Your staff named Hani is extremely rude to customer. I understand it can be stressful having to work during PH, but here’s the situation: she asked whether or not I want plastic bag, initially I said no but later realized I didn’t bring plastic bag, so I asked for one politely. I didn’t expect her to rant at me rudely “kenapa tadi tanya kata tak nak?” Hey I didn’t come here to take your attitude. If your staff Hani can’t handle stress well then get her fired. Terrible experience.

Finally got my favourite uniqlo rucksack!! Thank you for the great value sale and friendly good service there.

Was a frequent buyer from this outlet since the opening. But today visit was rather disappointing as one of your underperforming staff (male chinese with glasses, cashier, 7pm) was ordering us rudely to navigate uniqlo apps. To top it us, he did not approved our uniqlo coupon as he said our app is under singapore and is invalid, but din explain to us clearly on how to settle this issue. But this is total nonsense as we tell him that we been using this app and its coupon since 2019 and there has never been as issue with it. But he neglected the issue and just leave us at side. Luckily the other staff (malay male, on the righthermost of the counter) did help us out on this matter and found that it was a technical error from the counter machine and not our fault from the beginning. He even apologized to us multiple times on behalf of his colleague's poor conduct. (We did not receive any apology from the chinese guy tho) Should consider terminating rude staff like this before losing more loyal cutomers

Staff looks like they can’t wait for you to leave. Look annoyed when customer ask for size change. Offered help sarcastically because afraid That I might make the clothes messy.

Shopping at the outlet here at 9pm. At 9.15pm they r chasing off the customers, by announcing they r closing SOON. then all their staff will keep repeating.... THANKYOU SHOPPING AT UNIQLO, HAVE A GOOD DAY in a tone. Literally they r following our back n keep repeating it. That's so rude of them. It's not even 9.30pm yet.

First time coming to this outlet. Came to donate my old clothes and pick up my order. Pick up experience is fast and staff were attentive.

Inconsistent quality of products and my complaint got declined. Sorry to say, it really hampered my confidence towards the product (premium price) offered by Uniqlo. Bought 3 same shirt (different color) and dark spot appeared after my first wash for 1 of the shirt. Don't dare to shop again at Uniqlo in future..

The store is big but a bit pack due to small walking spaces.

This store is a clean and nice store to shop with, and the choice of clothes are great too.

We’ll Uniqlo is Uniqlo. Product is good. But the staff are very rude and insincere and reluctant to assist. Used to be fun shopping at Uniqlo. Either they’re overworked or they’re just highly untrained n uninterested. We spend quite a lot of money here and wouldn’t mind some amount of kindness and customer care.

Love Uniqlo! Please come to Switzerland soon!

last sunday, i visit this store. what i saw here is the staff so rude, they not help the cust properly and also keep using their face to show emotion towards cust. this not acceptable, cashier the women with spec and also women chubby one the progression so slow and then they not treat the cust poorly. but the most important parts is the staff so rude, dont have any empthity in themselves. please the management uniqlo make action of this

I like and love to shop for their clothes and etc. It was very comfortable. Price are very reasonable too.

One of the malay female staff is very rude in tone when trying to “help out” the customer. She basically was shouting at customer even the customer did not ask for her help while searching for size. Bad experience shopping in this outlet. Male staff in the changing room did not even bother to remove the hanger for customers. Just showing motionless face. I hope UNIQLO take this seriously. Anyway there is one malay guy who is very kind and helpful when I tried to ask for size.Thank you for being so differently good from your colleagues in the negative environment. Much appreciated that.
