LRT is not nearby. At least not walking distance. Good location to stay for Tar college students. Security can be improved as it is dark outside at night.

I was there for 2 weeks to do my confinement service. There's a laundry service, mamak restaurant and kindy/nursery on the ground floor. Swimming pool and gym also available for the residents. About 5mins walk to Setapak Central. Also about 5mins walk to Uptown Danau Kota. A lots of eatery place too. Very near to city center too.

Becareful if park overnight. Need to apply at the office, after 12am midnight your car will be clamp and they will charge RM50 to removed the clamp over your car

Good security and nice view, except the poor maintenance of pool

Great place to stay. Easy access to KL, not so far from expressway. And got few places to eat 24 hours within walking distance.

overall not bad exclude those culprits who never paid the maintenance fee and still using facilities

Love the Lake view and the moon at night

Very congested roads. Heavy traffic with impossible parkings.

This location is originally PV10 Condominium, but I have no idea who change this location name to Wan World Services. As I know Wan World Service is a drone repair shop which have a physical store a the shop lot area inside PV10 Condominium. To Wan World Services, if you want to register a location name and get certified on the Google map, please pick a new coordinate and not simply change the info of other places.

Seksual places and very dangerous for women and student. Need more for cctv and guard must rounding for safety. Then i'll give 5 stars.
