I took my PCR test before traveling. The service are excellent. They are really understanding the uncertainty of my travel and help me to reschedule few times. The process are quick. They approach you in your car (if you choose drive-through) and did the test. The price also way cheaper and the result come out less then 12 hours! Thanks HBM Family Clinic!

Very nice clinic! Very clean, and the staff are so friendly and approachable! I had to take my RT-PCR Testing as requirement for my travel to the Philippines (which is in less than 48 hours). I found this clinic online through google. I have that say that booking of the appointment and online payment was hassle-free. :-) The staff who answered my query over the phone and via whatsapp was also very helpful. Best of all the results came back quickly (as advertised) and just in time for my travel. I highly recommend this clinic. 5 stars to you guys! 👍

Very bad experience. I called this clinic on 7th Jun to enquire about health screening packages and asked if I could get MC as my company do not recognise time-off slip. The nurse confirmed that I could be given an MC and I eventually set an appointment on 14th Jun. On the check up day, the nurse informed that MC could not be given. I was mad because they could have told me a day before. I have wasted my time driving there and have to go back home and quickly changed to office attire and rushed to office. It is very inefficient and irresponsible of them to inform me on the check up day.

My son gave me a full health check as a birthday present. I am glad he chose HBM. Very clean and pleasant facility. Excellent staff and first class service. All done in less than 2 hours. Best present I have had in a long time.

Excellent service. Despite me having to move my test date a few times, they were very patient and accommodating. PCR Test was done very gently and the result was received within 12 hours. Location was great (I went to the one in TTDI), very convenient for us the patients and we just need to wait at the reserve carpark slot. I'd definitely use their service again.

I did my pcr test yesterday morning (drive thru). My slot for PCR Test was performed at 9am, and got the results before 3pm. Highly recommended. I get all my results via WhatsApp and their customer service is very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Good experience getting my COVID PCR test here. Didn't need to wait when I went for my appointment and got my results in about 6 hours. They were also quick to respond for adjustments needed on the document they sent and were easy to contact by phone.

My husband and I did our annual health screening here and Dr Eunice is such a caring doctor. She asked detailed questions about our family medical history and takes note of it. She went above and beyond with her explanations making sure we know what’s going on with our body and the result. Highly recommended.

Really like they have WhatsApp line for my inquiries and able to make appointment. The doctor took time to understand my husband's condition and family history and made a thorough check. Definitely not like any other experience we have been through at other clinics. Most importantly, the prices are reasonable. The environment in this clinic is clean and quiet. I went and did my health check, everything went well. However, my advice to other customers/patients here, is that you gotta be PROACTIVE in reconfirming your consultation slot with the doctor and staffs & also always checking in with the staffs there about your medical report after your checkups (if any). Otherwise, in my experience after my checkup, i didnt get an update on my report for more than week, when i asked them for update, then only they send a copy of it. Subsequently, when i make an appointment with the doctor for medical report review, there are reschedules last minute despite confirmation of my booking, which the staff could have inform earlier, but didnt. I believe this is something the members at HBM can do better in coordinations in future.

Been there for health screening. The clinic is clean. The staff and doctor are very friendly. The doctor explained everything in details and the staff always gave prompt reply for all my queries through WhatsApp. There is a dedicated parking space for patient free of charge.

First time visit here at HBM family clinic for Influenza Jab. Discovered them via Google search and had a very pleasant experience from calling to enquiry, booking via WhatsApp and getting the jab. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly & the doctor was also very skilled. Place is clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking in basement. Highly recommend this clinic!

So happy to have found this clinic through google search, for a pre-departure PCR test. The customer service was efficient and very responsive. Made an appointment for 9:30am. Got the clinic and found out it was a drive-thru swab test. Didn't even have to leave my car, just wind down and under 5 minutes, everything was done. Results was released earlier than expected which was great! Nurse was professional and courteous. Noticed they offer many services too. I would definitely recommend this clinic to whoever that wants a quick and hassle-free PCR test. (their rates was good too! not expensive at all).

Have a nice experience with HBM Family Clinic, frontdesks are very friendly and the doctor is very patient to explain each report. The location is just right, a lot parkings at basement, if you lucky you can get the reserved parking right in front of the HBM Family Clinic.

Opted to get my Covid-19 PCR test here as they offer a drive through option as well as online booking. Booked the night before and they completed the test within 15 mins. Fast, efficient and the nurses were professional and friendly. They also delivered the results within the same day, much earlier than they indicated. Overall would repeat if I need to take another test.

The short story. First class service! The long story started with my finally being able to go to Sabah for a holiday. The catch? I need to do a PCR swab test. It wasn't easy to find HBM Family Clinic on Google but I got lucky. I went to HBM's website. Saw a PCR Test they had labelled as 'Suitable for Pre-Flight Screening'. That was very smart and intuitive. All the others I looked at never said any of their swab test was suitable for pre-flight screening. In this very confusing time, to know that the test you chose is the right one is a huge relief. I clicked for to booking an appointment. The instructions were easy to follow. But after filling all the relevant details, I clicked to pay and found out they only accept Pay Pal! I don't have a Pay Pal account. The other choice was 'Manual Payment'. Didn't know what that meant but I clicked on that. Instructions came up asking to make an online payment to HBM and whatsapp the proof of payment to a handphone number. I online banked and send the payment receipt to the HBM handphone number. Within an hour, I received a whatsapp message. I was ask very pertinent questions as to what my test was for. That done, the appointment was concluded promptly and efficiently. Then she asked me when I was flying. I was advised to change my appointment closer to my flight (29hrs closer). I was assured the test results will be with me way before my flight. This would stretch the 14 day validity of the swab test result out. The appointment change was again quickly done and confirmed. HBM did not have to take this extra step to stretch the test validity for me. It only made for more work for the same money. But they did. A small attention to detail that makes the situation better for the customer. It shows such caring professionalism. Here's the clincher! 3 days after I made the appointment and paid in full, Sabah announced that there will be no more PCR test necessary to enter Sabah as of 1 Dec 2021.My test was schedule for the afternoon of 9 Dec and my flight was the morning of 11 Dec. Did I just burn RM 220.00? I whatsapp HBM to explain this new development. I requested for a possible refund. HBM told me they will get back to me in 24hrs. Instead they got back to me in 2hrs and asked me for a bank account they can reimbursed the full RM 220.00 to. I had my money back in my account in less than 24hrs! People say it's hard to find good service in Malaysia. I beg to differ. HBM is an exemplary example of not good but excellent service. My only criticism- forget Pay Pal. Take TnG &/or credit card payments. Apart from Covid-19 Tests, they also provide the following services: Child Health Adult Primary Health Senior Primary Health 5D Crystal Ultrasound X-Ray Diagnostic Instant Blood & Urine Test Minor Surgeries & Procedures Corporate Healthcare Solutions House Call Service And from my experience, I'll use any of their services confidently without doubt or hesitation if I ever need to. Drove to their clinic and Doc even given me option to have my PCR done in my car instead because my kid is in the car, although I’ve chose to be done in the clinic since my aunt is looking after my kid.Thanks for the thoughtful suggestion Doc!
