The best burger in KL, or Malaysia maybe?! The kimchi fries was perfect to start your course. Full with beef and kimchi as a topping and the fries was not too soggy even after all the topping. And for the main character here is the burger itself. Ordering Bash was one of the right choice I made in life. The bun was so buttery, placing the burger meat in the middle where it's so juicy and medium rare, even the salad is still crispy after you put all the sauce. Definitely will come again and again and again infinitely. P/s : It's a better experience compare to 5 guys.

Still one of the better burger joints in KL and unlike many other gourmet burger restaurants, KGB has somehow managed to maintain their price point of the basic burger below 20 ringgit. That means the burger is generally smaller than others in the market but still pretty good value for money. The set menu also gets you a drink and fries and they are pretty generous with their fries. Fries are thick cut and freshly made so they are very good. I did have to wait 20 minutes for my order to be fulfilled - which is far too long for a burger restaurant IMHO.

Worst kgb ever. Chicken still smell like not cooked properly. Burger is salty too. Fries is cold. For $20+ this is worst burger experience I had. Ppl came back from work to have good food. Pls guys serve some good food. Thanks. 🙏🏽

I ordered the delivery, found that the burger patty was not properly cooked. I don’t mind having beef stake as medium rare, but NOT minced meet. Tried so hard to reach the shop via phone to report and complain about the issue, but nobody pick up the call even it was after the peak lunch hour. I used to like this place for their good food. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s sad to see that the quality really dropped like this. Not worth it anymore.

We ordered a Truffled Swiss and a Bash. Both burgers were perfectly done to our satisfaction. The beef was juicy and not overdone . Highly recommended.

First time visit to KGB and order animal style burger as recommended the best seller. Nice burger, fresh patty and the sweet potatoes fries very nice too. Just a feel the bread a bit soft to hold. Overall nice meal and will visit again to try other burger next time :)

Spacious with plenty of seats on a week day. Food came pretty quickly. Food was flavourful and the meal set came with a whole load of fries. Lemonade was good too.

I'll give the burgers 5⭐️. ordered animal and truffle. no fancy stuff but just juicy, warm and a nice balance taste of patty, cheese and bun. rated 4 stars because the fries were little too salty.

One of the OG burger places, came on a weekday and it was pretty empty. Service is friendly and food came pretty fast. Their burgers quality is pretty good and consistent.

Went to KGB ttdi to get some burgers for the family The burgers are really nice, meat is juicy and tasty. Portions are quite big too ! The staff was very nice and polite and I got my food ready very fast. On top of that, the staff had written a personal note to thank me for coming and to hopefully come back. That was very, very nice and more places should follow their examples ! That is customer service at its best ! Thank you so much guys and Selamat Hari Raya to everyone working there !

My one of the favorite burger! Delivery also quite fast. It's different🍔. Price is little higher than the franchise burger but it is worth it.

"I WILL BE BACK!!!" Never tasted such great burger. To top it up, restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Made a mistake with the order, instead of set ask for alacarte. Requested for a change and the staff did not hesitated with the request and did it with a smile. Kudos.

The Burger 🍔 place looks great. The chair area is a bit tight to sit for large size customers. Menu - Spiked Burger are really juicy plus caramelized onion makes it better. Drinks - Lemonade are so refreshing. Give it a try.

Beef patty really good, but the bread too oily for me. It makes me wanna throw up. I think lemonade too sweet as well.

The food tastes okay. Just cannot request how my patties are cooked. Got slightly over well done. The Cajun fries is a must-try

We always say 'you can't go wrong with KGB', and it's always true. The only thing that was a bummer was the KGB Spiked (beef), which we ordered well done, but unfortunately turned out to be medium well (I think. It was still a bit pinkish in the middle). Please make sure the wellness of the beef patty is as per customer's instructions the next time. The texas fries are always awesome, and the customer service is excellent 😊

Always loved KGB's burgers but this time I'd have to give this a 3 star. Ordered the Jabba and after having it, felt it wasn't really worth the price. The burger patty and mushroom inside was cooked really well, KGB quality indeed but the pastry didn't seem like it was cooked thoroughly. The chips & mash sides was very cold, felt like it was below room temp! The mash was super bland, i think someone forgot the salt? Not even the sauce saved the mash. Plus points are as mentioned, beef patty and mushroom was good. Gravy and jam was also good. The salad was very fresh and the counter lady's service was top notch! If not for these plus points, probably rate today's experience as 2 stars, hence 3 stars including plus points.

I had the chance to try to the Jabba and it was truly the best burger experience I had in Malaysia. The beef patty tasted premium, and it was much bigger than the average patty size. It was also cooked very well. There was a lot to cheese that complements it and the sauce tied it together. Having eating this for the past 3 Decembers, I recommend everyone trying it since it is a seasonal item. My advice is to eat it on an empty stomach because it is really huge and filling! Also there was great customer service from KGB. Very fast and efficient as well!

Been coming here since they first opened years ago. And I have to say that I think they upped their game within the last year or so. The cherry tomatoes have disappeared, thankfully. They were never a good match. And the buns seem to be different, but in a good way. They may have replaced brioche with potato buns, and it makes world of difference. Their patties are seared consistently well, and they use good quality cheese. Service is friendly and polite. Good job KGB. In my mind, they have retaken the crown to be #1 burger place in the Klang Valley.

They make really good burgers. Tried the Nutella milkshake too and it was okay. We came for the burgers anyway.

I love the food. Absolutely delicious. Any burger lovers should come and try their menu. Pricing is reasonable and worth it.

Burger craving somewhat satisfied. Pro: +2 Flavourful +2 for the chips (love it when I see the potato skin) +1 for the staff Con: -2 for the bun (better vs Ramly) -1 for thin patty (felt like Ramly double patty, and not those proper thick patty)
