decided to stop-by this place since we were in the neighbourhood and never been here before. has the usual wide selection for men, women, children and also a household section (personally i have not come across this section before in this brand store). interesting & big store spread over 3 floors. still has some selected "sale" items in each section (do not know til when). if you have some time to spare and you are in the area do drop by!

This H&M occupies 3 levels - women, men and children, easy to notice as it is located just right at the entrance of the KLCC - Avenue K connection . Also, it has good frontage on the road level . The lighting is warm . Staff is attentive and helpful . The place is spacious with large aisles area and has sofa for guests to sit while waiting for the partners to try on clothes . Dresses here are fashionable but mostly for petite and Asian built . Accessories also sold here . Bring a bag of recyclable items and get 15% off normal priced items .

-A big branches without lift, customer needed to climb up with differnt level by foot. -Cashier was not enough, waiting for a long queue to pay the bill.

It's a rather large branch of H&M although I think the lot 10 one might be bigger. It's the usual stuff but this branch has quite a decent sized home section on its own which surprisingly has very nice and very affordable home wares.

As I heard from some friends that H&M in Avenue K was very nice because of the Home section, I decided to go there to check it out as I was going to buy some stuff for my baby that is on the way. I was waiting in the line like everyone else (I was not in rush or whatsoever), but the security guy approached me to go to another line that was shorter because I am pregnant. I thought he was very kind, until the cashier looked at me and told me that I should go back to the line because of the other customers. I told her the security directed me to that cashier. She insisted me to go back, but then the other customers started to say that was ok because I’m pregnant. Then, suddenly, the cashier started to say “ok, ok, you can stay there”, like I was begging to be there. I told her that I could go back because I didn’t mind the waiting. I even said I’m sorry to the other customers in the line because I didn’t want to anybody thinking that I was taking any advantage. I really didn’t mind the waiting, but to be treated like this because the Cashier thought that I was wrong to be there… honestly, I don’t even want to come back anymore to have this kind of treatment. If you are pregnant, just stay in the line like everyone else, just to avoid this kind of lamentable situation.

The person in charge for the fitting room today at 1pm was terrible, She gives death stares at customers and literally slammed the hanger that i gave her on the desk and just point at the fitting rooms on the right side without telling me anything. This girl w specs really left a bad impression on this shop, sorry but I didn’t owe her anything. Therefore, I will never come here again.

the service so bad. the security guy staring at me and watching me like i want to steal their clothes. he followed every steps i go. i feel uncomfortable. so disappointed. he also corrected clothes that i touch. and starts to staring at me. what kind of service is this? never come back to this h&m. worst h&m ever.

Nice big shop, I like many of their products, have a good taste and style. Every short period of time I found a new collection. Brilliant location

3 FLOORS OF H&M!!!! The Lowest ground is for Men, the lower ground for children and G floor for Women. It's big and filled with different types of shirts and clothes. The price is okay and some promo deals are great. Wheelchair friendly

hi yesterday i went to the h & m branch on avenue k The staff there really disappointed me, they looked like I wanted to steal a shirt, that made me feel uncomfortable to choose clothes there. Not only that, they also corrected the clothes I touched in front of me , it feel like k was messing up the clothes there like a beggar.

It was a huge store overall, it has a lot of promos and all that but the staff are unfriendly, I did not command any great service or whatnot, but just needed help with available sizes instead of telling me nicely that all size is only available on rack, she just told me if I can’t see any other size available means it sold out with a sarcastic tone. Like I have asked her tons of questions. Understand that perhaps all items were on the selling floor but you could have told me politely. Not that came there for the sake of trying. May rethink my decision if I ever wanted to go there.

Staff is quite rude. Went to buy clothes for my son and staff would look at us as if they wanted to kill us every time we unfolded sth to take a look. Cashier didn't even say hi r thank you wen paying just stared at us rudely

There are a lot of clothes at cheap and medium prices, but at a reasonable level, and every brand is H&M

It's nice to visit here now because of a lot promotion and good quality cloths , I'm a fan summer wear collection and some beach short here is one of my like ,even the formal ware is affordable.

I work around here, really Appreciate the lady at the Men's Counter for helping me solved my problem without any hesitation. She treats with a sweet smile and good manners when attending. Please continue your kindness to the valued customers, will definitely come again in the future.

Went there yesterday 4 june 2023, was attended by a staff name Rey. He was polite, super helpful & friendly. He helped on our purchase with the discount ongoing. H&m should keep this guy. He is going somewhere though he seems young.

Big H&M with home department. People working here don't seem to be very happy or pay attention, many times I have bought products where they forgot to remove the security tags, now the "new" rule is that you can't take a seat in the sofas (they don't sell sofas). What am I supposed to do when I have to wait 2h for my wife to shop around? I think that is a bad strategy and at least confusing as some times people seat and security doesn't say anything.

To the Manager. On Sun 13/3, my 17y.o. dotter went with a friend. At the cashier, a male staff told her the RM100 giftcard I got for her (from 1MK) was NOT sufficient to pay for the RM60 top she wanted! He then asked her to top up. She paid cash instead.The next day, we went to H&M KL East, gift card was confirmed had RM100 value. Something fishy.............

The clothes here are so pretty. The first time I have many choice. But some of the clothes here is not suitable for Malaysia weather. It would be nice if I can wear them. Bought a hoodie.

Open at 11am at the moment. Gave 1 star due to incorrect open hour online, no notice in front of the shop and rude staff. from 10am - 10:20, I was waiting 20 mins infront of the shop. The staff saw me but no one come and check on me. I asked a staff what is your opening time? He said at the moment is 11am and online is not up-to-date. I said but and a staff cut me of with ..11am..ok , alright!. So rude. ,. Put a notice in front of the shop if you have no time to update online.

Why is there a contact number if no one ever answers it? Would have saved me a journey to end up there and learn that they no longer carry the maternity range in the store.

As a 19 year old guy, I personally wear button ups with some nice skinny jeans or pants, I was surprised to find that they have such a selection of just that, I found just what I was looking for. They have everything from sweatshirts and Sweatpants to nice polo and Collar shirts for a more casual or business attire. H&M I would definitely recommend for more of a casual or dress casual attire.

I love shopping here and have been doing so where ever I travel. Good deals too for the trained eye, and pulse on budget shopping.
