I enjoyed my quiet time here with my friend. It's accessible by train, nearest will be at KL sentral LRT or Muzium Negara MRT (Exit B). This place is full of greens, there's a deer park, bird park and butterfly park. You can go for a walk, jog, family outings, picnics, even for company team building activities will be good. A little down side is I think it's quite pricy to enter these parks, so I didn't go in, and the direction signs and the map could've improved, less direction sign, map by the side is wear off. The bird park looks nice from the outside, saw some peacocks and other kinds of birds. Deer park is beautiful as well. I personally think that this place is full of potential, as it's near to the museum. There's an empty building (about 3 stories) near the Bunga Raya place. I saw them storing some machineries and other stuff in there which I think it's under utalized. If I have the money, I would actually buy that place, refurbish and turn it into a cafe, and perhaps sell some local handmade stuff or make a wedding hall or some business function hall at the side, add some fish at water fountains, add some fairy lights along the walkways, to attract more tourists and locals to visit this garden near the heart of the busy city. I hope someone have the capability would actually do something about it, but then again I'm not too sure if it belongs to the government or what.

If you feel like you have no where to go in KL during control movement, this park is open from 7am - 7pm daily. Go for a jog, cycling, or casually strolling while inhaling fresh air.

The Perdana Botanical Garden, formerly known as Taman Tasik Perdana or Lake Gardens, is situated in the Heritage Park of Kuala Lumpur. It has always been a part of the green lung of the city and has a history of over a decade. Originally created as part of a recreational park but planted with collections of tropical plants, the garden have been rehabilitated and turned into a Botanical Garden. The garden have not only botanical collections but also house features that give the visitors the ambiance of being in a tropical rainforest, despite being in the middle of a bustling metropolis.

The most well kept and beautiful garden in klang valley. They are always always upgrading. Propose to make it smoke free , pollution free Workers r riding their bikes n spoiling the clean air. Ban all blowers. That is causing air and noisy pollution. Use only electricity powered vehicles. Well done to the chief in charge

This garden is one of the best kept. Special thanks to the top management who has allocate good budget for this park and it is obvious every where Thank u for getting rid of the diesel blower as I can see the cleaning staffs using brooms to sweep the dead leaves . AN IMPT feedback is to make this park pollution free park. DO NOT allow staffs and workers to ride their motorbikes thru the park. I hv seen beautiful golf carts in some areas but quite obviously the workers are riding their bikes every where inside the park emiting smoke , smell and bad air. Not to allow trucks in but to have the carts bring the trash out of the park unless cranes are necessary to lift huge timber which is almost never

I always enjoy Lake Garden. The view, the scenery, the breezy air you breathe. So fresh & clean. One setback, if u park your car for jogging and u left all ur belongings, extra careful coz once our car get the window smashed & only items gone is just our cash. Lake Gardens Kuala Lumpur, also known as Tun Abdul Razak Heritage Park, offers hours of fun activities and sightseeing opportunities for visitors, including nature lovers and families with young children. The air is fresh and invigorating, and if you visit in the mornings, you'll encounter joggers and people practising Tai Chi. I recommend an afternoon picnic to fully appreciate the scenery, or if you prefer to stay active, take a stroll through the lush greenery. If you're enamoured with the park's verdant landscape, head over to the Orchid and Hibiscus Gardens to admire thousands of species of plants blooming in various colours and sizes.

The lake and the whole park is beautiful - but if you plan to walk to the park - its on top of a hill, so its a walk upwards and in the 35c heat really made me sweat (they also have a cafe if you need drinks). So take a taxi if your not so keen on trekking.

The most well kept and beautiful garden. There's lots to see and do at Lake Gardens as there's many sections; Orchid Garden, Hibiscus Park, Deer Park, Sunken Garden, Boat House, Amphitheater, Waterfall, Herb Garden, Conservatory, etc. It's a very large park and be prepared to spend time there. Bringing some food for a picnic may be a good idea too.
