Ambience is ok but food not tasty. Costly and very unhygienic as well. Today we found cockroaches running around on dining table,when we informed about cockroaches to staff they just ignored and didn't even bothered about it. Later when more cockroaches running around then in hurry and worry they just took away plates and food. Pathetic.!! Lassi was good but again too costly.

We went for a valentine's day lunch and found the place to be very welcoming & well decorated. This place is a fine dine and makes a good choice for outing during special occasions. They serve North Indian Vegetarian and Fusion cuisine, we had Tandoori Naan, Paneer Butter Masala, Kachori, Pasta and all tasted very well. Will recommend, but prices are at the higher end!

Best veg Indian food in town! Ordered Veg Momos, Tandoori Spaghetti along with Paneer tikka Masala and Kulcha Platter. Great taste and ambience! Must visit

I recently had an awesome experience at chalos in Malaysia. The taste of the Gujarati food was exceptional, and the staff exhibited excellent behavior—very kind and attentive. Overall, a delightful dining experience!

Food: Best quality Indian food we have had outside of india! Hard to find this quality even in Singapore so it was great to experience this while on our vacation to KL. Would definitely recommend the corn kebabs, the fusion ravioli with tadka and paneer tikka masala. The presentation of each dish is the cherry on the cake. Service: This is the primary reason we will revisit :) Taken care of very well. Plenty of thoughtful gestures right through to make for a memorable evening. Atmosphere: Beautifully done up restaurant!

Lovely ambience, courteous staff...liked the menu which had many Indo western fusion....they take lil long for servicing. So those who don't have any patience to wait for their food to arrive, may get irritated 😃 One more thing which I liked is that they can personalize to your needs...My mom-in-law doesn't eat garlic. So, they made the curry without garlic which was really commendable 😊

Nice ambiance and polite staff, but my experience here wasn't the best, despite what could have been a very good meal I had asked whether all the options marked with "v" were vegan, and the waiter said yes, he then suggested I get a thalli, they would not include the paneer and they swapped the dessert. I said yes The meal was delivered with cottage cheese amongst the rice. Now these things happen and I'm not the kind of person to get upset, but I do expect places where you pay a premium to make up for it. The place has just opened for lunch and I was the only customer who had put in an order Although I did get an apology, I had to ask for the rice to be replaced. I also wasn't offered a refund or a discount. Though at least when I asked he did give me a 20% discount, taking the meal from 50 MYR to 40 MYR. Please ask your staff to do better and take these things more seriously. This a vegetarian restaurant, Vegan food or dairy allergy's or dairy intolerances should be handled better

Simply superb, this is my second visit. The place is well decorated and very welcoming. The staff is very helpful in suggesting food for us and they also served us well. Definitely will go again

The food is extraordinary. Wide variety of dishes, one will be spoilt for choice. The desserts are excellent too & egg free. The chefs are well trained. Staff are courteous.

Highly recommended... a must visit for those craving for good authentic Indian food ... the kulcha platter and ragi bharura was just exceptional. Full marks for the ambience.. from the Royal entrance to the sitting area.. attention is paid to every detail. The service is top notch. We were greeted by Ahmed and he ensured we were well taken care of. An amazing experience. Thank you.

AMAZING. Excellent food, service, and ambience. I'm the only veg person in my family but even the non-veg people enjoyed it -- came here twice in two days because we loved it so much! The food was Michelin or at least Bib Gourmand worthy for sure. Very attentive staff, and beautiful restaurant. We got the tandoori momos, manchurian bhel (wish there was more actual manchurian pieces in it rather than bhel because it was so good!), thalis, ravioli de tarka, jackfruit biryani, and khowsuey.

We were served by Ms. Amarjeeet Kaur and she was super helpful in suggesting food items and served us very pleasantly. The ambience and food is excellent as well. The food is reasonably priced as well.

This place is a perfect 10/10. I booked a table for my mom’s birthday. It was indeed a memorable, sweet and simple experience by Mr. Pinto. The mini celebration was complemented with a simple dessert and this whole set up was totally free! I had the best palak paneer here which was recommended by Mr Pinto. The ambiance was also peaceful and the place resembled a palace setting. The food is a little bit pricey, but that's to be expected from a fine dining restaurant. If you're looking for a beautiful venue to celebrate the birthdays of your loved ones, this place is definitely worth a look!

The food was amazing. Very creative delicious take on Indian fusion food. We had ravioli with an Indian twist which was mind blowing. Kala khata chuski was cool as well... A gola in a margarita style. Host Ahmed was very courteous and helpful whenever we needed any changes and attentive throughout our meal.

From the moment we stepped into Cholas we were greeted warmly. The decor and food transported us to India. It was a pleasant surprise to find an Indian restaurant in the heart of KL but even more so to find mouth watering vegetarian food. Special credit goes to the sweetcorn kebab, paneer tikka masala and roomali roti.

Amazing North Indian vegetarian food. It's rare to find good North Indian food in KL and Cholas has great attention to detail. The crisp tandoori roti, fluffy buttery garlic naan, the green chutney and the chutney with the corn kebabs were all on point. Recommend the pepper paneer, paneer tikka, jackfruit biryani. The restaurant is inside the Sheraton hotel opposite quill city mall, has great ambience and service.

Absolutely fantastic food, with wonderful ambience and amazing service. By far the best restaurant for Indian vegetarian food in KL. The options are just amazing and if you want a fine dining experience combined with tasty food, Cholas @ Sheraton is the place to go.

The restaurant provide Indian vegetarian food, overall the foods are tasty and creative, you will have a surprise if you are not familiar with Indian food. Also, customer services are good too. By the way, you can enjoy the food like in palace..environment is glorious and clean. The disadvantage here is the location is inside the Sheraton Hotel, the hotel is temporarily closed and there is dark outside the restaurant.

The first few impressions of eateries are the ambience and staff service. We were pleasantly surprised by the interior and ambience of Cholas. The staff service was top notch. Mr Pinthu took a good care of his guests and attended to all our request with a warm smile. Will definitely come here again.

The degustation menu is an absolute must-try, but be sure to arrive with an empty stomach. I was particularly impressed by the flavorful Paan Patta Chat, the innovative Samosa Soup, the delectable Paneer Bites, the mouthwatering Ravioli de Targa, and the unforgettable Pan Chocolate dessert. Had a great time at Cholas restaurant with fantastic food from chef Narinder. Service was also very impressive from Preethy and Amar, would reccomend! Dhal Makhani was the highlight
