The place is easy to find. The doctor was good and professional. Reception and nurses were friendly. The clinic's environment is cosy and welcoming. Only downside is probably the price is a bit on the dear side. But hey, you're basically paying for peace of mind and unjudgemental POV.

The Pulse Clinic in KL near city center was fantastic. I had a terribly sore throat and stuffed nose (ruled out Covid) and knew I needed antibiotics. It was easy to book an appointment online and the office staff were incredibly friendly. The doctor was even better. The place was so clean (you take your shoes off before you enter). I am from the USA and on holiday with my family… I was nervous about finding a good place to consult and treat me. They had a great care and prescription medicine for me all set within 30 minutes. Pulse was outstanding! Though not cheap, it was completely reasonable given the cost of urgent care locations and medicines in the USA. If you are in downtown KL, and need to see a Dr, don’t hesitate to check out Pulse Clinic.

may missed the staircase but lots of signs to lead in, phew. the ambience is really different from other clinics and make the experience + 1 notch above. the mgmt are really friendly, good chit-chater and feel ease at heart for diagnosis.

The doctor is friendly & warm welcoming. They don’t make you feel suck if anything instead the receptionist, nurse & doctor are like your friend and they are there to help you with your concerns. The place is rather warm, clean & modern that you don’t feel like you are a patient. They follow SOP and everything is just very well.

I booked the appointment for 11am (the earliest I can book). It is a testosterone test and I arrive at 11am. On the booking they made it 11:20am without telling me. I waited 30 minutes. It’s now almost the middle of the day and you are supposed to take a testosterone test as early as possible. Just one guy there who obviously didn’t prioritise my test or care. Fake “I’m sorry” nonsense. Don’t come here, they don’t respect your time.

The clinic has a very calming environment to begin with. I was greeted by a very friendly team, arranging me to consult with Dr Angie as i requested for Female Doctor. Dr Angie has a very warm, caring & considerate personality, and she explained everything clearly in details. She will answer all of your questions thoroughly and even ask her team to follow-up your condition through whatsapp after some times. I had a very great experience coming to this clinic, the best clinic i've had. Everyone is super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Totally recommended. Location is few steps away from McDonald Bukit Bintang if you have hard time to find drop-point, you may stop at Mcdonald.

I recently visited this clinic Bukit Bintang and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed. The comprehensive sexual health services that they offer are truly amazing, and their expertise in STD and HIV is something that I've never experienced before. Awesome experience at this new clinic in KL. Doctor Anaand took time to answer all of my questions, make great suggestions about PrEP, run tests and make me feel better than home. Additionally the clinic location is perfectly convenient right at Bukit Bintang station. Plus the receptionist and nurse were friendly, kind and courteous making the overall visit very impressive and efficient.
