It will not be the best burger in your life, but it will be the best in KL or even Asia. The sides are not worth it. Onion rings taste very oily. Potato shots should be exchanged for jalapeno poppers. The only exception are the sweet potato fries (best I have ever eaten). Burger are great and tasty. On more thing: Drink could be less sweet. Especially the ice teas are very sweet.

Just tried the KGB burgers and i must say that their burgers were quite tasty. Had the 'Santa Fe' beef burger which was juicy and melts in your mouth. Damn! The portions were bigger compared to Burger Lab, and pricing was a tad cheaper too. Tried the fries with herbs which was pretty good. Overall, no complaints with the food, the service and the ambience.

Bought one set of burger for my sister. She commented that the patty is thin and lemonade is way too sweet with just little hint of lemon taste. Dipping sauce for fries not too nice but acceptable. Fries soggy too. Maybe I'll pay a visit next time to try on my own for better rating.

First time having here, having the recommended menu from the staff and i am quite impressed. Service is quite slow considering not much peoples dine-in on that day. I like the sweet potatoes fries and the burger can be improve which are dry for my taste. Overall, good franschise and well reasonable price

The burgers are not bad, very delicious. I like the burgers. Soft bun and very juicy fillings. But, the fries taste a bit weird. Im not sure why. Overall, everything is not bad. The service is just okay, the staffs are helpful but quiet slow and the price is reasonable. The place also clean and comfortable for customers to enjoy their meals.

Ordered via GrabFood. Ordered kimchi fries for lunch. I love their kimchi fries but what I got this round from this outlet is plain disappointment. The bulgogi beef usually has sweetness to it which balances everything out but everything, including the beef was plain sourness. The kimchi flavour was meh and it was also likely over fermented that the sourness was overwhelming. And the usual sour cream was missing! So sad.

Heard about KGB and gave it a try yesterday. When I walked in, there were only 2 tables with customer and I was surprised. The set up and environment was not inviting at all. Whilst waiting for my take away, I looked around. The floor thick slippery marks. Wash area was messy. Dirt on floor. A room next to the wash area, had a high curtain, floor mat with a white pillow on the floor..my jaw dropped. For a restaurant to have this spot so visible to the customer, I wonder what the kitchen will be like.The sauce bottles had not been refilled as the customer was shaking the bottle so hard for the little sauce to come out. since I had ordered and paid, so I waited. Herb fries had no rosemary taste at all but it looked like a tasteless grey powder on it. The spicy chicken wings were darkest color and had too much sugar. We ate only half of the food. Later at night, we had bad indigestion and tummy ache. Totally disappointed from our observation and experience!! I had to give 1 star rating, otherwise, the posting was not allowed.

Got a bad experience with my order. Filed a complaint to KGB Facebook and the management and the branch manager personally reach out to me before 11am the next day handle the situation in a very professional and friendly manner. I am not obligated to say this even with a free meal to compensate but this time around, burger is still warm in the patty upon arrival, wedges are decently cooked. Chicken is fresh and not frozen. The only thing to improve is to cut a few holes in the chicken box to prevent it from getting soggy. 9/10 points. 1 point is the soggy chicken but a change of packaging would easily fix that

I think it's one of the better burgers I've had in KL. Firstly it was big. Like I rarely see burgers that big. Secondly the ingredients really matched and complemented each other. I had the Tornado burger. Everything about it is good. Very much value for money too. Sauce is good, patty is good.

KGB is really worth your money value . I really like the burgers especially and also their jalapeño chillies fries . The ambience also really cozy but Bangsar Jalan Telawi is not the best parking spot to find . The best way if you can not find a parking spot is parked your car inside Bangsar Villlage Shopping Centre .

What's there to say? These guys never ever disappoint. Hands down without a doubt my fav burger haunt in Malaysia. Initially frequented Garden's branch but the staff at Bangsar have proven to be equally professional, friendly and efficient. Burgers are top notch, consistent in quality, are very patient in customizing my burgers and never get it wrong. And they made my day memorable yesterday.

My favourite go-to place for a burger fix but after today's lunch, not any more. The standards and quality are no longer there. The burger buns were cold, hard and dry. Ordered the bob cat and it arrived without any cheese and the jalapeño mayo was absent in spicyness. The fries didn't taste fresh. Such a shame that the quality has dropped. Maybe the lack of patrons and grab pick up speaks volumes of the current state of this once fine establishment. Flip side, service was good albeit under staffed. I hope the management would sit up and take note.

Juicy Burger. Had Truffle'd Swiss Burger with Herb Fries, and Eggroll

This is a famous burger shop chain in Malaysia. Their burger is very nice especially buns are different from others. But their service depends on the brunch. Bangsar is excellent but TTDI is terribly bad. I strongly recommend everyone to come to Bangsar. You must be regret and got sad experience at TTDI.

A good western restaurant in Bangsar. The burgers are so delicious i can't describe more because you have to try it by your own. The price also reasonable with the food. Overall are are okay. Rated for 8/10
