Customer service - WORST! We would rather give 0 star for them!! They will only give you sweet talk till you purchase! After sales, zero care!! No box/bag is given after purchase, need to nag a few times! That was Ring purchase experience. Asked for nose ring,, but the sales guy rather show face and can tell us that he can Only take it out if we want to purchase it! How to purchase without seeing it? They also answer us rudely when we ask them on showing us the items!! Worst! Rather don't go! There's better shops out there with better customer service!!

Bombay Jewelry is a great place to shop for gold jewelry. Service was great, options were plenty and price was good. However, Do not buy anything without negotiating for a lower price. The store attendants are usually fair with the pricing. Recommended for all your gold jewelry needs.

Tell me your contact number, i was billed RM15 extra and have no place to contact you. Instead of the code 3440, they used 3430, so this has happened. Today i purchased for RM140, i felt like i have been cheated. :( Can someone reach out to me?
