Excellent service, It was a good decision we made by renting the car from Lafiy, the car was new and in good condition, the driver understood both English and Malay so was an added advantage for us. Finally the driver had taken excess amount towards the end of the trip, when explained to the company they immediately refunded the excess amount. We are surely going back to them in our next visit👍🏻 Thanks for making our trip a comfortable and memorable one.

We had an excellent experience with this company. We (4 persons family) rented a car plus driver for 7 days and drove from KL to Penang, Terengganu and then drop off at Mersing boat jetty. We got a very comfortable car and they arranged child seats for our young children. The driver Hafiz did an excellent job. He drove very save and comfortable, was always on time and kept the car tidy, he was flexible when we had requests to stop at some tourist spots and overall he was a very friendly and kind person. We can recommend this company!

BE AWARE! Absolutely disgusting behavior. We ordered several trips, everything was confirmed, then they took money and did not arrive and didn't answering on our calls and messages (I have a proof). At first their van has some problem with the airconditioner, however by 20 min other van for backup came. For me its okay, cuz other days is okay. Just my comment is maybe need to do surprise to customer, like freegift for those who has minor problem like me.

I booked car with driver for my father and lafiy provided me with the best driver ever. His name is abang Fariz. At first i was nervous because that was the first time my father came to malaysia without having me to pick up him at the airport. So i always texted abang Fariz to keep me updated. Abang fariz always replied my text and keep me posted. It really makes me in peace. When i asked my dad about abang Fariz, he kept telling me that he was so good and they had a very nice conversation.
