๐Ÿ‘ A nice mall near by my house.. many parking lots and parking charge is so cheap. Many shop lots, they also have ice skating medium size field not as big as the other malls have but it's still cool. Many food choices, you can find korean street foods here too. A fairly new mall located on the Eastern edge of the city as its name suggested. Mall is very well organized with retail shops neatly spaced out and in an orderly manner . Walkways are spaciously designed and well maintained to offer shoppers an unobstructed view of the entire floor, including clear signage of where you are, which are not found in most malls. Cleanliness got its ranking for me besides a very well thought anchor tenants which includes an artificial ice skating rink on the lower ground level. A mall worth browsing through if you are in this part of town.

It was my first time here but surprisingly lots of the store were my favourite! I will definitely come again. This mall is just awesome with lots of restaurants & well known brands. Definitely recommend to others who wanted to find your stuff here. From supermarket (Jaya Grocer), to foods, sports & goods. You can definitely find them here under one roof. Among of my favourite F&B are: Kenny Hill Bakers, Ole-Ole Bali, Super Saigon, I Love Yoo, Chef Wan & Serai.

Nice neighbourhood mall by Sime Darby with a great selection of food options, small ice skating rink, and a Jaya Grocer downstairs. The escalator handrails are automatically sanitized with UV lights. There's a convenient pedestrian walkway that links the condos across the highway with the mall.

KL East is always my place to visit. It has changed a lot and has many new outlets. Never fails me. I've tried most of the eateries and most of them suit my taste. Not to mention about the price but you need to fork out your cash a little bit to get something better. Not forgetting that the mall also houses some premium boutiques. Good one!

Very accessible if you live around PV Condos in Taman Melati. The mall is not very crowded and is fairly new. They have a wide range of restaurants and food chains from Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and local cuisine just to name a few. For coffee lovers, they have Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Zus Coffee. If you want to do your grocery then you can head to Jaya Grocer which is located at the LG of the mall. For book lovers, you can check Book Excess. They have a Mezzanine Area and an interesting store design that sort of look like a maze with beautiful murals. The mall caters most of your everyday necessities from food, pharmacies and clothing shops.

The motorbike parking is small and full even when it was a work day. Quite a good selection of outlets here and a beautiful climbing gym! The decathalon store here is kinda small, you won't find the full range of things as other outlets.

Just opened two days ago, this mall has restaurants - SERAI, DOLLY, ABSOLUTE THAI, SUKIYAKI - surrounding the ice skating rink. Due Co-Vid 19, limited to only 10 skaters at a time. Therefore they have each session is 2 hours @Rm20 flat rate. Classes for beginners/groups are available. OK if you are living at one of those PV Condos opposite this mall. Take the overhead bridge from the McD next to Petronas and the 1st shop you see is the SUKIYAKI restaurant and then the ice skating rink named BLUEICE SKATING RINK. On the other side of the ice skating rink is Jaya Grocer and an area some selling "street food" - korean snacks, churros, tea live, Boosts (juice), hot rolls and MyNews Starbucks to be open. But Coffee Bean is opened. Zeus Coffee is having buy one free one promotion. Whisk coffee is pretty good too. H&M, Books Xpress and Inside Scoop ice cream is next to each other situated on G1.

Ample parking at P3 which most people refuse to go up and want to wait at P1 and 2. The mall is well mixed and smell nice of lemongrass and eucalyptus and gives a sensation of cleanliness. Layout is modern too, 4 levels of shops, with a centre atrium that's has some sales gala ongoing. There are over 50% of apparel shops that are geared towards malay fashions. Good mix of eateries, local brands, international and something in-between. There's decathlon, Garmin, ogawa, osim, pepper lunch, fast food, jaya grocer, several jewelry shops, toys r us and a ice skating rink too.

Located abt 20 mins away from bukit bintang by taxi. KL Eastmall have many female patrons as almost half of the shops there cater to woman. You can find modest fashion wear, head scarves and female prayer clothings here. Shops selling accessories such as handbags, shoes and jewellery can be found here too. There are many restaurants and cafes here too. Our favourites are Serai Restaurant and Chef Wan restaurant. There is a ice skating rink here too. Valet parking is available for a price.

brand new mall. just recently opened. located at the northeast of Kuala Lumpur. the underground parking is somewhat limited , with many parking sensors defective. we couldn't find the parking underground and had to come out and make a big round to the back to use the 3rd floor parking. perhaps less than 50% occupied by retailers. but the lack of retailers is not too obvious as all lots are well painted and ongoing renovations well hidden. key attraction is the ice skating rink. the anchor tenant is the supermarket Jaya Grocer on the Lower Ground level.

Latest Mall East of KL. Quite a happening place, ample parking, variety of food outlets and shopping. Excellent bookshop, book Xcess concept store great for book lovers with ample and comfortable seating areas around the store. The Mall itself is sufficient in size to cater for the surrounding community. Good choices of food outlets.

Surau located at G2 floor. Next to harvey norman and telekung tea.No signage at different floor on surau and i have no idea where is the information counter. First time here, this place is quite big and can be confusing sometimes when to find specific shops. Will come often here to explore more and shop around.

Clean Environment. Cold centralized aircond. There is a ice skating rink. Kids play zone. Train ride. Rest and relax massage chairs around. Few dining areas. Jaya grocer. Decathlon. Harvey Norman and many others, few coffee shops like starbucks, coffea coffee, coffee bean, zus coffee, bubble tea, tealive, black whale, and don't yell at me. family mart, kfry, Inside scoop and llaollao. Basement parking can get full during the weekends. Park at the higher floors to get parking. Parking rates are cheap.

