BUYERS BEWARE. Most Price Marked Are DIFFERENT THAN ACTUAL PRICE. At least this was my experience. I had to go around the store to tell them the price marked, making me work for half an hour doing their job for a significant price difference. I've been shopping at Watsons Guardian in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, for years, and never had this experience before. The supervisor was RUDE, didn't apologize, and offered only excuses (price just changed etc). Had me go around the store to find the advertised prices. Mad. There were products that were rm10-20 different in advertised price VS. actual. Just. Mad that this is happening in KLCC out of all places. Waste of my time. 23/3/2023

This larger branch of Watsons has a much larger selection of products (as you would expect) I needed some urgent dental products and found them very easily in this branch (although I know smaller branches do not stock them) Perhaps there should be more security as the alarms at the main entrance are forever going off and no one ever checks, so it makes us paying customers a little miffed! Also, I noticed the last time I was in that they had significantly reduced their own CYO make-up brand range. Very disappointing! I love this range! However, overall the beach gets the thumbs up. They are open until 10pm, 6 days a week which is a huge bonus! And if you are heading there in the New Year, they literally had shelves and shelves of great clearance stuff!

A good place if you are looking for toiletries, shampoos, pharmaceutical etc product. It's very well stocked and reasonably priced.

Convenient location for shopping! Space is a bit small and thus quite packed. However, it also has Pharmacy counter for further support!

Terrible service. I visited at 10AM. very quiet in store. I took my items to the counter and 3 staff proceeded to argue. Seemingly so one could serve me. They just asked if I would pay cash or card and proceeded to argue amongst themselves. I walked out.

Purchase item through Grab, the plastic is badly tight, so hard to open.... nearly spoilt the plastic bag....

Review are bad, and walk in and get the same experience, staff giving me very bad attitude and bad service.

Came in to get some medicines. The Pharmacist on duty - Dharshana did a great job explaining on the medicines and very smiley face. Seemed quite well versed with the drugs in the store

Not sure if this is one of the Watson's flagship store, the layout is modern and much spacious and much organized. This makes the shopping experience much more pleasant.

Bought 4 Cas-Envision test kits from this shop, 2 (50%) of them doesn't have a sufficient amount of buffer solution which makes the whole test kit useless. Nevertheless, the staff are very polite and helpful

This store is a bit hidden from the common area. However, this outlet gives me the luxurious feel. Or maybe its because its located in this KLCC mall.

Waited for it to open 10am outside as mentioned opening hours but 10:03am passed it is still not opened. Disappointed customer er & walk away!

the assistant there are so helpful. they can compare and suggest which product is good for your face.

One of the staff, Fatima seemed to be having a bad day every day, I asked a question, and it seemed like she was reluctant to respond, not even making eye contact. On another day, I asked a different employee about a particular sunscreen product, and she claimed it not available there , but I later discovered it moments afterward.
