Best clinic ever for beauty wise! I really like how Dr. Tan not just explained about my back acne condition, she also consulted me on how to prevent and the suggested the back acne treatment for me. Dr.Tan was so friendly and kind to explain everything in detailed. Due to that, I was not hesitate to straightly take the treatment package. All the nurses were so nice and friendly for pre, during (Ms.Ivy)and post treatment and consultation. This clinic is SO RECOMMENDED <3

Did my research for micro needling in KL and found Cleo Clinic offered a good price for it. Came for a consultation with Dr Fara and she answered all my questions well. I did a micro needling session with her and I saw immediate results. My skin is brighter (immediately) and all my dark acne scarring spots were almost all gone (noticeable on day 2 and 3) after that one session. So happy with the results that I purchased another 3 sessions in advance. Will definitely keep coming back to Dr Fara and the clinic in general. I previously did the same treatment somewhere else but they weren’t consistent with the numbing cream application, skin downtime was quite bad, and the lady would persistently hard sell their products, claiming that the results wouldn’t last if i don’t use the ones they’re selling. I never experienced that here at CC. Dr Fara and the team would simply advise me which of my products i should stop using temporarily for 2-3 days while my skin is healing. And the results lasted no issues.

Had my first treatment done at Cleo Clinic (under eyebag filler and hifu). I was super super satisfied with the first treatment where I could see instant results. This is really really amazing. First procedure already worth the money spent. Dr Raimie is a very patient, soft spoken and skillful doctor, he gave detailed explanation during my initial consultation and did a very good job on the treatment day. Came here for general consultation from Dr Tan. Overall, the experience is pretty pleasant and staffs are friendly . No comments on the effectiveness/results as I haven’t done any treatment. I think it’s helpful for doctor to dive deeper into patients medical records/history/skintype for optimal experiences.

I came to the clinic due to eczema flares on one of the weekend. Dr Tan truly a saviour because she managed to comfort and assure me that it can be managed. It's been remarkably wonderful experiences with Cleo Clinic thus far. Overall the staffs and dermatologist were nice. However, I’m sure that we all will appreciate if the “Agreement” paper to be signed is disclosed before we make any payment. I remember I paid for the Acne Package of around RM1,700++ and then I was told to sign an agreement stating that the treatment might not work for my skin. Guess what? It didn’t work for me. I still have acne problem. I wasn’t suggested anything to treat the underlying causes (except for Doxycycline). I started to do my own research and implemented a regimen of The Ordinary products — Niacinamide + Zinc and Azelaic Acid Supension. The products yield a BETTER result than the Acne Package offered and they are way cheaper. So girls, make your choice carefully. I gave 2 stars because the chemical peel at least brightened my skin tone. Nothing more than that.

Dr Tan is highly knowledgable and showed genuine concern in helping me identify the root cause of my acne problem. She took into consideration the different aspects of my lifestyle needs (little to no down time and time availability) before subscribing the best treatment procedures in solving my skin woes. Throughout the treatment, she walked me through what she was doing, followed by what is being applied to my skin and what is the purpose of each chemical/treatment/process. I felt assured in her hands, knowing exactly what is being done to me every step of the way.

Visited Cleo for the first time in December 2021 and another time in January 2022. I have only done eye-bag filler + hifu procedures so far and I am very happy with the results and how my skin regresses in just 2 weeks time! As a new entrant to learning about aesthetic treatments, Dr Tan was very patient in explaining every detail that is related to the procedures that I am interested in or I might need (free consultation during my first visit). What I liked most about my visits is that they will not pressure you into doing procedures you are not sure of. They let me (as a client) take control in decisions making and advise professionally and accordingly. Further, the nurses (Dila and Ivy) were so friendly. They will hold your hand throughout the procedures and will ease you into the treatments attentively. 😀

Dr. Tan is very nice. She also patiently answer all the questions that I have. Pico laser at CLEO is not pain and effective though it takes some time to see the results. And they never push me to buy product or service unless I asked. Definitely recommend.

Dr Tan is not skilful and qualified for surgery. My double eyelid surgery was a disaster under Dr. Tan. I undergone so many times of recovery and replanting of the stitches. This is terrible. All the time need to follow her schedule, never once follow mine. And she's not available during weekend! I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Disastrous!

My concern was acne scars and my first time treatment at Cleo Clinic was great and I can see the result already. The scars improved a lot. So today I did my second time treatment. Not onlt the treatments are great, Doctor Tan and the therapist are great too and happy to do the treatments here. I've informed this clinic to some of my friends and the are interesting to try by themselves. The price also worth to try. One of the aesthetic clinics in Mont Kiara. I've been to different Aesthetic clinic where the majority of Japanese normally gose, but their clinic was quite pushy, and I don't feel comfortable with that way of consultation. Randomly went up to Dr Farah while waiting for my girlfriend to finish her treatment to ask her about what turned out to be milia under my eye. Have visited this clinic a few times since before COVID and every visit is a pleasant one! Staff is really attentive, caring and friendly even during their busy hours. Dr Tan is always very patient in listening to your concerns and explaining about your issues and treatments. She only suggests treatments that are suitable for you and doesn’t sell you treatments that you don’t need. When it comes to treatments, my experience with them is one of the most comfortable ones (I’ve tried many aesthetic treatments in many clinics throughout many years). Dr Ramie is highly recommended, he is a very gentle doctor. His explanations are very detailed, he will recommend a suitable treatments and products. It was my last day in KL before flying back to the UK. I called the clinic last minute because following my recent rhinoplasty surgery in London, I was left with a lot of loose skin in certain areas and very visible frown-lines. The clinic slotted me in on the same day and I came to see Dr Raimie who assessed my condition and prescribed the right treatment - contrary to what i thought I needed. Dr Raimie was the first to tell me that I should focused on hydrating my skin first. And he was right! My acne issues are now manageble. After being turned down by many places for a facial cyst removal, finally found Dr Tan and Dr John who were able to remove it for me. From the staff to the doctors, everyone was so friendly and did such a great job with follow ups. Extremely happy and would highly recommend!

I was worried about the sweat under my armpits, so I took a Botox injection. There is no pain from the injection. I think the doctor was injecting the correct amount using the device. I felt that the staff were polite and very nice. About a week after receiving the injection, I think the amount of sweat has decreased to about 10% of what it was before. I use the deodorant under my armpit in the morning, but the smell of deodorant remains even after I get home. I think the deodorant was washed away when I was sweating a lot. If you are worried about sweat, why not take a Botox injection? I recommend. Two weeks later, the doctor confirmed the effect. (It's free) I think this clinic has good care.

Attended by Dr Raimie, who is very professional and recommended hydrating my skin first (I was interested in other products at the time). Followed his advice, and my skin looks (and feels) so much better. I am very happy with the results of the treatments. Also, there’s no sales pushing here, which is really great. Doctor will recommend, explain all the pro and con, and he will leave it to you to decide without judgment.
