Bad experience with clinic RX. Visit the clinic on 18 Sep for some fix. Did Fillers over the temple & Botox & facial services. Results of silk infusion & PRP was alright. Not until I had my fillers filled. There were uneven bumps & bruise. Worst the bruise did not dissolve after close to 3 weeks treatment. Thought of going back to consult the Doc see how can I solve my issue as I would need urgent fix before photoshoot session soon. Wanted to schedule but the whole reschedule process was so unpleasant! Either their appointment is fully booked or there doc are not available on a particular date. I still has some unutilized package left with the clinic. I guess this will be my first & last visit, unpleasant after service seriously need to be improved! Update status on 16/10 I'm extremely disappointed! Suppose to be looking great after the treatment but nope! Turn out because of the mistake of the doctor during injectables cause bleeding and applying ice pack turn out causing my skin to have postinflammantory hyperpigmentation!!! WHAT THE HELL! Suppose to look good for my upcoming wedding now turn out to have a pigmentation which require times to fade .. GOD know when... Please, reconsider again and again before visiting the clinic.

The online consultation is completely different from offline consultation. Before i go,the CS said 1~2 treatments already can see some result but when I came in to the clinic the doctor said must at least 4 treatments can see the results. That mean they can charge more lah if do more times treatment. Pls lah customers are not idiot! And this time treatment is ineffective at all. Wont go and waste my money again.

Terrible service from this clinic.. The doctor and the GM will speak everything to you so you will proceed with the treatments or procedures.. but if things are not right.. they will blame the patients / customers instead! Do not go to this clinic! I will never ever step in to this clinic!

Not sure how I feel. Bought a shampoo which was overpriced, they actually mark up more than 30% for this shampoo. I regret not doing my research, the shampoo actually just normal shampoo can buy from shopee or other clinic and other aesthetic clinic also never mark up the price. I feel so dumb for buying on the spot during consultation, when I can buy from other places. I feel like I’ve been lied to and scammed. Disappointed. Service is 还好罢了 And I been to other clinic like Kaiteki, and their service really good. I tried rx because my friend recommended, but I think I won’t come again

First experience here, service was great from entrance to exit. I went for a PRP with microneedling treatment. Doctor Wong was very helpful and caring even after the treatment. Great place, staff, environment, service, overall 10/10. Definitely coming here again for another session

I did few treatments with Dr. Vivian during my short visit in KL from London. Doctor explained everything in detail and kept detailing during each treatment as well. The whole process was pretty transparent and the staff is super friendly and professional. Expecting some good results and will post after few weeks and months as the results shows up. Won't consider to go back again. Went there for the exosomes therapy & said no other additional charges. But came out they said I need to pay extra rm50 if I were to use microneedling instead of gun (scam no.1). It wasn't stated in their advert that there were 2 choices & microneedling needs extra cost. After that the beautician introduced other package although I was a bit reluctant but relented as she claim my face needed that silk infusion therapy so the exosomes can be fully absorb (scam no 2) so in the end instead of paying rm288 I ended up paying over rm400 plus. It took pretty long before I could do the procedure as doctor will come & advice other further treatment (Botox, fillers) which will further expanded to above rm6000. I reach there at 5pm then only got home at 7pm

Very nice clinic. Dermatologist was well informed about various treatment options. But the most important thing about this place is they don't con you until buying expensive treatment packages. Thank you Clinic RX

Excellent experience in RX Clinic. I have done a few sessions of PRP+microneedling and pico laser under Dr Wong YH and team. They provide personalised assessment and treatment plan for my concern and I can appreciate a tremendous improvement of skin complexion after being with them for merely 2 months and a half! Dr Wong and his team are attentive, friendly and patient, making my visit to RX clinic a breeze ❤️

I tried 4 times at this clinic for Prp, silk infusion, picolaser, TRX, drip and Coolsculpt 1 session, botox and lipo for face. 1. My pigmentation has reduced 50% after 2 treatments of pico 2. PRP and TRX show great results for glowing skin and it's painless because of their gun compared to other clinics do manual injection is so painful. 3. Silk infusion great result for glowy skin 4. Coolsculpt also worked for me after 1 session I saw a reduction in fat about 35% after 4 months Cons: 1. Overall it's hard to make booking and must do in advance because they are always full so if you have no fixed schedule it's hard to plan the travel. Better if they have online booking system for customer to choose date, time and services. 2. Dr Wong is great and friendly but the assigned consultant front desk people sometimes are not as efficient . 3. Pricing is really expensive

Been going here since 2018, though the doctors are keep changing ( left RX clinic). My recent experience with Dr. Lee, he is great doctor and treatment given without any pain and very friendly too. Despite all the changes in the doctor from my very first experience, I was happy with Dr.Lee, however the staff (Denise) been not sharing the right information from the beginning which have made me so disappointed with her with wrong informations given for few times. Decided to go another clinic!

Im first time take a skincare at here .I do the evovive and take filler ，i didnt feeling pain. The environment is good, Dr.Vivian so attentive to explain all my problems. All Staff and Denice are nice and patience.

Coming to Clinic RX Bangsar was a pleasant experience. There's valet parking when you first arrive. The ladies at the reception desk are nice and helpful. The clinic is clean, plays relaxing jazz music, air-condition, comfy couches to wait, can ask for tea or water. The doctor explains clearly on the treatments you're interested in and answers all of your questions patiently. All staff are respectful.

Great environment & good service from the staff here in Clinic Rx. Professional attitude and good surgical environment. Dr Vicky is extremely experienced and did a marvellous job at my double eyelid suture. The beautician (Vevon)assigned to me was also very attentive and was constantly checking up on me. My experience with Clinic RX Bangsar is great! Friendly Dr. Wong and staff Karen. Dr. Wong is very professional and patient, he will listen to your concerns and try his best to help you. All of them are very friendly and amazing, they will explain the process well too. I feel very comfortable and release during my treatment. The experience was good. The doctor is very attentive and nice. The treatments also not that painful compare to my experiences with other clinics. The reason for 4 stars was that the waiting time was too long before I got to meet the doctor and received the treatment.
