I visited to Kuala Lumpur with family, and via google I already booked a day cab service with her 15 days before.. since I was from different country, and hence didn’t gave any booking amount.. so I was in doubt whether cab would be on time or not.. I'm a senior sole female traveller so I booked a taxi with Lady Driver from Kuala Lumpur this afternoon 9 December. This was my first time reserving the service from Taxi Dila and to be honest, even until D-Day, I still unable to meet the person. but all I can say, is that she is a responsible and caring person. Even though she can't drive me and my companion personally, she still make efforts to search and reserve replacement drivers for us. Even the drivers she chose also friendly and caring to their customers. They also helped us in planning our trip even though only for 2D1N. Dila was our guiding light in Malaysia. She took us on multiple trips. 1. KLIA to KL 2.KL to Melaka 3. Melaka to Terengganu 4. Terengganu to KLIA She was on time and got us to our destinations on time every single trip. Our flight was delayed, but she still picked us up on time. We had to leave Melaka at 6am, and she arrived on time. Dila is also a safe driver. She leaves appropriate stopping distance and expertly maneuvered in storm conditions. I slept peacefully in the car knowing she was in control. Her covid and safety protocols are top notch, and I can't recommend her enough.
