This is one of the best minimalistic cafe in Chinatown. The seats are relatively limited while the interior design is simple yet modern and elegant. The staffs are really friendly and attentive in introducing their menus and getting feedback from customers. They offer 2 different type of coffee beans which are fruity and nutty aromas, quite similar to Beans Brothers. A great variety of pastries are available & mainly cater for breakfast or dessert. Fudgy brownie has very rich chocolate flavor, fairly dense and moist, recommended to share between 2-3 people rather than finishing all by yourself. The baked confections are priced reasonably and served in big portion, no extra service charges. The ambience is truly relaxing and cozy provided that there is no crowd, an ideal spot to have some 'me' time, sipping coffee and enjoy the view of Jalan Sultan outside.

The coffee here is great, just like their other branches. I couldn't resist the temptation of their croffle, it's very addictive. The flavors and textures are a match made in heaven, leaving me craving for more. Despite the small space, the cozy ambiance adds to the overall charm of the place.

The signage caught our attention and drop by for lunch. Didn’t expect the place was rather small with limited seats, however it was nicely design, clean and chill if you take the seat that facing windows (seeing people pass-by while having coffee) Staff are very welcoming and take time to explain the menu. Coffee and pastry were excellent, loved all of them. Will definitely come back again.

Small place. Nice ambient. Suitable quick coffee break. Nice coffee (with two types of beans - nutty, fruity). Espresso is good. The almond croissant taste good too!

Ordered the flat white and it’s amazing! The blend of coffee, milk and foam was seamless. We’re looking forward to returning. I just hope the could upgrade their air conditioners, pretty warm atmosphere. Nonetheless, we’ll return ☺️

Came by for breakfast as it was a bit early for lunch at REX. Just a short walk away from REX & Petaling St. Got a couple of drinks and a croffle to share. Coffee here was good, just the way I like it. Croffle was interesting. Only thing is the seats weren't exactly comfortable and we were blocking the way of people going up and down the stairs. Also, it was really.... really hot.

Amazing speciality coffee. Flat white with oat milk was excellent. Price mid range. 16 for oat milk coffee. Cute interior but small, only seating for about 6 inside and a few outside.

Yewyewkl Love this coffee place! Coffee is great & Opted for the blueberry chiffon cake 🫐💕 surprisingly airy & the cream is just nice (not too sweet/heavy 🥰) Altho the space is small, but love the calming vibes 🙌🏻 great place to just chill & take a breather 🍃

Lovely small cozy cafe. Love the service from the crew. Off peaks are great time to watch the world go by when seated by the huge window seats. Love the Blueberry Chiffon. # support local cafes #support local talents

THE BEST COFFEE AND MATCHA LATTE!!! The atmosphere inside the coffee shop is very calm and relaxing. It is located on one of the main streets perpendicular to to the Petaling Market, so you can drink your coffee and watch people walking by. There are not many places to sit inside as it is a small coffee shop, but the staff were very pleasant. I definitely recommend this coffee shop as it is a pleasurable experience for your taste buds and the coffee is something not to miss!

If you’re around in Chinatown, drop by Yew Yew for a chilled drink. Small little shop that has good coffee, juices and a small selection of desserts. Service was very good. A friend of mine accidentally spilt her bottle of juice and they gave her a new one without charging.

    * Update Jul2022: Managed to get a seat and tried their Rose Lychee Chiffon. Like that there are more lychee bits down the middle hole of the chiffon! The cream part is not too heavy nor overly sweet and the cake has a nice flavour in pink colour. It's pity this outlet closes at 6pm and I can't get my coffee fix at night! * Tried their Chrysanthemum Kombucha and Iced Latte (nutty). I must say I do enjoy both drinks. Chrysanthemum Kombucha is quite special to me and I do like it is not too "gassy". Coffee was also good cos the nutty beans flavour is of my type. Just like pity there are few seats in this outlet so I take-out back to hotel. Didn't have time to try their food items though. The staff recommended me some kombucha (kindly told me beware when opening bottle cos will have pop sound) when enquired and chatted a little with me. Quite friendly people and I am happy to return when I am in KL again.

Flat white, dark chocolate and Lotus biscoff chiffon cake! Very small coffeehouse (prob max 10 ppl at one time?) but drinks and dessert are good! Park at Kompleks Selangor if you are heading here. Unless you are driving-through or take away :)

It was my first time trying croffle. I expected it to be normal. I actually wanted it to be normal to prove my point, but it was good ! The waffle machine makes it way crunchier on the outside and it definitely gives you the ASMR satisfaction. The coffee was also really good ! Would recommend ! Edit: I went back for croffle again❤️ Requested to add butter and it made my day !

