For me this clinic doesn't even get one star rating. I was at the clinic earlier and heard a Dr screaming at her colleague . It was so unprofessional plus very rude. As a person who came to your clinic and experience those , it really bad.The Dr just stomp out without saying sorry How can i trust a doctor who treat their stuff unprofessionally doing treatment on me. Well it just not worth it!!!

Fantastic and excellent service from the doctor and nurses. Very professional and warm service. I am satisfied and feeling so good after getting my fillers and botox done. The best part is, they really gave me proper attention and explained so well. I recently tried the Hydro Lite facial treatment at Nexus Clinic for the first time and I must say, I was impressed! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. The ambience was relaxing and therapeutic, and my therapist of the day, Sabrina, was a true professional. She did a brilliant job with the treatment, and the after effects were fantastic - my skin felt rejuvenated and hydrated. I highly recommend the Hydro Lite treatment at Nexus Clinic, and kudos to Sabrina for doing an excellent job!"

Came here for keloid treatment since 2022, reasonably price, with 40mg steroid injection I can see improvement in terms of volume of the scar getting flatter (ankle feet area), hopefully few more rounds and then I look forward to consider laser to improve the color when keloid is more flatter. I would recommend Dr Preetha and Dr Ash for keloid sufferers as they know how to aim the right spot to inject (after they inject, that spot has "blanch" clinic doctor usually said that, which I think is crucial to see improvement) compared to other places I tried in past.

i have a hair loss problem and been looking for a suitable shampoo. the staff recommend me to use their shampoo and i would say the result is fabulous. my scalp is an oily type and i need to wash them everyday but now i can last 2 days without washing my hair plus less hair loss and smooth as hell. like srsly i would never buy another shampoo. will repeat soon !

This clinic was one of the best in 2015 when I needed help with weight loss with Dr.Douglas and Iana who was the staff in charge. But now since 2020 sorry to say they are the WORST ever, absolutely no follow up and even when I ask for my medication to be sent the consultant doesn't even bother to reply. I changed from one consultant to another because of her response and services but the second was NO BETTER !!! They are very attentive and respond to you extremely well till the PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL where you are given no option. But when we want our products which are totally PAID for they don't even HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLY!! Even when its close the appointment date or appointment missed absolutely no follow up. The previous consultant was top notch staff for a service industry. This so called reputable clinic should look into recruiting more responsible staff.

This clinic is worst ever based on my experience…I have been there for my laser hair removal treatment they said it’s 12 session and the didn’t even say about the expiry date of the treatment and nvr even call me to inform that my session are going to be expired I paid full amount of money and they cheated by just saying it has been expired ur money is burned they don’t even have the courtesy to call and inform about my unclaimed session and expiry date what kind of management is this

I am having laser hair removal for underarms and boyzillian at Nexus and I am very happy with the results. I have already completed 8 sessions and the hair has stopped growing a lot. The boyzillian laser is a little painful during a session but the pain doesn't linger afterwards. The underarms laser is not painful at all. My consultant, Ms Nazish, and other staff are really kind and helpful. So I enjoy visiting Nexus once a month. If you connect with Ms Nazish via WhatsApp, she will send you special promotions. I purchased 12 months of laser hair removal at first and added 6 more months during a promotion, which was really reasonable.

I’ve been coming to the KL Nexus Clinic for over a year now and have been getting full body laser with the Alma Soprano machine and the results have been amazing! My aesthetician Arlina has always been kind and has made my entire experience extremely comfortable. Would definitely rate her a 10/10! Pricing was also not on the high side and quite reasonable. Nexus clinic has a wide range of treatment option which was very convenient.Might be trying the ultra hydration facial on my next visit.

I was talked into a longer treatment than planned. Two consultants also tried to sell me products several times. Unfortunately, I did that too and have to say that the product doesn't fit. After I had to wait a long time, the treatment was ok. the effect did not materialize. At the end they wanted me to give them a Google rating of 5 stars for a discount.
