Good place to shop, and the store size is MASSIVE.

Inattentive staff! Sales price from the tag and in the system are totally different, and the chashier simply says "System Usually Right" without checking it.

I tried this pants in the store, I bought it(75RM). When I arrived home I took off the labels, I put on it, I put my phone in the pocket and felt to the floor. The pocket was broken. I went to the shop to change it(with the ticket and everything). They didn't wanted to change the pants because I took off the label and they couldn't sell them anymore. So, they wanted to sell the pants even with the pocket broken? I could have understand if they don't change the pants because size or other thing. But, it was broken. You are literally scammers.

Great place to shop. But too crowded today, maybe a lot of raya shopping.

Browsed around and found some tee shirts, shorts, and a hoodie for my young nephew. A total of 9 pieces of clothing. When I wanted to check out, there were no cashiers in sight. The security guard told me to go downstairs to pay. Carrying the load, I went downstairs. I was the second in queue. The cashier asked if I was a member. I replied No. She taught me how to register online. I was told that I will be eligible for discounts. The queue was getting longer behind me. She got one of her Co worker to open another counter. The application went through and I had a one time use only of 10% discount to my purchases. Highlighting the quick thinking and efficiency on the part of the cashier and the company's policy of not having a cashier on each floor - making ease of shopping unavailable upstairs ...

The staff named Hanan if I'm not mistaken, rude, not friendly

Purchased something from here total RM100 only (I knew the amount is small). Passed the H&m card to the cashier (name tag QAQA), asked that girl to check the card balance (as I want to topup money into the card for my payment), that girl never ask and dedute straight the balance and told cannot topup must after payment only topup. End up we make the payment using credit card to avoid behind customer waited long. After payment the girl still asking how much want to topup? Girl, are you serious? Since I already paid it and why do I still need to topup? And you already rejected my request at first! Or you are trying to cheat your customer to topup money into the card to keep? I don't understand is that girl action and she don't care what the customer want and insist so what she want. So, if h&m don't want people use their gift card, then please take off all the gift card thing as your staff already did this action to your customer or else, please give a training to your staff please!

During my recent visit to H&M MyTown, I had a less than pleasant experience. I noticed that the staff members could benefit from additional training in basic manners, greetings, and smiling. While shopping, I noticed a lack of friendliness and customer engagement, which left me feeling somewhat disappointed. Unfortunately, Iffah's service was particularly disappointing.

This H&M is a lot better then others - the ones ‘in the city’ for example avenue k is very crammed in, crowded and is hot. However this H&M is peaceful and well has an extremely well layout - we bought a top from this one in MyTOWN and went to return it in Avenue K and the staff were saying in Avenue K it is more expensive then the one in MyTOWN

I came there to donate my clothes there but the one guy wearing rick and morty hoodie attended me with attitude handed me the voucher without looking and say nothing to me.Please do change la ur attitude and customer service. Tak mintak pun layan mcm kt high end punya retail just be nice je.

I Love their Long Socks 🧦. Always available assorted colorful designs and pieces are so reasonable. Grab them at the nearest store and almost forgot to mention that buy three, pay for two.

The cashier at the men's section was really nice and she even taught me to get a discount 10% off the first time I signed up member 😭🩷