Amazing exterior and interior design of the mall. Comes with branded outlet and there a lot to shop. There is also enough cafeteria and to-go food booth inside. The book xcess is one of the best branches in KL I would say. Even on the day I visit is still Hari Raya and thus not much stall opened, but me and my family still have a happy shopping session. Highly recommended. Suggestions: the mall directory is very lag and slow response, please solve this problem ya... Visited at: 4 May 2022

Nothing really really special, just like any other medium sized neighborhood mall, not too small not too big. Nice that is has a small ice skating rink so that makes it a little different. but my favourite store is there so that makes it worthwhile to go once in a while. It is that store with the big blue signboard and has lots of outdoor and sporting equipment and stuff. brings me joy just browsing through :)

From the G floor entrance came in can see DUCK, Siti Kahdijah, Tudung People. There is improvement space for the toilet. Toilet paper finished and water on the floor. We spend RM99 at Decathlon, can redeem for 1 hour free parking. Problem is this mall parking rate is first 3 hour RM2. We stay in the mall 1hour+. At the end, we are still paying for RM2++ (include tax).

Went there today during MCO 2.0. Entrance facing Veo KL East condo, from parking at basement and from pedestrian flyover to Petronas across the MRR2. Mall very quiet today. The F&B outlets are operational plus a few essential outlets. One thing that strikes me was all the security staff are Malaysians and not Nepalis and such. Looking forward for the mall to be fully operational.

A compact mall with few floors. Lots of varieties from the basic groceries to pharmacies, fast food, premium cafes and restaurants, everything is under one roof. I foresee the crowd will only get bigger. This is going to be the next Mid Valley. Kudos to Sime Darby for job well done. I just wish it'll be more spacious. One can't expect decent social distancing in a compact place like this on weekend. Entry to B1 premium parking could have been improved. Cars exiting from B1 intersects with cars driving in for parking. High chances of collission if drivers are not careful with each other. Very tight spot and passageway!

New mall, still smell fresh, noticed that it is still in preparation as a lot of shops are yet to open, and some hardware is not ready, like escalators. Looks nice in terms of decoration and design, should be a nice place when most of the shops opened. Will revisit the rating later, when more shops are opened.

Came here during public holiday and I am glad that it is not congested with people. But, the parking is quite full and the mall management closed the parking section at the other wings. Not all shops are open as during MCO, only the essential services should be open but quite a few non-essential is actually open. Shops are not full yet with tenants as still new I guess and it is currently Covid19 โ”(โ€˜๏ฝž`;)โ”Œ

Superb place to be in. You've got Dolly Dimsum, Starbucks, Coffee Bean (I love those places) and Jaya Grocers. I mean if you like food, there's a good variety of food here at this place. Parking is tricky, and getting there is also trickier, must stay on focus at it's signages. It's free currently. It's not a huge place but a place you'll definitely come to love with enough stores for your choice that you would expect in higher end malls such as One Utama or Ikano.

Definitely terrible experience.

UPDATED: Post covid, many stores maintains and practises additional good hygiene control i.e. plastic gloves, manning counter for vaccine status. Public citizens also are very cautious moving in the mall, good control by not touching here and there unnecesserily. If you really need to take your kids (under 12y.o) to mall, it feels quite safe here. Entry requires complete vaccination from adults, some stores i.e. clothing store they do have additional checking like mentioned in paragraph 1 above. Plus, toy stores are not open yet, so your wallet is safe from your child.

I want to thank 4 security guards tonight at around 8pm on 6th Nov 2021 for helping my fiance change his tyre puncture at L2 without asking for any payment in kind. Thank you KL East Mall for having such wonderful and helpful security guards. Thank you very much again :)

The mall architecture looks really modern and the shop is well maintainedโ€ฆ the thing is that not many shops opened there and it was located right next to a highway. Iโ€™m fine with it.

Nice, well lit shopping mall. Modern design. They have an ice skating rink inside.

Still in process to get more vibrant As at the moment still.have empty lot but the food choice quite good here Soul Nami was not up to standards as the food at Soul Nami at The Gardens was way better. Starbucks here have funny chair very lowered almost like squating. Not very convenience for big build people and old people.

It is quite obvious that the car park signages are in conflict with each other types (directional signages for the retail mall showing directly opposite with the car park traffic flow). The Building Management & the Developer must iron out the confusion caused in an otherwise, a place to be in for a rendezvous meeting acquantainces and as well as family outing to a relaxing mall.

The mall seems very grand and spacious from outlook, but when visited inside you will find there're not too many retail shops compared to its built-up. And the F&B restaurants in the mall also not too many variety of choices, almost are halal menu. One good thing is parking fees quite reasonable.

I went on a weekday. Nice mall, feel it's quite small, but it has lots of range of shops. Hijab galore, there's a Decathlon, nice eating places and even has a skating rink.

This neighborhood mall is perfect for quick grocery shopping and grabbing a meal. It offers a bookstore and playground for kids, making it family-friendly. However, the parking system can be a hassle since you need to take a ticket and then queue to make a cashless payment. It would be more convenient to have card terminals at the parking entrances and exits.

The ice skating spot is expensive. They increase the entrance fee from RM25 to now RM40 for all irrespective of adults or kid AND the best part they charge ADDITIONAL fee of RM10 for parents/guardian if they want to stay and watch their children from the inside of the locker area.
