12/1/23 about 11am: At the freezer of the halal area, someone (I believe customer) have the audacity to put a pork meat together with the halal product. In order to prevent this from happening again, it is recommended for you all to ask the non-halal item to be paid before bringing out of its area as some people without common sense will literally repeat this behaviour. As a Muslim customer, this is so disappointing and I hope staff are more alert on this matter.

Good place to do grocery shopping as the place is very spacious and clean. A variety of items are being sold here. They also have a place where you can do your own self checkout. The prices are also reasonable compared to other places.

Great improvement over last visit. New parking system in place to ensure lots for shoppers. Stock nicely placed too. Good job!

Affordable price supermarket but the parking payment staff is kinda lazy, keeps watching movie in his phone and not even answer Customer properly.

Since taking over from Carrefour, there's not much changes. Still the same. Only the name change to Aeon Big.

They have 12 counter cashier but only opened 2 counter on Sunday, isn't the management unorganized to fasten customer payments???

The place is clean, good products (bought my electrical appliances here), price is ok, fresh veges n plenty of variety.

I've been going there for a long time and it's really nice to see changes over times. I really loved one restaurant but after lockdown it closed so yeah kinda miss it a bit. I think overall the place is nice but I think the kids section for the clothing should change since it looks dull everytime I go and they are very expensive. I really like the bakery story the ground floor 😭their donuts are elite

Non Hygienic place to buy your pastries. Encounter fly sitting inside the pastries. Stop buying if you care about your hygiene. Gonna induce food poisoning.

Overall ok. But don't like the parking payment counter, staff very rude. Even last time and this time all different person but still same - very rude.

This place has a decent amount of parking. I have seen a good number of promotions on electrical items and grocery.

The Indian woman (worker/cashier/payment staff )in the indoor car park counter collect money from me.i parking within an hour ,cashier machine show as RM0.00 . She hold my card and don't want return to me .i force to pay to her. please be aware of this .dont go to the counter ,go to the auto pay machine .

I like this place and the environment also quite good and silent...if you go inside you can see purchase many item such a low price...most of things that they sell there quite cheap btw..but quality good lah so no worries ya

A good Aeonbig outlet to visit when you are free just so that you can find your bargain items sold at rock bottom prices. Parking is free for the 1st 2 hours only if you are a Aeonbig member so that you can shop until you drop.

Ideal place to get all your house need in one roof. With afforadble price and great benefit will given to member card holder.

Improved a lot in terms of the Grocery department arrangements on goods.... Clean and organized and most importantly fresh n price reasonable. Good job!

I'm staying at Kepong and a regular customer but will go to other grocer. No matter how rush you are during your purchase, make sure you check the expiry date of the product. I kena twice. 1. For discounted price product, must check the expiry date. It is not an offer but very nearing the expiration. They are not placed at a special place but at the normal usual place selling that product. 2. They are selling expired products at the same price and placed at their usual place. It's too late by the time I found out as I lost the receipt.

There is no one at the self-checkout counter majority of the time. So if you face difficulties scanning your purchased items there, it will take forever for any of the staff to come & help you out.

This outlet always organized blood donation campaign.. check the scheduled of you intended to do so. Place to re-stock your groceries

It quite big a supermarket plus warehouse in kepong area. There have various items offered with affordable prices for us to bargain with.

Outside looks rundown but inside the hypermarket itself is very good ... many products, good selections, clean and organised, friendly staffs.

A convenient place to get daily stuffs. However customers service can be improved. The escalator lead to the supermarket was under repair. But there is no customer service around or signboard to guide to alternative way to the supermarket...leaving all customers in puzzle. End up i went to another supermarket to get my stuffs. Just to highlight for improvement. No bad intention. Overall is still a great place for shopping.

The mall is pretty big and you can find pretty much all super market items at good prices , parking had ample space , free UpTo 1hr got our supplies from diy and headed back.

Most scales do not use KG weight but in GRAM..don't be too fascinated by the price displayed..Example: the price of chicken is RM1.56/gram not RM1.56/kg. Please take note & do your budged list first before choose randomly

Lousy management with no kind thoughts for the elderly. I bought an oven and there's no trolley for the hypermarket shoppers locate on the upper floor? Ridiculous 😡👎👎

My most used supermarket during my stay. Never had any bad experience there. Management must be pretty good, along with other employees. Decent variety of products.

The vegetable and fruits department are slightly cheaper than other places.The apparel dept. is moderate and one pharmacy Health lane is convenient to get our medicine.Beside this a few handphone shops,Bata shop,optical shop,Watson variety toiletries product,DIY shop and a small food court.

A convenient place to get daily stuffs. Prices are very competitive, sometimes products arent fresh and service was bad. There is no cutting service for meats purchase and the staffs are busy with their hp neither chatting around.
