Such a difficult location to find for a Multinational company experience center like NUSKIN.. 12 counters there but only 2 working.. wanted to look for customer service but there's no such option on the ticket machine.. and beware if anything happen to your lumispa device after 2 years warranty because they dont have the repair service for the device which mean you have to buy a new one.. this is the worst ever MLM company that I experienced..

Sorry for giving 1 star. It is because the counter made a big mistake, they passed my products to other people with my invoice number. Why I give 1 star, we are really busy with our works and life, we spent time going there to pick up something, and realised someone took it. I have to go there again to pick it up again. This is awesome experience. 🥲

The entire large company just only one counter for serve customer. Waited for half an hour and still haven't served a customer. Pick-up also one counter only, I can't understand why it takes more than 20 minutes to serve one customer, they just for pick-up only. Overall, there are only one or two customers in the whole office, but it took me about 1 hour to solve my order submission and pick-up.

Their products are great, their website is horrendous! I've been using their products for years and years and I still can't figure out why their website purchasing system is still so lousy. Always hanging. I've sent countless feedbacks but no improvements. So here I am reviewing here in the public on Google. Seriously, products are great. Go there and make your purchase in person. Just don't use their lousily designed website.
