The shop was quite easily locateable once on 1st floor at the property. Well detailed stock of products, variety of brands, verticals, and complimentary gift wrapping services. The outlet has brand-wise segments or racks, however, laying out segments agewise would lend a helping hand for first-timers and novice shoppers.

The ambiance in the store is depressing. Every second dsplay light at the top flickers, and no one bothers to change it. Terrible! Like a haunted house. This might be trigerring for neurodivergent kids or adults.

This toy shop has moved to its new premises on the same floor, much nicer, brighter and inviting. I must commend Hairul and Afre for their assistance to check other outlets for the Gabby doll house that I was looking for. Mid Valley outlet didn't pick up the numerous calls made but thankfully the outlet at IPC picked up immediately by Shafeek and he reserved a doll house for me. So glad I didn't have to go hunting all over.

Very incompetent staff. The only thing they have got going is the store brand. The employees are redundant. No assistance. When I purchased 3 items, I specifically requested for all items to be wrapped together. When they (of course) wrapped it up separately instead, they proceeded to suggest I purchase their RM15 gift bag to put the gifts together. Very thoughtless.

This outlet's layout is helpful in terms of toys categories eg infants, boys and girls. It'd be better if they can also categorize it according to age group. Having said that I still love browsing aisle to aisle and buying more than I bargained for!!🤭🤭

This facility is very near to where i live. Come very frequent to buy my kids some goods. It is the best place to window shopping also. Enjoy your time here.

It is the largest child-related product specialty chain store in the world with the biggest selection of toys and baby products priced to offer best value for money.

Relatively small compared to other branches but still have a variety in terms of toys type for kids and adult alike. Provide wrapping services as well for those in a hurry.
