Very good clinic that I've ever arrived. Super clean space and good-listening doctor. The clinic is open mostly 7 days out of a week (except for some big public holiday) - can chat via WA to confirm the schedule. It's in panel with quite many famous insurance companies: Ametlife, AIA, GB,... If you're using Micare to check Panel provider, this clinic will show its address in MidValley, this was its previous location, now here in Old Klang Road 🥰

My go-to clinic doesn’t have x-ray services and hence came to this clinic after seeing the reviews. As what the review suggested, doctor is friendly and nice. Willing to spend time explaining your issue and know what he is doing. After examining my condition he didn’t push for an X-ray and actually explained why is it not needed. Medicine is reasonably priced too. Definitely will go back

Attending doctor needs to learn his manners. He was implying that I am faking my sickness. Very rude. He smirked and even preached that I will have an issue with HR. He is assuming and accusing of something with no factual basis. That is a ground for removal of his license. Such a disappointment, Doctor Lim.

This clinic has become sort of a family clinic for my family of 3 kids. The resident doctor is almost all of the time available, he is friendly and good with kids, they are flexible with the timing (I normally call first before coming), the meds work well with my kids when they have the usual cough & cold symptoms, and they are not easy to resort to antibiotics for the kiddoes so I feel like we are in good hands. Just a heads up with the time taken for the to prepare the medicines to be taken home. Some are the syrup type mixed by them in the clinic so I understand that might be time consuming to prepare.

One of the best , homely clinics. The doctor is very kind and informative. Not only does he prescribe medications, he also advices on your daily food intakes and activities that will help you.

I'm so happy with my PRP treatment from this clinic, it has taken at least 10 years off my face and the results are totally immediate. Help desk receptionists are friendly and helpful. But the female GP Dr Rani is very rude and see conditions superficially. Not so passionate in helping patients with conditions to find solution.

Amazing experience with the team of Klinik Healthcare & Surgeri. Did COVID test (RTK-Antigen) here on 26/1/2021. They offer drive-thru service. Had to book appointment one day earlier. They are prompt in responding and assisting. Doctor who did my swab was gentle and kind. Great customer care service!

Polite and professional. I trust the Doctor (Dr Rani). Price is Affordable (I think cheaper than most private clinics I had been to.) If my parents were in KL and need to see a doctor, I would bring my parents to this clinic. The Doctor listens to my questions and problems, take me seriously, and answers/informs/educates me professionally and in a friendly way. This is not a clinic that just gives you antibiotic, the doctor listens and treats your problems. I am thankful to have found a doctor who practice professionally here in Klang Valley for an affordable price. The first time I was here, I thought for such an excellent service, the fee must be sky high, but it was just normal, affordable fee.
