My first time at the clinic, all i can say is great service from the staffs. All smiles and polite. I was attended by Susan and Dr. Lee. Susan's personality is admirable, she's so friendly online and offline.. She has the skill to carry a conversation with the patient which i find is a plus point! Made me feel alot less tense. Love her gentle ways when doing the facial process. Dr. Lee provided with great explanation and options that best suit your condition. I havent had a bad experience yet. Overall good ambiance! I hope Bella maintain these kind of services. Dr. Cassandra understands my skin very well and she has been treating my skin for few years now. I like the way she explains in detail about the treatment that really target for specific issue that I want to solve. I was just company my friend to went here btw. I know that Sri petaling, jalan Radin bagus area is very hard to find the parking 💀 So I parked my car in pasar's parking. My friend and I got lost searching for Bella clinic around jalan Radin bagus area which for me it's quite a hidden place. The staff named Syuhada was very nice tbh, guide and helped us find the clinic ❤️👍🥺 She's also very friendly. Anyway, turns out the clinic was in front of the bilik and bunk hotel. 😂

Have made few times treatment here. Came from Terengganu to KL just to have my treatment. All is amazing service from their friendly and helpful assistant Susan, to their doctors (mine is Dr. Daniel) which were very well-trained in asthetic and they recommended best treatment that can suit my budget and skin condition. Their spa also very calm, luxurious and of course worth every penny that you spent. Few times repeated treatment here, i can see obvious result. All that wanted to be treated for myself available here.

It was my first time today and right off the bat, i like the aesthetics in there (the decor). One thing I have to commend them is that they definitely don't do any hard-selling and don't push you to take any service/package. The doctor will explain stuff and you're also free to ask anything & free to decide what service you want. I LOVE that they don't push sales bcs every other place will push you to take the expensive pagkage. Did rejuran + korean glass skin + lips therapy + facial. Really love how they treat and calm me during the procedures. Dr Cass is very knowledgeable and explained everything even I asked a lot of questions. I took package for 3 sessions of rejuran to reduce my deep scar. Can’t wait to see the result!

Just want to take your money!! Shove you out the door quickly and on to the next person!! Also, the sale price is not really sale ... it’s the normal price - I compared prices with other places. The price for consultation (they did not tell me) RM80 when other places are free or RM50. I would not go back. I found better price at EE clinic.
