A good range of sports goods. Wanted to buy a pair of running shoes. The store assistants were very helpful. I was particularly and pleasantly surprised to meet Miss Shahiela (Shila). She is an asset to this outlet. Certainly, one of the best I have seen. I dare give her more than 5 stars. She is very well versed with shoes. Wanted a pairs of running shoes (wide). Patiently, she showed the choices. Wow! I was amazed by her knowledge in sports. She is an athlete, too. Guys, if you go there, look for her for the best advice. Otherwise, this outlet is indeed one of the biggest and best Sports Direct outlet that I have ever visited, five storeys high. All you need(related to sports, of course), are there. Very conveniently located near bus stop, MRT and monorail stations

Have been shopping here since its opening a few years ago. I bought my walking boots here and wore them till worn out. Today bought the same model and size for the third time. There are good choices of backpacks, daypacks, sports attire and such. The staff are attentive, offered fast and friendly service, highly motivated and had good knowledge of the products. For an outdoor person like me, everything I need is here. Cheers.

I bought some new shoes here the other day, and while the price was reasonable (Skechers shoes cheaper than the original Skechers store) the service was outstanding. The staff was very patient and knew the product well to recommend shoes up to my taste.

I was here early January 2024 and I realized it's permanently closed. Wasted my time and trip.

We saw nike shorts at a very attractive price. the shorts were originally priced at RM119 and were on sale at RM79. So we decide to buy it. During checkout the seller removed the label and asked us for 119 RM. Surprised we ask him why we don't pay the sale price. He couldn't think of anything to say and decided to go look on the shelves. We were shocked by the attitude of the seller who voluntarily tore the price tag and openly laughed at us. We left furious and surprised by this obvious lack of professionalism.

Its a very big store and have many option for you to choose, the staf there also friendly but the pay wave machine a little bit slow and also many staf not aware and knoe how to done using wave payment. Plus the store have 4 floor if im not mistaken have a little walk la.

It’s near McDonald’s bukit bintang , So many nice sports brand collections they have , I generally visit there and purchase ..

buying shoes here is quite affordable, I didn't find some of the models in Indonesia, the waiter was very helpful and the location is in the Bukit Bintang shopping center near the MRT station

It's on closing down sale. Most of the stuff was gone. Likely it will be closed for good by the end of May 2023.

Although the cashier staff was very friendly n kind, the other not so much as one staff follow the us like we are about to steal. At one point he came up to us while we try out the gym equipment and with a high tone said “ excuse me you can’t do that )

Can find here a lot of stock for most if not all sports. Apparel, Shoes, Sports Accessories at very affordable price options. Staff are available in every level and ready to attend to your needs. Very strategic and easy to find store in Bukit Bintang as in the pic.

I looked at a bag and the rude assistant would tell me that the same bag was available downstairs. Apparently she mentioned that it was a ladies' floor. What?! No such thing as far as I am concerned. This is not a toilet, ok?! Customers can visit any floor. Then I wanted to pay for an item and the payment system never went through. This was not due to any lack of money (I checked with the bank). Something was wrong with the company's culture and service level. Terrible 😔

bought boxing wraps, the cashier told me there was only 1 wrap per packet, so i needed to buy 2 packets to wrap each hand. i asked her if she was sure, she assured me. i bought it, opened it, and there was 2. so i wasted my money. please have your staff be more knowledgable

The gentleman who helped me is a staff on the ground floor. He tried his best to assist me and was very patient. Didn't get his name though… the other staff stationed on the 1st and 2nd floors were not as helpful and one was quite rude!

Small sports item store with several floors, located at Bukit Bintang area. Different floor selling different items, but seems that 3rd & 4th floor was closed during our visit. Plenty of items from different brands can be found here. Items were well arranged so shopping was easy & pleasant. Price is the same as other branches, which is rather cheap during sales promotion period. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The sale assistant are very rude. I asked them to show me a few pairs , the sale assistant came to me and asked me “am I really there to buy or just wasting their time . despite of there regular customer they disrespected me.
