I went to Prada KLCC on 25th Sept , in the morning. I had a problem with my nylon bag which the colour is getting worst after only a year using that bag. So my intention going back to the place we bought was to get answer or someone who can fix the bag. There was 2 staff, one is a lady name christine or something i dont really remember. BUT I remember this guy staff name HAFIZ who is unacceptably R U D E. Me and my mom entered the store , and the lady staff was assisting other customer. So Hafiz came with his problem attitude face. The body gesture was rude aswell as if he is too tired to be bothered. We showed the bag to him, he didn’t even touch the bag and said “we’re not sure”. “We cant do anything”. Hello??? After paying 4k for the bag. That is not a very good answer to your customer. I understand you’re just a regular staff that have 0 knowledge about the product. But you’re representing the brand you’re working for. Even if you’re not smart enough to even think. Atleast assure your customer with other solution. So luckily after the lady staff finished assisting the other customer, offered to help us. She didn’t know the reason on why the colour is fading. Which we absolutely understand this mistake will be from the factory side. She helped us by taking back the bag to singapore for asessment, if Singapore do not have any solution, they will bring the bag to italy for further asessment. Which was very a cooling treatment and answer from the lady. Rather than just show face and say dont know like how HAFIZ did. Even when they wanted to work with the system from their ipad, HAFIZ was showing attitude like its none of his business to entertain us. So the lady stuff did the whole thing and offered her number to us. Im so thankful for the lady stuff. And please the higher management to take action towards your staff name HAFIZ. We are all working humanbeing with problems and whatever things we have to go through. BUT WORK IS WORK. PUT EVERYTHING ASIDE AND BE A PROFESSIONAL MR HAFIZ. Or do think to put off your uniform and go work at a kitchen or something so you wont have to face any customer. There’s a lot of people who want to work and serve customer properly. PLEASE TAKE ACTION. Tq

Poor service. Bought a bag and had it posted to me. Specifically mentioned to the SA that the bag had to be in perfect condition, but when I unboxed it, I was shocked to the core to find there’s a GLARING scratch on it. The SA really thought I was blind? Of course I had it returned, but had to wait for more than 2 months for the new bag. Since it’s out of stock in whole Malaysia, they had to source it from overseas. Finally the new bag came, and since it’s in a perfect condition I wanted to give them 4 stars. But eventually I have to give only 1 star, because the same SA I was dealing with is insincere at best. After that I actually planned to buy more things from her. Texted her to ask about some prices, she saw my message but didn’t even reply. I’m a Prada fan but sorry, the service is painfully below par. I will buy from Prada Pavillion next time, no more Prada KLCC.

Very High twin tower Called Petronas towers in Malaysia. Beautiful Surroundings. One must go to visit the place. Neat and Clean with high quality of life. A Big World class Market Inside the Tower. Lovely Experience here.

It's a normal Prada store but service is awful. They let customers in one at a time and keep doors locked. Staff seem apathetic to customers. Had to wait 2 hours for them to get the purse my wife purchased (we ended up leaving and coming back)

Lovely experience purchasing from Prada KLCC today. Been looking for a new wallet for two weeks, and finally settled on a lovely Prada Saffiano wallet. SA was kind and friendly. Went in twice: first visit, to check out what they have to offer and the price range, then went to another boutique to survey another wallet. Second visit, re-confirm that this is THE wallet I’m going to use for a couple of years and make the transaction. I don’t remember the SA’s name, sorry (was it David? You know who you are.) but he’s very welcoming and answered all of my repetitive questions ever so patiently. Thank you so much!

I'm a big fan of Prada. Usually I will purchase Prada merchandises at the pavilion KL outlet. Sales assistants at pavillion KL is very professional. I remember I bought one Prada bag without a plan, all due to a pleasant experience from a sales assistant. On December 30, 2023, at around 2045H, we went in to Prada KLCC outlet. A man went in before us, and was served by a female sales assistant. Left another 2 sales attendant, a male and another female (tied in a curvy ponytail) sales assistants. We don't care whether there's anyone serving us but the other sales attendant were avoiding eye contacts and also giving us cold shoulders (yeah, I was only having a recycling bag with me that day). Shortly after that, another young man aged around 20s rushed in with a LV bag on him, the female sales assistant with curvy ponytail rushed after him. Wow, I'm amazed in sales assistants in Prada KLCC outlet spotting their potential client. Anyway, the potential buyer didn't give any chance to the sales assistant though. He went out shortly.

I would like to thank you once again for the lovely experience when buying my Prada bag yesterday. This was my first ever purchase of a high end bag and your exemplary customer service , product knowledge and attention to detail made the experience one I will always treasure. My fiancee and I had spent hours at KLCC visiting just about every bag shop on the floor so you may have noticed it was no easy decision to arrive at. Good customer service is seldom encountered in KL so it was a refreshing change to meet you. I strongly believe that when one makes such an expensive purchase, it is not just the product that is important but the customer service is equally as valued. I had the pleasure of visiting Prada KLCC yesterday, and I must say that Chris, the SA, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Chris went above and beyond by providing personalized recommendations, helping me find the perfect item, and sharing valuable insights about the products. The store itself was well-maintained, clean and organized. All in all, my experience at Prada KLCC was extremely positive, thanks to Chris and the overall quality of the store.

The tower is so amazing, a skyscraper. You better go there early to buy a ticket for the entrance to go up and cross the bridge.

One of the best place to be, if in Kualalampur at night to see the amazing skyline. It's an architectural beauty. It is also the tallest building of Malaysia which was need of the hour, a reflection of prosperity & center of attraction. I love this place & would recommend others too.
