Dr. Kalai is such a good doctor. He patiently explains everything and very kind. He’s very respectful towards women and conducts himself well. Ms. Flora, the nurse always gives a warm welcome and treats you with respect and care. All of the nurses do. Thank you for your great medical service.

First time here and it was very welcoming. The nurse and the doc was very friendly. Clinic is very clean. This would definitely be my go to clinic from now on. Reasonable pricing as well. They do health checks and blood tests.

Best clinic in town. The only clinic my family and i go. Dr Kalai and Nurse Flora are very caring and genuinely want to help their patients. Dr Kalai would go miles explaining each symptom and Nurse Flora will explain each medicine.

I went to this clinic few months ago (in April/May 2021) for my skin issue. I had a relatively bad breakout along my jawline during that time and went to Klinik Mudita for advice. The doctor was very nice and the whole experience was actually really pleasant. Doctor advised getting steroid injection for my acne and I agreed to it. Doctor also mentioned that I may experience heavy period flow (TMI I know sorry) during the next cycle. However, Doctor failed to mention that another potential side effect is skin dimpling caused by steroid injection. I noticed a purplish-red dent was developing at the injection site and the dent became deeper over time. Fast forward to today (November 2021), the dent is still with me and I have spent close to RM1k the past few months trying to fix the dent at another clinic. The appearance of the dent has improved but the dent/hollowness remains. I am still really upset about this as I am still spending money to get the dent fixed today as I'm writing this review. This could have been prevented if Doctor mentioned the skin dimpling side effect. I would not have opted for the steroid injection had I been informed about this side effect...

I had a Wonderful experience with Klinik Mudita OKR. The services that I always receive is more than excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Every time I’m done with the doctor and heading to take the medicine the staff at the counter passionately explain if i asked her any questions. Dr. Kalai too is very friendly and knows his job very well, honestly speaking i stop going to other clinics after i was recommended by my friend to visit this clinic. I never mentioned that they do accept various type of payment methods which i never found on other clinics. Excellent service that is both efficient and personalised. Flora is always pleasant, courteous and organised. Dr. Kalai has great bedside manners and his prescriptions have been quite effective. I also appreciate the quality of his consultations which are thorough and never rushed. I can confidently say that this is one of the best clinics I have ever visited and hence, have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone.

Been a patient with Dr Kalai for almost 2 years. He’s a very good GP and is very detailed in examining his patients. He takes the effort to get to know the patients and builds a strong relationship with them. This creates trust and confidence with the patient to reach out to him each time they are unwell or need any medical consultation. The clinic is very clean and welcoming with great staffs like Flora and others who are always welcoming and efficient. A definite clinic and doctor to visit as all medications are of top quality from reputable pharmaceutical companies. Medication pricing and consultation is very reasonable and affordable.

This is my first time visit here. My knee was pain almost one month and i couldn't jump or even bend my knee. Doctor asked me some questions and try to find out the root cause. He gave me medicine to eat and only for five days. My knee no more pain! Thank you doctor and the team! They are so friendly and they do follow the SOP like measure temperature and scan before going in. The price is reasonable!!! Highly recommended :)))

Facility was clean, the nurse was polite and the doctor was caring & kind. I had high fever so they took me to another room so that they can disinfect it later - very professional Just one thing to note is that there is payment charge for credit card but if you have cash or debit card it is fine 10/10 for me!

Dr kalai has been treating to most of my medical issues over the 15 years and he’s my charming Doctor always, kind and humble in his way and very professional.
