I recently visited Tiffany & Co. at Pavilion Mall and was blown away by their exceptional service, which far surpassed my experience at Cartier. XinRou, Khairi, and Sonia provided outstanding assistance. XinRou's welcoming smile + going the extra miles to get the other pair of ring from the other outlets, Sonia's attention to detail, and Khairi's expertise made my visit truly unforgettable.

It’s disgusting to know that one is judged from head to toes the moment one walked into the store before the sales advisor decides whether one is worthy of their time. Does that i mean i need to carry my Chanel bag wherever i go only to be deemed worthy for your attention. You’ve just lost a potential customer.

We wanted to buy wedding bands, went to the shop on 2nd floor and were asked to go up to the third floor, and no one bothered to help us, so we walked away. Such terrible service

Several levels stair cases, per price ranges, for example platinums is upper level. Sale assistant well trained to assist and advise, dresses in perfect suits and ties. Price is cheaper than Sydney Australia, not alot but better than nothing. Really like their older style with oval dog tags, not available anymore, not so much in love with the hearts and colour splashes at the bottom. Too playful and not elegant. Smaller silver charms with beaded bracelet or necklace are good gift ideas, found their chunky chains and bracelet very over priced for silver in general. But if after iconic styles that everyone is wearing one and everyone knows is Tiffany's than look no further. Malaysian stores always heaps more willing and super friendly.

Great customer service as expected. They even have a private room for having your proposal on the spot. Not bad if you plan to have a surprise arrangement for your behalf. And you can't go wrong with their flagship diamond cutting - The Tiffany's Setting.

Trainee served me, service was polite but to be improved as after wrapping up the purchase she forgot to pack and polish a Tiffany piece I handed to her earlier. After I double checked, only she realise that she ‘missed out’ that item. Had I not enquire again I would’ve left that item in the store and only realising much later. Kudos to ash who was the staff helping to reserve the piece I want, pity he was not working the day I went. The extra 1 star is for ash’s service 😉

Staff were very friendly regardless of how much money I was willing to spend. They offered drinks whilst my partner shopped around and gave free cleaning service for jewelry we got from Tiffany. Winnie was the lady who sold us a necklace and she was very patient and polite giving a welcoming environment.

I was so impressed by the service provided by Tommy when I visited Tiffany last month without even purchasing anything from them. I went with the intention to get Paloma Picasso Loving heart chain but he told me that it was discontinued and sold out in Malaysia and many other stores worldwide. However, I couldn’t be more grateful that upon knowing that I would be visiting Europe soon, he helped to check if the chain is available in the country that I will be visiting. Although he didn’t get any sales from me but I will be more than willing to refer friends to him. Such an outstanding service making sure that his potential client gets what she wishes for than pushing for his own personal sales!

When I walked in to get 2 of my bracelets polished, the staff member who served me was rude. He was on his phone the whole time, no eye contact and look disinterested. He pulled out a tray for me to put my bracelet-all whilst still looking and typing on his phone. I expected better service from Tiffany & Co.
