I called to set appointment between our company with this hotel. Unfortunately, a receptionist/call centre named Mr John (unsure whether it's his true name or not) spoken in discourteous voice tone which I believe with this attitude it will tarnish the image of this esteemed hotel. I hope this hotel will take proper action and give/get proper training to improve their customer service in the future. Thank you.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Absolutely filthy, staff are rude and unhelpful (with a couple exceptions), it was so bad we cut our stay here early and left to find another hotel. I wish there were negative star ratings, this place makes a solid case for the existence of negative star ratings. The place is in need of refurbishment I don't hold that against it, but it's just dirty. On my floor and the one above you could see the grey layers of dust and flecks of stuff on the hallway carpets, day after day it just wasn't cleaned. When I went to breakfast the first morning there were mosquitoes and small flies hovering over and crawling around some of the breakfast food. In our room you could run your finger over most surfaces and come back with it dark grey. There were cob webs at eye level or just above in the corners of the room. The bed sheets had holes in them. The bathroom as advertised with a bath, has one but the taps have been removed so you can't use it. Not that you'd want to with the disgusting looking stains in it. The hotel doesn't provide hand towels, so we requested an extra towel in the room and ask for some soap, nothing unreasonable we thought, as every other place I've been to are happy to oblige, but the staff here argued with my wife over this simple request. They seem more interested in arguing with you over things when you ask for anything. Wifi while advertised was nearly non existent, you could get it if you stood in the hallway, but not within your room. The nice tech guy (one of exceptions to the rude staff) tried to get us a different room with hopefully better wifi, however it was the same issue with that room no connectivity in the room. It was also another filthy room and floor. And then the bug bites. I spent 9 nights in Malaysia and it was only while at this place that I got bitten by anything. Big red marks over my arms and legs. That's finally what did it for us, we packed our bags called the booking agent to complain, as we were tired of trying to talk to the staff about things, and didn't want to deal with them any more. And she was fantastic, after sending some pictures of the room, she sent a polite but firm email got two of the managers up to the room to see the condition of it. They agreed that it was unacceptable, we were refunded for the remaining days and left. If it hadn't been for the booking agent I'm sure we would have got the run around from the staff. If this was the only place left in Kuala Lumpur with available accommodation, and it was offered to me for free, I still would not step foot in this place again. It is absolutely awful. The only positive I can give it is that there was a nice view from the window. However if you're staying at the other side of the building you wouldn't even get that.

Staff is friendly and helpful, room conditions are good, toiletries are just so so coz there was no soap and the shampoo and bath gel were of 'not so good' quality. The breakfast menu isn't bad, just that there's much room for improvement. Food items that can be ordered in room are quite expensive; we couldn't try any just for the reason that there are better foods available in other places for lesser price. Room service is quick. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is in good location and room is spacious but the carpet was old and sticky. The bathroom also was dirty with minimal toiletries was supplied. SUPRISINGLY only 2 piece of round soap available. There was no tissue paper and toilet roll too. Please maintain your standard as a big hotel in our hospitality industrial as some budget hotel serve better with more affordable price.

Staff and Hospitality good... But there were tiny cockroaches then... Now they would have managed with the Pest control services... View of the Twin Towers from my room simply superb..both during the day night...

It is an old hotel. Used to be one of the Top Hotel in K.L and now it is just a 3 star hotel with 5 star room. The room is huge. The bathroom is huge. However the hotel is not well maintained. The cleanliness is a 3 star-rated. If you are on a limited budget, you can considered to stay at Dynasty but do not over expected.

Old and beautiful hotel building but sadly very poor maintenance. Some of the lifts very poor condition, few button not function, sensor broken, vibrate when moving with squeaky sound. Its scary especially when your room at top levels. Carpet need to be replaced and structure to be painted with new fresh color. Most of it dirty and worn already. The housekeeping service very poor, they dont make up my room for second day even reminded twice at the counter. Although all the negative the hotel still offer us big room complete with fridge, seperate bathroom and tub, desk, safety box, 4 pillows, nice bed, hot water, water heater, crt tv, city view and good spread of breakfast with very cheap price..

We don't easily get this night view with the price and facilities. Near LRT Titiwangsa and sunway putra mall. Free parking is abundance to customers. Spacious room, parquetted floor, air-conditioned and carpeted hallway with that vintage vibe. The bathroom have shower separated with bathtub (not sure if I want to use it). I agree that the bathroom necessities should be improved; one hand soap and hair+body shampoo. The second time I went there, the pillows were very dirty and disgusting, I ended up sleeping on my bagpack because I came in late and the housekeeping already closed. There's hair dryer, electric kettle, refrigerator and TV. The switch console is cool but can be quite handy. Breakfast we had nasi lemak, western style menus and cereals. It was good but the sambal of nasi lemak could be improved though...just my 2 cents.

Had a three weeks training here. Great facilities & friendly staff. They gave us a flat parking rate which was quite affordable. Its a bit old building so there were quite a number of loo which were not muslim-friendly (no water hose/bidet). Besides that, everything isπŸ‘
