Had a very great stay. Great location and it is really a hidden gem in Bangsar. We stayed in the 1st floor. It was very spacious almost enough beds, pillows and blankets for everyone of us (10pax). Swimming pool was safe for kids and they enjoyed a lot with the jacuzzi. Krishna was so helpful and was very responsive and was always there to help if we needed anything. Kitchen was also equipped with basic equipment and had enough plates, spoons, forks and cups. (You can order grab food and delivery is cheaper and lot of restaurants available since it’s in Bangsar). The karaoke room was awesome with projector and the LED chairs was cool. Our kids loved it. The place is very secure and no issues on safety. Over it was an amazing experience and I am planning for my next stay soon.

Just my honest review: 1. During my stay, there is other tenant at the down stair. They are making barbeques and all the smoke trap inside the up stair house. What to do? Just breath and hoping not die. Price need to revise. 2. Toilet water piping repaired at last minutes but support from the staff is great. 3. Parking spot is not what you expected. If carpool is not your option, you have to park at the road side of neighbor houses. Not as advertised. 4. Swimming pool at the up stair, everything looks ok. Open air and enough for 4-6 person. 5. Broken snooker cue stick but still ok to enjoy with friends. There is mahjong also, but not sure sanitize or not. 6. Things can get very noisy when houses full occupied. 7. Staff and security guard are really doing great job keeping tenant safe and assisted. CCTV everywhere.

This accommodation provides very complete facilities. my family enjoyed a very precious time together. The house keeper, Mr Krishna is very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Having a great time here for company retreat. The space is big to make activity. The swimmingpool is wide and the equipment is complete here. There is pool table and jenga and can karaoke here the sound system is the best. And we can use hdmi to connect as projector for our townhall sessiom.The room also big to stay. The kitchen utensil and refrigerator is there to use. Overall we are satisfied with the place ☺️☺️ me krishna also able to give fast response if there is any questions thankyou aqva l’motichan for the great place.

The place is absolutely recommended! The experience i had with my team there was unforgettable. With a spacious hall, nice swimming pool area, a very like industrial kitchen pantry style, some game area as well as few open corner rooms area it sure gives a perfect match for those who seek for any type of events or gatherings and parties. On top of that they do have few bedrooms upstairs for us to stay in which enough for quite number of visitors.

I would give it a 6-Star review if there's such option. I just organized a corporate training event for our company in this venue. I have to say I am more than pleased and grateful to be able to enjoy their venue for near 20 pax accommodation and also the training space. This venue is just amazing. The staffs/caretakers were always ready to serve us and they were very friendly, attentive and flexible in attending to our needs. Our colleagues enjoyed the 3D2N stay and training in this place too. The training facilities were awesome with top-notch sound system, lighting, projector, large motorized projector screen and also the motorized blind which opened up for the beautiful pool view. On behalf of my company and also the colleagues from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China and India, I would like to express my highest and deepest appreciation and gratitude to the hospitality, professionalism, flexibility provided by Kumar and his team throughout the 3 days! It's just an amazing and remarkable experience!

Was here for an event. Nice clean ambiance with running water. Can fit lots of people as well.

Place does not look like its photos. We were told no noise after a certain time but another group book the 1st floor for a party and had loud music playing through the night. When we complained, the owners did not reply or pick up their phone. Highly recommend this place if you do not want to enjoy your holiday.

Great place to stay. Strategic location as it's close to many good restaurants. Facilities are very clean, and they do have most of the basic amenities.

Spacious house that can accommodate 15 people, fairly clean. Mahjong and snooker are available. There's a pool, its size is built more for relaxation instead of swimming. Karaoke system is available too, additional cost is required to set up the system. We didn't go for it because we didn't plan to spend much time on that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had an excellent experience at Aqva when hosting a family dinner and overnighter. The venue was well-maintained and clean, and there was assistance on hand throughout the booking period to assist us and answer any queries. Security was great and the guards were on duty all throughout the booking period. Highly recommended.

The most terrible homestay I visited….really felt uncomfortable especially keep monitoring how many pax and people inside ….I can really felt like business approach…additional charges is huge…one room RM900 and can’t negotiate…no only this bathroom door is damaged can’t be closed….to be honest I really felt disappointed to the owner…what I can say is overall not value for money, don't just look at the shiny appearance and very sorry to say these…

Lucky to get this fantastic place during this period. Easy to reach. The villa was large and big enough for accommodating my group of leaders. Had a great working and networking session. Great dinner poolside at night. Facilities were tip top. The villa is almost like a professionally run boutique event space. Accommodation was sparkling clean. Ambience out of this world. Caretaker was extremely attentive.

Was an amazing stay and the house was well maintained. We had the best time in the party room with music and and watching movies on the projector....overall I would say it was unforgettable trip and will repeat. Thanks to the caretaker who was very helpful and also the host who guided us with so much patience with a our queries.

We rented Aria for a farewell get together and were extremely happy, especially with the exemplary service of both the host and caretaker. I'd recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a stress free get together in this time of many constraints. Thanks for hosting!

Nice and cosy place to party and relax. Stayed for a few nights when friends and family. 8 bedrooms hosted about 40 of us comfortably. Definitely a place of vibrance, brilliance, and excitement. My school had an event here as a last batch gathering and the night scene was truly terrific with the ambient lights, big pool, cozy rooms and large space for the crowd. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the stay over here so much. It is so comfortable and cozy. Moreover, the suite provide variety of facilities such as Karaoke, Pool Game, Swimming Pool and Ping Pong game. It will definitely a good and memorable stay for anyone who plan for a short getaway nearby Bangsar!

Celebrated my son's 6th Birthday Party and the Aqva team, starting with Krishna, did an amazing job. The location is great, served well, staff helpful, is just a super location for any events

Booked this place for my sister wedding. It’s a good space for this kind of event. Krishna is very helpful and help to move around the car so that it won’t block the neighbour. One thing about the kitchen is not so clean and some plates n cups are dirty. So we have to re wash everything ourselve. As for the rooms we have no complaints, is clean. So overall was a good stay for my family!!

Had a wonderful company annual party here! The place is big enough to host 130pax and the management is helpful in giving the best arranging service! definitely will recommend for party venue!

We loved this property - it’s great for private gatherings. Looked exactly like the photos. Large space, nice clean and big pool with waterfall and super sound system with AV - basically a full package - made it fuss free and easy for my group. The vibe was really chill with the LED lighting and lots of games like snooker / Jenga / Carrom etc to keep us occupied. Once the doors are closed the interior is reasonably soundproof - so we were able to karaoke and play music the whole night. Lot of house rules and policies - read them carefully before booking but the management was very very helpful and accommodating. We liked the clean beds and bathrooms! Our family and friends had a great time. Recommend!

We rented this place because we had to attend a funeral in KL. The ad displayed 4 bedrooms with the fine print that one of the rooms was currently under renovation. We felt that the owner could have removed the title of their advertisement and clearly stated that it was only 3 bedrooms. Also, all the bedrooms are on the second floor, which was not clearly specified in the ad, and we had elderly parents having a difficult time climbing up the stairs. Although they tried to accommodate by putting beds on the ground floor, I think it was not enough because there was no privacy as there was a guard there 24/7 walking around! To get to the rooms, we had to go through the unsanitized kitchen! If we tried to avoid the kitchen, we could get around by going out of the covered area, which was not convenient as it was raining, resulting in a slippery staircase. As mentioned, the kitchen was meant more for restaurant purposes than for family use. The rooms feel like dungeons next to a busy street.
