I
went
to
Prada
KLCC
on
25th
Sept
,
in
the
morning.
I
had
a
problem
with
my
nylon
bag
which
the
colour
is
getting
worst
after
only
a
year
using
that
bag.
So
my
intention
going
back
to
the
place
we
bought
was
to
get
answer
or
someone
who
can
fix
the
bag.
There
was
2
staff,
one
is
a
lady
name
christine
or
something
i
dont
really
remember.
BUT
I
remember
this
guy
staff
name
HAFIZ
who
is
unacceptably
R
U
D
E.
Me
and
my
mom
entered
the
store
,
and
the
lady
staff
was
assisting
other
customer.
So
Hafiz
came
with
his
problem
attitude
face.
The
body
gesture
was
rude
aswell
as
if
he
is
too
tired
to
be
bothered.
We
showed
the
bag
to
him,
he
didn’t
even
touch
the
bag
and
said
“we’re
not
sure”.
“We
cant
do
anything”.
Hello???
After
paying
4k
for
the
bag.
That
is
not
a
very
good
answer
to
your
customer.
I
understand
you’re
just
a
regular
staff
that
have
0
knowledge
about
the
product.
But
you’re
representing
the
brand
you’re
working
for.
Even
if
you’re
not
smart
enough
to
even
think.
Atleast
assure
your
customer
with
other
solution.
So
luckily
after
the
lady
staff
finished
assisting
the
other
customer,
offered
to
help
us.
She
didn’t
know
the
reason
on
why
the
colour
is
fading.
Which
we
absolutely
understand
this
mistake
will
be
from
the
factory
side.
She
helped
us
by
taking
back
the
bag
to
singapore
for
asessment,
if
Singapore
do
not
have
any
solution,
they
will
bring
the
bag
to
italy
for
further
asessment.
Which
was
very
a
cooling
treatment
and
answer
from
the
lady.
Rather
than
just
show
face
and
say
dont
know
like
how
HAFIZ
did.
Even
when
they
wanted
to
work
with
the
system
from
their
ipad,
HAFIZ
was
showing
attitude
like
its
none
of
his
business
to
entertain
us.
So
the
lady
stuff
did
the
whole
thing
and
offered
her
number
to
us.
Im
so
thankful
for
the
lady
stuff.
And
please
the
higher
management
to
take
action
towards
your
staff
name
HAFIZ.
We
are
all
working
humanbeing
with
problems
and
whatever
things
we
have
to
go
through.
BUT
WORK
IS
WORK.
PUT
EVERYTHING
ASIDE
AND
BE
A
PROFESSIONAL
MR
HAFIZ.
Or
do
think
to
put
off
your
uniform
and
go
work
at
a
kitchen
or
something
so
you
wont
have
to
face
any
customer.
There’s
a
lot
of
people
who
want
to
work
and
serve
customer
properly.
PLEASE
TAKE
ACTION.
