One of the best shop franchises. The staff is nice plus their excellent service. Happy shopping in this shop with the kids.

Your manager; I’m referring to the constant sculling face to kids or adults, and use of abusive language (her own language-unfortunately I do understand) as I’m a chindian and I’ve been experiencing this each time I visited. I’m thinking if she isn’t happy working ; either quit or please stay away from lurking around customers and their children.

Much things can be find at here other than any Toys"R"Us I have been such at KLCC , Mytown and Melawati Mall.

One of the best shop if you looking for present of your children. This shop offers varies kind of toys and gadgets. The shop are well organised and all the items was sorting nicely. Easy to access and searching for a certain items we want. This place are family friendly. Don't forget to reward your nicely son or daughter here.

It's written 10:30 am it opens but by 10:50am it still remain closed. I came here coz it's near to my place and now I have to leave without anything in hand. I've been trying to call. 3 times but no answer, please update your timings here if you don't open at 10:30am as it's almost 11am already while I'm typing this but still it's close. Update it so people won't waste their time coming and will not bother checking google too.

Bought a Nerf gun . But it was faulty. The staff declined to accept it and rejected to exchange . Unsatisfactory experience with this store

The customer service is really bad. I’ve been in the store for half an hour only and suddenly one of the staff asked my brother to put his bag in front. Only 2 of us in the store, perhaps they thought we wanna steal something. I feel really bad, I always come here to shop but since they treated us like we don’t have money, I’m not gonna shop here anymore. Thanks for your service.
