer's problem and demand me to pay with card. I do have my choice on the payment method .

    A stopover fastfood outlet in KL Sentral to have quick meals before taking KLIA Express, as it is close to the train departure terminal. Also popular for burger lovers passing this place. I haven't tried any meal here.
