smart
modern
building
and
assuming
Agoda
honour
your
booking
you'll
like
the
building.
Great
pools
and
very
nice
apartments.
Right
near
TRX
so
the
TRX
MRT
station
is
the
easiest
to
use.
Easy
walk
to
Paviliion
and
in
the
heart
of
Bukit
Bintang.
Housekeeping
staff
are
excellent
as
are
the
Indian
guys
that
work
at
the
reception/lobby.
This
property
has
multiple
layers
of
management.
Agoda
cancelled
my
booking
whilst
I
was
in
the
air
on
the
way,
so
arrived
at
night
in
a
thunderstorm
to
a
cancelled
booking.
Agoda,
as
always,
aligns
itself
with
the
worst
layer
of
management
and
on
arrival,
when
they
didn't
honour
my
extant
booking,
the
Five
Senses
lot
simply
put
the
phone
down.
So
Agoda
left
me
stranded
in
KL
at
night
in
a
thunderstorm
with
no
local
SIM
card,
so
no
internet/wifi,
no
local
currency
and
not
transport.
DO
NOT
TRUST
AGODA!
THEY
HAVE
RUINED
TWO
OF
MY
TRIPS
IN
THE
LAST
THREE
YEARS.
The
sullen
and
unhelpful
reception
staff
were
uninterested
in
assisting.
The
deplorable,
dishonest
and
venal
Agoda
simply
cancelled
and
offered
me
$60.
They
did
refund
the
booking
cost
but
as
this
was
booked
early
and
low,
it
was
useless
in
trying
to
find
an
alternative.
Agoda
said
they
would
try
but
then
a
short
while
later,
said
no
alternatives
and
left
me
stranded
with
no
wifi,
no
local
currency
and
no
transport
on
a
stormy
KL
night.
Avoid
Agoda
at
all
costs.
They
are
the
most
greedy
and
dishonest
travel
platform
in
the
whole
sector.
Their
customer
services
seek
only
to
limit
the
losses
to
Agoda
for
Agodas
mistakes.
They
recently
tried
to
rip
me
off
on
a
Bali
property
but
as
I
record
every
dealing
with
this
terrible
company
they
were
forced
to
refund.
The
KL
cancellation
mid
flight!
and
with
no
funds
and
wifi,
forced
me
to
rebook
the
same
property
through
the
Agoda
app
at
double
the
price
or
sleep
on
a
rainy
street.
Agoda
refuses
to
refund
the
Β£454
extra
I
had
to
pay
them.
At
present
and
after
much
unpleasantness
they
offered
a
derisory
$40,
then
$60
then
$
100
and
at
present
$200.
I
am
still
penalised
in
the
amount
of
Β£265
through
no
fault
of
my
own.
Agoda
are
greedy
parasites
and
should
be
avoided
at
all
costs.
The
are
easily
the
most
dishonest,
venal
and
incompetent
company
I
have
ever
had
the
misfortune
to
deal
with.
I
am
an
Agoda
VIP
Platinum
member
but
they
still
leave
me
stranded
and
happily
rip
me
off.
Avoid
Agoda
as
I
know
of
numerous
instances
of
egregious
bad
practise.
Be
aware
that
Agoda
refuse
to
provide
reasons
for
cancellations,
will
then
charge
more
and
will
pilfer
money
wherever
it
can
and
in
any
underhand
way.
I
have
full
vdo
and
screenshot
evidence,
which
I'm
posting
widely
in
travel
forums
and
preparing
a
case
to
present
to
a
consumer
affairs
program
within
BBC
and
a
travel
ombudsman.
Agoda
destroys
trips
and
is
dishonest,
venal,
cares
nothing
for
customers
of
20
years
and
will
leave
you
stranded
anywhere
without
a
care
about
your
wellbeing.
The
abject
and
egregiously
bad
customer
services
at
AGODA
did
finally
repay
the
difference,
as
it
was
their
fault
but
only
after
wasting
3
days
of
my
trip
sending
acrimonious
emails
to
this
dreadful
company.
They
even
admitted
their
staff
acted
poorly
and
wrongly.
They
don't
feel
they
should
add
a
goodwill
payment
for
the
days
of
acrimonious
dispute
they'd
rather
engage
in
then
providing
a
fair
additional
payment.
They
place
ZERO
value
on
ruining
days
of
holidays.
I''m
a
VIP
Platinum
member
but
apart
from
insincere
and
fake
apologies,
thus
benefits
the
customer
to
the
value
of
ZERO.
Tribeca
very
good.
AGODA
the
most
rotten
company
in
the
sector.
Record
every
check-in
as
I
do,
when
using
this
lowlife
company
as
you'll
need
video
evidence
when
fighting
this
lot.
