The karaoke is very easy to access. It just located next to the escalator to the 4th floor. The room builds differently but for me the room wasn’t sound proof enough. We took a birthday package and it is included party poppers, foods and cakes. The songs selections is plenty, which include Malay, English, Chinese, Korean any many more. I love how they segregated the songs to the new songs and the popular songs so easy for us to choose the songs. The sound system is good enough but the selection for the beverages is limited and the room is not sound proof enough as we are able to hear another rooms singing.

I'm a karaoke lover. I took the student package & the price quite affordable for 3 hours with unlimited snacks & drinks (rm23++ with tax). However, the songs here are not updated. I love to sing galau songs but sadly, not much of Indonesian songs provided. Only 2 mics given even you went with a lot of people. The price charged per head. If I was to choose between diva karaoke & this, I would prefer diva more. We can get 4 mics at deluxe room. The deluxe room priced around rm 66 per room. If u go 4 people, then per head will charge around rm16+. It's really affordable for students & their room design was pretty. I've been to diva many times & I'm always satisfied with their service. It's just that with that price, you can only sing for 2 hours with no drinks but you can bring outside food to the room too.

One of the best karaoke places I've been & love the sound system! But.........not all songs are updated e.g (Buwan), (A glimpse of us) this songs are famous but how the hell are they not listed? So please update your songs!

great experience. came walk-in on Thursday, pay RM 19 (incl. tax) and got 2 hours of karaoke and free drinks. although not much of drink choice. the karaoke room kinda old but well-maintained, the room that I used have no weird/smoke smell at all. the sound could be better, but bearable. will come again next time

As for me, I ask for 2 hour session only, but she said that she's charge 1 hour for RM17 (per head) but if I buy one of their food , they give me another 1 hour for free 🥴 (total 2 HR). Had no choice la had to buy their food 🤣. And ofc got free drinks (can refill). The food there are bit expensive.

This is for the single people that wanna sing at Manekineko. So I was a frequent visitor of Manekineko. I always love, love to sing here. And I love to it ALONE. So I came ALONE.. on weekdays. Mind you. Weekdays when there's literally like just a few people in there. Instead of charging per PERSON. Which is just me, SUDDENLY they wanna charge me for TWO person. So instead of RM18, I had to pay RM36. Just because I want to sing ALONE. NEXT TIME, just state it UP FRONT in the ADVERTISEMNLENT taht Manekineko requires MINIMUM TWO people to use their room. My mood was instantly cut off and I left. I've never felt so mad at that time. Apart from that, nothing. Tq.

Good selection of songs, reasonable price but customer service is non-existent. I booked and paid for two hours, 10pm-12am and the songs cut out at 11:45pm. When I questioned it I was told that was the rules, nobody told me the rules when I paid and they were happy to take my money for two hours despite only giving my 1.45min time. If I had been told it would not have been an issue, but despite phoning and booking and then paying and repeatedly saying 11-12 nobody cared to inform me of the 'rules'. ~VERY poor customer service.

My favourite place to go for karaoke, location wise and price wise. But it is only cheap during weekdays before 5 pm. Otherwise, you might have to book early and with a higher price. If you’re lucky, the waiting time may not be long as Sunway Putra Mall is not as big of a mall compared to other places. I love how the mic sounds like and the song selection can be new and with variety. They have free flow of drinks. The soft drinks are a bit diluted but thats okay, I prefer the warm drinks from the machine.

Me and my family enjoyed singing our favorite songs. Really love the promotion of RM 25 per person for 1.5 hours with free food and free flow of drinks. It is kid friendly.

Love the environment and the whole setting. The AV system is above average and TV screen is really wide. Wireless mics works extremely well. Only downside is the song catalog is a bit tricky to manoeuvre. For example, I was looking for songs from Lizzo under singer but couldn’t find her name but when I searched for the songs individually then her name came up.

Clean and havoc atmosphere, just like how karaoke places supposed to be.. Service is good as they explain clearly the difference of each package. Very nice selection of free fill drinks (ranging from soft drink to coffee) alongside the karaoke session tho only have prawn crackers as a snack. There are options for more fancy food but a bit overpriced.

Great place for a group karaoke with thier spacious room and affordable prices that you will be satisfied but the cons part is it lack on song selection and quality of microphone is not one of the best microphone so far.

Price is reasonable, a bit expensive if you take it per hour. It's rm15 for an hour or Rm25 for 3 hours. Both comes with free flow drinks (hot and cold), and some junk snacks. Room is too bright, song selection is quite limited, and not easy to navigate, the sound system aren't the best. Microphone sounds cheap too... My suggestion would be to use some furniture and walls that absorbs sound, instead of those that reflect the sound (I'm not sure if I'm making sense here), but I've been to a better karaoke place with the same price but better experience.

I came at weekdays after 6pm. The price is RM31 per pax. The room is big. Snack is provided and have free flow of water such as carbonated drink, iced milo, orange juice and also hot water such as coffee, tea and milo. The choice of song also good. All song been searched is available. The lighting is good, speaker and mic also good. Mic cover also provided for hygiene purpose. Simple music instrument also provided for fun in the karaoke room. You also can order additional food such as pizza or western.

All the food order is salty cannot eat at all .. please closed the room with broken air cond although you using a portable air cond it still cant make the room cold .. we were sweating for the entire 3 hours ! .. ask to change room still cannot change it although i have booking it first not walk in !

went here on a Friday to let off some steam with colleagues (5 of us). didn't expect much cos the rate is quite cheap for 2 hrs (RM9 per hour, RM25 for 3hrs). but i AMAZED! their song selections are wide ranged! and definitely appreciate the free-flow drinks cos of course la thirsty kan after all that yelling and singing 😂 and their staff were all very attentive and helpful. room was clean and sound-proof. we had 2 mics + 1 tambourine + 1 shakers 🪇 would definitively revisit! 💯

this place is very cheap with good drinks and snack. the service here is very great but too bad i went there and got room 23 twice which is so hot, feels like theres no aircond at all. i do get it that mall aircond are centralised but probably they can provide a fan or do something. like imagine singing for 3hrs with no aircond oh damn

Trust me, this karaoke manekineko is better than Redbox. The microphone is god level clear, it turns your voice into beyonce even you sound like frog. God level quality! The room is super clean and not as dark as typical karaoke room. They have 2 musical instruments, i dont know the name..but it totally change the environment into concert mode when played. Choices of songs are very updated and easy to use! Plusss they provide free refillable drinks outside!! and tidbits!! btw hot & cold drinks!!

This is the worst service from manekineko me n my friend had at night of Christmas eve. Very rude firstly tak inform the room that available for 4mic that the aircond is not function n u still accept our money. Then bila kita complain what u said “kita x boleh buat apa and bla bla ” not even sorry did u expecting kitaorng berhimpit n karoke dlm keadaan panas.. where is ur sense? Plus mic pun rosak, then at beginning again nak minum air glass pun x refill and again u said “tak boleh buat apa” ur management is so suck at this point. Then after to long n almost 1hr baru nk tukar bilik w only 2mic at least the aircond was function. If u cant give a good service n just want get sale please close ur shop. We want to refund but u dont want to give but give silly reason with no sorry at all. We paid for 7people w 2mic and actually got to to sing for an hour instead we paid for 2hours. Please check ur cctv how suck ur silly staff. If the manager was there last night and the person should be fired bcoz will more complain are coming. And FYI we all still trying our best to keep calm despite stupid service we received.