Walk in on Sunday afternoon - staff are friendly. Very small space which can sit up to 7 pax comfortably. Quite number of people opt for take away based on my observation. Both juice and food is excellent ❤

yewyew maybe small but it packs a punch. This is a great place if you care about your coffee and the thought that goes into it. They give you a selection of blend depending on your palate. At the time I chose the Brazil / Indonesian blend, which was surprisingly good, especially in a piccolo. The food option is restricted to cakes and pastries, but this is enough to fill you up. I shared a chiffon with my missus and it was a rightly soft pastry with a rich blueberry icing. The service was super friendly and thoughtful, as the owners moved us to the window seating when it was available. Like any customer-minded places, cold water is served without request. The small things matter and yewyew gets them all right.

Small corner shop on a busy street, was a perfect place to stop by and have coffee and some croffles. Very limited sitting area, not sufficient with air conditions, so they added fan on next to some of the tables along the hallways. Quite inconvenient to sit there as there were people walking pass. Croffles were amazing and coffee too.

Coffee very nice. Acidity just right. The Nutella peanut waffle is perfect. A good place to chill and rest after a heavy lunch.

Small coffee shop in the China town, cozy and nice staff, my coffee latte was good. 😋😁 if you need coffee everyday, you can go here and try their coffee.

Very well presented little cafe in the heart of Kuala Lumpur China town. This place is famous for it's various cold signature drinks and cute desserts but I'm always here for their equally good black coffee. The place itself is very simple but yet cosy and chill. Staff are friendly and know how to make coffee and drinks. And you will be in treat as they priced their menu at affordable and reasonable level. A must in downtown china town.

Easily one of your fav coffee to go to. It’s a small cafe that has a “to-go” concept so don’t expect to come and chill, as there’s no seats / tables available. I’ve tried the classic latte which was really good, nutty taste (you can choose your beans) and I like that it’s just nice where it’s not too strong nor bland. Price is on the pricier side and it’s smaller than usual, but understandable since it’s at the heart of KL.

One of yew yew smaller joints nestled in a corner lot of Chinatown. Good matcha options with a twist, yuzu was very refreshing. A nice spot to people watch the busy streets of Chinatown.

Finally paid a visit to their outlet in KL. Very nice place to chill but limited space available. Their croffle was not as what I expected to be flaky and crispy but their Mocha is definitely a must have!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I love this place, it had the chill vibe back when I visited Japan's Kyoto, really liked the open look where you can drink and look around after shopping at Lalaport, will be back!

Visited on a Saturday evening. it was almost empty, customers mainly taking out. The nutella waffles was RM10, very cute. We got Matcha Yuzu Fizz and Hojicha, pretty ok!

yēwyèw's croffles are delicious! The croffles are soft and buttery on the inside and a tad bit crispy on the outside! If you have a sweet tooth, you should try their Biscoff and Sugar Cinnamon. But if you want to opt for something less sweet, I would suggest trying their Choco Almond. The iced dark chocolate drink was not diluted at all even after the ice has melted. Packed with rich chocolaty flavour!

Lovely cafe with 2 types of espresso blends (nutty and fruity) and croffles! Space is small; only window side seats so perfect for a quick coffee pit stop if you’re around the Chinatown area.

Cute little cafe right in the midst of Chinatown. The coffee and matcha latte was great. Matcha latte uses Niko-neko matcha and it isn’t too sweet. Just bear in mind that it’s a little cramped but that’s completely okay with me. Also I missed out on their mini Bundt cake that was sold out by afternoon so do give it a try!

coffee, cakes and pastry are superb, friendly service. Even their shop is very small but the ambience is just nice. Drop by for quick coffee and check in for nice photo. Keep it up

Had some fruity tea, coffee and mini chiffon cake whilst here on a rainy afternoon. It was great with reasonable pricing. The cake was fluffy and had just the right amount of sweetness. Loved the crafted tea! Dine-in is not available currently, and there is only outdoor seating that seats 2 pax. It's a lovely little nook, clean and thoughtful.

Super cute and tiny café. It’s perfect for a take-away coffee, the taste is awesome and you can decide between two different coffee beans. There‘s no seating capacity (maybe around 8 seats), which means it’s very hard to catch one.

Very smallll cafe, but if you manage to get a seat, can spend quiet afternoon people watching there. Barista are very energetic and helpful. Fun to speak with. Croiffle and coffee is okay.

Ordered their signature passion fruit earl grey drink, pretty disappointed as the taste of earl grey was completely covered by the fruity taste from the passion fruit (but it tastes more like orange to me 😂). Bit too sweet. Update from second visit (31/7/22): This time managed to try their croffle and it is surprisingly delicious! It has croissant texture and the buttery smell which make the croffle absolutely great. We tried the biscoff, chocolate and original flavour. The rest of the flavours are great except the chocolate one as I personally think the chocolate itself is too sweet that it covers the original flavour of the croffle.

Nice environment with good food. Most importantly people here are nice and friendly! Should give it try especially the sponge cake and also matcha drinks! Will come back again and looking forward Yew Yew to set up the branch in Sarawak! ❤️
