cashier told me after a whole 15 mins of me roaming around and finally choosing the right items for me, that I can only pay with cash as system is down. He then proceeded to ask me to go down and withdraw cash and come back. The audacity. No apology. I then asked him why he didn't let the new customers coming in know. He had no answer and only stared at me blankly as if I was speaking a foreign language. I don't understand why such a renowned store hires people who don't know a thing about customer service. @Typo, Please hire the right people and if you can't do it, please outsource your recruitment. We don't need such type of people to ruin Typo's customer experience.

Came to NU Sentral's Typo because I wanted to get the Slytherin Laptop Case they sold before. It wasnt there anymore, but Azlee, the store manager of Typo NU Sentral, was nice enough to go the extra mile to try and call other Typo stores in Malaysia to see if they were in stock. Only available in Genting now, cant go so far from KL to buy a birthday present, but I appreciate Azlee's genuine customer service.

A great place to find cute things!!! typo had always being my go to shop to find present. Nu branch is the easiet as I can come anytime after work before catch my train.

Worst typo branches ever. Went to the shop on 22/9/2020 around 7.15pm. When I tried to bought one of the item, I didn't have the exact amount of the item so I paid what I have which is more than the exact amount. When I paid to the female cashier ,she insist me to pay using the exact amount of the item bought without bother looking at the cashing machine to check for the change. The cashier insist me to pay the exact amount and wont accept the amount I paid until I need to borrow some money from a friend. Its impossible for a shop like typo doesnt have a change of RM 10 since most of their stuff are expensive. Hope the manager of the shop will do something about it since this will bring a bad reputation to the brand. They should learn from other typo branches on how to operate without being rude to the customer

Nu Sentral store has the most unfriendly and rude staff. Worst customer service experience ever experienced here.

Typo keep pressuring customers to sign up with their membership even when ppl dont want, forcing us to give email address. this is unacceptable!!!!!!

No different than other Typo franchisees. Quite small area located on the upper level. Old antique items does not come cheap.

I went there today. In front of me were two customers so i was the third. I queued starting for like 25 min just to buy two things. The staff was very super slow. Need to practice more to be more efficient.
