Very bad. Every time i go for a pregnancy check up, my queue number has always been called up not according to the queue number. When i asked the nurses, they will always say, "your own nurse is not here so its up to us nurses to call which number first" EVERYTIME that answer will be given to me. That is not fair. The nurses should follow the queue number, cannot skip my number just because my nurse is not there. The nurses should areange for back up.

Limited parking space so I took grab here as they are easier and have shaded waiting area for grab/taxi. There is a short queue but quite fast. Only took 30mins in and out for my booster jab. The staff are nice and very patient given the hot condition they have to work in. Good job semua staf.

An old health clinic with porta cabins and portable sheds waiting areas (very hot on sunny day) located outside main building as additional rooms for maternity, vaccination and TB consultation. Next to clinic is the new double levels DUKE highway. Limited parking bays leading to double parking. Its time to build new multi storey clinic nearby at pasar wirawati currently under utilised and plenty of parking area. It shd be build under 12MP

I dont know if there's a problem with the phone line or something (I called at least 40 times in a single day but no one answered) but I hope that that can be improved either by adding a new phone line or etc. I really commend the nurse staff on the front desk because she was really nice by teaching me how to book online for my medical check up because if you want to have a medical check up (for college entrance or work) you have to book at Bookdoc at Mysejahtera and search for your chosen clinic. Its really easy and all but its not an information that is readily known by the public (or at least by me lol) so I hope this can helps anyone who're also looking for this info.

It is a public clinic and general perception is somewhat poor. However, Drs Tan has been caring and demonstrated a model that we should be. 🙏🏻

A govt one stop center for out patient consultation. Fairly crowded but not long waiting time. Doctors, nurses and pharmacist there are polite.

Klinik Ibu & Anak. I went to open pink book but seems the nurse on the counter with glasses already moody with sour face. Told me like everyone knows we should make appointment beforehand. It's only my 1st pregnancy. The call never been answered. So don't blame us? It was also only 8am and she alr made my day unpleasant. Well I still wanted to try coz I believe on government service as it's free for us local and we've right but she's the reason I'm willing to spend some money on my pink book somewhere else. But pls if u don't mind it was only her but the rest the nurses were gentle and kind. It was also crowded and limited seats. But this rating only on her alone. Guess she's had a bad day but us too. Pregnancy is not easy. This service line we need to be able to control emotions and expressions.

The system is very poorly organized. Everytime when I come for a pregnancy check up, I spend 3 hours in the clinic. Often they don’t even let me see a doctor and they don’t give me an ultrasound. All I do is get tested and wait for my number to see a nurse. The chairs are uncomfortable, the legs are very numb and the back hurts. The nurses work slowly and are often distracted by talking to each other. I understand that most will say that you need to go to the swasta for comfort but this is just an excuse for the system. Should everyone just get used to it and not complain?

Receptionist to bad, people whom are leave nearby, and having illness they ask to leaves immediately and give suggestions to go other clinic. - To worst service, unprofessionel to be a part of medical team.

my mother had got a satisfied experience in this clinic and praise that the indian man dentist had done a very well job to solve her decayed tooth, which had suffered her a period of time. the dentist is very friendly,kind and patience. thank you dr for solving my mother problems.

The dental clinic is quite good. DR.Hema attended me. Treated and did a great job. She gave handful of advise on tooth-care and answered my doubts really well. Thank you so mch.

Dont come around 4-5pm or the nurse will start having a tantrum towards you.
